A magical place! Excellent hotel, very attentive staff - we have stayed there many times since 2011. A variety of entertainment programs, the cuisine is beyond praise. A separate beach, its own water park (well, there are definitely comments on it, but it's there more for show - and even without a water park there is something to do)

The hotel is very, very weakly 5-star. Anyone who has vacationed in Turkey in a good 5 will be extremely disappointed. Let's start with check-in, upon arrival you will not be checked in, you will wait in the lobby for check-in time after 2 p.m. The main building of the hotel looks shabby, with an outdated design 10 years ago, stained sofas and a lounge area where stray kittens run around and do their "business", and you will simply be horrified by the bungalow. The bathrooms are shabby, as are the furniture. The bungalow is on the 0 floor, it's just damp, dank basements. The hotel clearly needs to think about its room stock. The next thing is food and alcohol. Everything is fine with the food, you will not stay hungry, many dishes are delicious, they impose as many problems as you can say, alcohol is imported of good quality, a diverse selection of spirits, cocktails are tasteless, bartenders do not know the technological maps of cocktail preparation, there is only one type of beer. Cleaning - they try, but the rooms are cleaned dirty. The animation is good, the hotel staff is responsive, during the entire vacation we have never heard the word "no". The hotel offers stunning views of the sea and mountains, good pools, a good water park. But the hotel is on a level, there are only stairs in it, they are tired of going up and down here. People with children and strollers have nothing to do there at all. And now the main disadvantage of the hotel is the way to the sea. A bus comes to the main building every 10 minutes, take it down the mountain for 5 minutes, then make your way up the stairs that dot the entire hotel and only then you will get to the elevator and go down to the sea. The beach is small, well maintained, the awning is not stretched, individual umbrellas. It's a good pier, I liked swimming from it. On the beach, sea entertainment at very affordable prices, unlike many famous hotels (banana, parachute, etc.). On the territory of the hotel, photographers take pictures very well, prices are also more than affordable and the guys are not greedy, inferior in prices. Based on the above, we do not plan to return to this hotel. A separate minus for the anex tour team, which serves tourists on the territory of this hotel. We booked the tour, came to pay back, it turned out that at the price that we had previously been told we would not be able to leave, but there are a lot of other options, but we need to throw 150 dollars on top, we refused because of the principle, we saw everything in Turkey many times, we just wanted to diversify the lazy hotel vacation a little. We warned the anex tour team in advance that we were leaving on an individual transfer, listed our names under the record and asked them not to bother us with calls to the room at check-out in the morning, since we left later than people on a group transfer. As a result, we received a morning call to the room shouting that people were actually waiting for us. Why are we still sleeping in the room? The question is why we approached and warned in advance. The food is not very 5 * does not pull the wife and daughter were poisoned, the bar is not very old, there are no bathrobes in the rooms, there is something to compare who was in 5 stars in Turkey, he will understand. I really regret coming here for the first and last time. A 3-star hotel is not worth it for 5. The food is monotonous. We are waiting for when we will leave here faster. There is no help from a doctor in hotels for show, nothing will help if only to measure the temperature. We had to pay for everything by looking for a pharmacy ourselves. I do not recommend there are decent hotels in Turkey for that kind of money. I read the reviews purely and came, but not everything is as they say here.

We were at this hotel from 10.09 to 16.09. The only advantage of this hotel is the scenery, unusual location and arrangement inside the territory. The food is monotonous, there is little choice: watermelon and melon are delicious from fruits; bananas are cleaned for some reason and after 15 minutes they are black! There were no pastries for breakfast, as has always been customary in Turkey - some pies with meat, cheese....
Upon check-in, our mini-bar remained from previous tenants (with open and drunk bottles).
The second bottle of water was put in the mini bar only on the third day! Although we lived in the room with my husband and two children! Bed linen and towels would have to be renewed already - stains do not wash off! An ant in the bathroom! The rooms are not cleaned very well!

We rested at the hotel from 2.10-13.10.2020.We lived in villa 2511, the room was cleaned daily, the mini-card was replenished daily, towels were changed regularly! Seafood twice a week- the sea!!!! Hotel handling, bus and restaurant appliances in packages. I don't understand people who write about the beach, everyone looks at the photos beforehand!Everyone's choice on the bus is given masks, after going down in the elevator there are two of them. In the evening, animation for children separately👍Live music every evening, disco until 24.00. We liked everything! I would go back to this hotel again!!The only thing that ruined the rest was the neighbors behind the wall, who were not adequate from Ukraine.The whole villa shuddered at 3 a.m., I had to call the reception and ask them to calm them down. There are no complaints about the hotel at all!!! Everything is fine!
