We liked everything! The service is good, the food, the drinks. There are Russian-speaking staff on any issue. The sea is clean and warm. There are many pools. In the evenings there are concerts and performances, plus a disco. The territory is large. There is a water park for children and adults. Attractions and slot machines are paid, but this is optional.

The hotel is no longer new, but at the same time everything is pleasant.
There are many locations, a Turkish coffee shop, luna park (old but enough to laugh), a children's club, a children's playground (13 euros) aqua park, disco, hammam, slot machines. European alcohol in all bars. You can visit a paid alakart (8 euros), I recommend the Mediterranean one. In the shared kitchen for 3-4. At the reception, Elena is not a client-oriented person, it is not possible to agree.

I was vacationing at this hotel in mid-May 2024, with a friend and her six-year-old son.

A wonderful hotel. The rooms are clean. Everything is cleaned up . They even made a swan out of towels .The food is delicious, especially dinner, the pastries are awesome.
Very good. about what you can eat outside without leaving the pool. There are a lot of pools , probably so that everyone does not crowd into one pool . There are English, Czechs, Hungarians, Poles, Slovaks, various peoples of Africa, Russians, Dutch, Germans , etc.

The hotel is big, cool, a good beach for children, polite staff, but:
1. They sell half a million vouchers for 10 days for three until the end of the season (November 9) and at the same time, from November 1, they close all bars, cafes and ice cream tents, there are no pastries either, knowing that children have holidays at this time and everyone goes to Turkey.
2 .the pool is heated and At the end of October, it is icy. The website says heated.And on the beach, almost all the deck chairs have been removed.
3. Children's entertainment is open until September 30th. Since October 1, everything has been gradually coming to naught.
4. Since November 1, even the lanterns have been turned off.
5. The Internet is disgusting, there is almost no Wi-Fi in the rooms due to cheap Chinese routers.
6. Coffee - 3 in one. There is no proper coffee in such a huge hotel.
7. In terms of nutrition, too, half of the restaurants have been closed since October 1, so there was nowhere to sit in the remaining open ones.
The food is normal, but without frills. With fish, as always. If there is, it is not edible.
In general, the sea is excellent and warm. But at the end of the season, you need to go to winter hotels, this one in October is no good for a vacation with children, and even for such money.

We stayed at the hotel from July 12 to July 21, 2023. The territory of the hotel is excellent, large, well-groomed, the beach is awesome there is an entrance to the sea from the pantone there are a lot of sunbeds both on the pantone and on the shore!!! The sea is the purest. The hedgehog is delicious, a variety of products for lunch and dinner, but breakfast is a little empty. There are a lot of drinks, although cocktails are made by eye... As it goes.. The beer is delicious, the wine is too. There are a lot of pools, and there are also a lot of sun beds.. however, we have never rested there. With such a gorgeous sea, this is not necessary. The old town is a 20-minute walk along the beach. However, the beach on the way to the old town is terribly dirty.. apparently it's urban and they don't clean it. The only big disadvantage is the cleaning of the room. It doesn't come from the word at all.. they forget to change the towels, once they were completely taken away. The robes were not changed at all, the floors are not cleaned, the garbage will not take away until you ask!!! And of course the disgusting hotel guide from biblioglobus...

We returned to the Sueno Hotel after 15 years. It has become even more beautiful, more modern, more comfortable, more elegant. The staff is well-trained, always smiling, ready to help. Ordered drinks are served on the verandas 24/7 and during evening performances in the Amphitheater.
Food for every taste and preference. Delicious and varied. Wine for three, other alcoholic drinks and not very high-quality ones. There are several halls of the restaurant and on the outdoor veranda too, there are always places.
The children's restaurant is separate. It's also a buffet, ice cream at lunchtime.
A separate room for pizza lovers, open at certain hours.
There is a Side street where a variety of fast food is prepared at lunchtime. It is located along the huge stage of the Amphitheater. Ice cream and favorite drinks are also here.
The beach is always clean, well-groomed, however, as is the entire green area of the hotel. There are many different umbrellas for relaxation.
4 A la carte restaurants, by appointment.

2 water parks: for adults and children. A children's town with houses and games.
The department has 2 zones: hotel and village.
Animation is everywhere from morning to evening, games, yoga classes, bocce, beach volleyball, board games, etc.
Our room was large, with a balcony and there was also a sofa. The bathroom is ordinary. The hair dryer works at the same speed and drove very hot air. Bath accessories were laid out constantly and the room was always cleaned cleanly. The mini bar is free: beer and soda, water. It was also replenished daily, as drinks ran out.
Water on the territory can be taken at every step, a beach towel was given out in two places. There are many pools and bars.
The conclusion is that once you pay for everything, you live in paradise. There are a lot of cats on the premises and in the lobby.
The pier with the bar is gorgeous. There are plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. It is made in the form of a daisy. 2-3 ladders for descending into the sea, helped out when the sea was feeding. There is a pantone on the water nearby, we also sunbathed there. There is a security service everywhere, on land and on the pier.
Coral representatives stayed at the hotel all day, conveniently. There are many interesting excursions and other countries too, with flights. For every taste.

The hotel is very nice. They were from April 23 to April 27, 2024. Since the season hadn't started yet, the hotel was empty and quiet.
The food was delicious and varied, the menu changed slightly every day. But there was always meat, chicken and fish.
The service was good. All the staff were friendly. The rooms are clean and bright. When choosing a room, you need to be careful, because walking around the hotel you noticed rooms that overlook the neighboring hotel where the outdoor air conditioning systems are located and it is very noisy.
The hotel grounds are large, clean and beautiful. There are small islands with trees on the territory of the hotel, where birds sing. Throughout the hotel, you can see sweetly sleeping cats who love to be petted. Some of them enter the lobby.

The hotel is designed for "its" Turks with children. Russians have nothing to do here because if you ask for wine from someone, they will give you beer. When asked to pour a cocktail, you will be given a beer. The cuisine is not rich, one dish can be found throughout the day. The same cutlets or sausages. The walls are thin, so you can safely listen to your inadequate neighbors with children or those who hang out in the lobby. Dust is almost everywhere, there are traces of something on the shelves all over the room... IS IT 5 STARS? In order for someone to pour you coffee, you need to catch the waiters. Near the pool, they won't come up at all and won't ask because they're stupidly not there.
If you are not picky, you have extra money to overpay for It and send your children to conditional slides or paid rides, then this is your option.

We rested at this hotel in August, the hotel is not pretentious, but very cozy, a large well-groomed territory, excellent sand beach, very good access to the sea, the pier is just super you can sunbathe and enter from it for different levels of swimmers. The rooms are somewhat tired, the food is good, there is a lot of it for different tastes and desires and not very much. There is always a large selection of fish and sea products in the main restaurant of my stations. Lots of fruits, desserts. Alcohol is also of a normal level and there are many bars. The hotel staff is very friendly, all problems are solved quickly.
There are a lot of children in the hotel, but it is also family-oriented. Animation is only in Turkish, shows every evening, live music, disco.

We stayed at this hotel in May-June 2024. I will try to be very objective. But after reading many rave reviews, I was extremely surprised. We have vacationed in Turkey more than once, besides that we have been to many other places, but there was nothing special about this hotel. Firstly, the room was given on the ground floor, the windows did not face the facade, but as if from the back side. A ventilation pipe was constantly growling from a nearby hotel, starting from 6-00 in the morning and until late in the evening. That is, all the rooms in this wing were spent all day long accompanied by a growling trumpet. The air conditioner in the room did not work. Every day I had something to do, in the morning, in the evening, and sometimes in the afternoon, I went to the reception and, first asked, then demanded that they make an air conditioner. They promised, they smiled, and that's it! Cats are a separate topic!!! They are everywhere, especially where there is food. In the morning I took breakfast for myself, sat down at a table and remembered that I forgot to take bread. What was my surprise when I returned and saw that the cat was sitting on the table and my breakfast was eating from my plate!!?? And it's everywhere!! Meals : rested for 12 days. Every breakfast is the same, no variety. We didn't bother much for lunch and dinner either. The same thing, with minor changes. And again! May-June is when it's hot during the day and cool at night!!! But for some reason the hotel administration decided that vacationers have enough of one wall. My husband is tall, so this sheet was not enough for him to hide at all. How many times have I asked for a blanket- zero emotions....! I have not seen this in any other hotel, although in post-crisis times we rest in Turkey at this time. We didn't have any excitement about staying at this hotel, moreover, there was a residue! The only thing is the beach, sand, no pebbles. But apart from that, NOTHING else!!! There is no desire to go there yet!

We are currently resting at this hotel. It's probably just the worst hotel we've ever been to. I don't know who writes rave reviews here. Firstly, the hotel is super shabby. Absolutely everything is old. We got here for sports training camps. In general, we had no illusions. But the hotel exceeded all our expectations. Let's start in order. We took the most expensive 2-room suite. Renovated. Upon check-in, the room smelled terribly of fungus, dampness and sewage. The number was promptly changed for us. I can't say anything here. but! On the 2nd day, the 2nd room also began to stink terribly of sewage. Moreover, in the second room we also had a leaky ventilation system. So some of our stuff got wet 🤦🏼♀️The hotel as a whole was ready to change our room again, but for this I had to go to the reception, find someone there, go see a new room and then move. We decided to stay in a smelly room, because we rested with a large company and as we understood, it was everywhere. And I didn't really want to go around the rooms with the children. Well, plus, when they changed the number for the 1st time, they dragged all the things themselves. Because they have a very heavy workload. Well, not the point. Further. Cleaning. In the 4 days that we've been cleaning here every day. But! Cleaning is folding blankets and changing towels. That's it! The children stained the sink on the 1st day. In 3 days, no one thought of removing it. Even with a tip. Things just pile up in your suitcase. From the bed. Coffee cups are not washed or put in place. Garbage is not thrown away. The minibar is replenished at your discretion and mood 😅
Farther. Meal. Super-diverse and not very tasty. Where there is baking in general, at first they thought that these were leftovers from yesterday's food. Moreover, an incredible number of people and endless queues. With that, some completely illogical ones.
The cards are CONSTANTLY demagnetized. Just constantly! That is, when going out somewhere, it is better to immediately go through the reception to update the cards.
Further. There is a luna park and a children's area. All for separate money.
The territory doesn't seem to be big, but it's a long way to go everywhere. The towel points are also located a little far from the sea and there are only 2 of them. One of which closes at 5.
In short, I do not share the rave reviews at all. The pier looks very beautiful in the photos. But by our arrival it was disassembled ((

If you like silence, you are not here either... The sound insulation in the rooms of the main building is poor. You can find silence only in the area of mini villas.
In the main building, if your room overlooks the courtyard, communication with crows is provided for you in the morning and evening. For some reason, they are the owners of the hotel and no one drives them away like cats.
Branded alcohol of good quality.

We visited the hotel for the second time this year - the first time in 2022. Last year we decided to save a little and go to a cheaper Side hotel - we don't eat much, we don't drink alcohol, we don't require perfect cleanliness everywhere, we just sunbathe, swim and relax in the room - and we really regretted it, so now: if Side and 5 stars, then only Sueno!. For 20 years we have been in different 3-4-5 star hotels in Turkey - this is the best of all! The hotel is aimed at families with children, so if you don't have children waking up at 7-8 in the morning and running and making noise everywhere, and you want to enjoy the silence - just choose another hotel so that you don't complain later! Special thanks for the children's and diet menus - the chefs tried their best to make the usual "healthy" food - the only hotel where we enjoyed eating porridges and soups. Yes, the food is in any case "with a Turkish touch" - well, this is Turkey! The staff is very friendly, any wishes and requests are fulfilled almost instantly (they said in the evening that the light bulb was not on in the bathroom, hoping that it would be changed the next day - so the master came running as early as 22.30, which we were not ready for. The sea and the beach are beyond praise and for every taste - there are so many sunbeds that you can always find free ones for any company, entering the water is soft, gentle, sandy (to the left of the pier, on the right there are slightly larger small pebbles), to the left of the pier you can jump in the waves (on the right only when the waves are strong), there is a great raft for diving enthusiasts - this has not been seen in any other hotel. And it is in this place that there are such beaches, further towards Alanya, pebbles appear and the depth begins quite abruptly. The animation for children is excellent, although it seemed that it was more interesting in 2022. They did not go to the adult stage - but judging by the posters and the sounds coming from them, the performances were on top. And if someone is dissatisfied with the imperfect quality of the joints in the shower, stains and crumbs on the tables that simply did not have time to clean in a minute after the previous guests left, or with the imperfect general cleaning every day (there are such fans of posting enlarged images of defects and being indignant) - I would like to recommend that they take pictures of similar objects at home and be surprised.

We were a family with two children from October 17, 2024 to October 27.
According to the service, I really liked the fact that upon early arrival at 7 a.m., although we were not settled, we were given towel cards and we could eat. Also, after renting the room, you could use everything and eat too.
The peculiarity of October - the pier was closed, it was dismantled. The water in the water park and pools is icy, even surprisingly, in fairly hot weather - 25-27 degrees.
I assume that the water in the pool is normal during the season.
On October 19, half of the slides in the water park were closed - the most interesting ones.
The splash pads for children were also turned off in the middle of our stay. So in October, the winter concept begins at the hotel.
Disco for children - 20 minutes in the lobby. Animators are super sluggish (or tired).
The food is delicious, but not very diverse.
There is a Migros supermarket next to the hotel, but it is tiny. Supermarkets are far away in Side and also mini, so you can buy goodies only in shops at inflated prices🤷♀️
One of the advantages is a wonderful beach, a green area, wonderful tea pavilions in the shade of trees.
Next time we'll go closer to civilization. So that you can rent a car at or near the hotel. Or by some kind of public transport to get to interesting locations such as the fortress in Alanya or the Dim cave, also near Alanya

The beach is fine sand, the entrance to the sea is gentle and the bottom is clean sand, very convenient for those who do not know how to swim! I recommend the hotel for holidays with children 100%.
The rooms are clean, everything works fine, if you don't like the room, you can come up and ask to change it without any problems, special thanks to Maria at the reception for the best room in the hotel!

Great family hotel. A good entrance to the sea (we walked along the beach at the neighboring hotels already have pebbles and the entrance is not so smooth), delicious and varied food (we could not get around all the restaurants during the whole holiday). The bar always has a large selection of drinks, there is a 24-hour bar.
Excellent animation, evening shows are very good)
The only disadvantage is an uncomfortable bathroom, a very narrow and high entrance, it's hard for an elderly person to climb.

The beach is great! Sandy! A wide coastal strip. We lived in villas on the water. They are located further away from all activities, but we really like it.
There are wonderful chill zones under the pines. Water park, luna Park.
I will not say that this is the best hotel we have been to, but the territory is gorgeous, large, there is enough greenery and a stunningly convenient entrance to the sea. Wonderful pier 👌🏼
