The hotel is just super food, service. Minus there is nothing nearby. And in the water park, something needs to be done with the steps, children fall and break their arms and legs.

We returned from the hotel tonight! Thank you so much for the attitude, the cuisine, and the whole atmosphere of the hotel! The animators are just great!!! The end of the season, and they are full of energy and enthusiasm! Thanks! The whole area is well maintained! The pools are great! The beach has its own, there is enough of everything there! They write a lot that it is difficult for people with health problems (joints) to get to the sea! I have these problems and my age, but I didn't feel any special difficulties! I would like to mention the children's club separately! Our baby was leaving covered in footprints! Thank you all very much! Berfin, Mahmoud, Erlan,Sydyk, Besha, Sheva, Burke, Nijip!!!! The guys are just great fellows!!!

The only drawback is that there is no heated pool outside. Of course, if you came in the summer, it's not so critical, but in April it was a shame. The food is good, the alcohol is of high quality (baileys and pomegranate wine ❤), the staff is great, the views are great. The area is magical, there is a place to wander and hang out. We knew about the stairs, it was normal for us. The location is great, if you do not plan to leave the territory often, it takes 40 minutes to get to the center of Alanya by bus.
Conclusion: it's a decent hotel, I would return, but in season. Because of the pools, as well as the animation.

The hotel is very beautiful, the views are breathtaking. But there are two disadvantages: there are no bathrobes in the rooms, and for me there is a poor choice of food, nuts are everywhere in the food because my daughter is allergic to them, it was difficult to feed.

A great hotel with stunning views. Excellent service, large territory. Good entertainment program. Clean hotel, great cuisine. A good water park in a pine forest, perhaps the first water park not in the sun. There are two but not very good sound insulation between the rooms and you have to walk a lot, but this is not a problem for us, so we think that the hotel is very cool.

We vacationed with my husband at this hotel from July 14 to July 25, 2021 in the main building. (We are over 50, but young at heart) I REALLY LIKED IT!!!!! Cleanliness, BEAUTY, order. Nice, friendly staff. Very tasty, varied food!!! A large area!!! Disinfection and cleaning are carried out every day. They greet everyone with a cooling drink and a cold towel with mint (WELL DONE in everything !!!)Turks are famous for THEIR HOSPITALITY. It is clear that the guests are welcome. THANK YOU for A GREAT STAY!!! EVERYTHING is done for the comfort of people!!! I want to come back here again. 5*********

We had a rest in Utopia from August 7 to August 17, 2021!This is one of the best hotels!The food is excellent, the sea is clean, the sunset is gentle, many people were with young children!The pier with sun beds,umbrellas, we always dived from it,on the beach the ice cream Magnate in packs is delicious,fruits,soup,burgers,salads,pasta,grilled chicken,fruits, ayran,juices,water,lemonades,cocktails,cognac,whiskey,Italian liqueurs,alcohol imports, almost all!The water park is beyond praise!It's all buried in greenery!Animation takes place there too.Each pool has its own bar, and what kinds of views…Disco class, DJs are just super, concerts, performances every day, we got to FILATOVKARAS.The staff is beyond praise!!!The reception girls, in front of the reception, solved all issues immediately!Hello and thanks to Zlata!I already want to go back there!!!Utopia World is in my heart for always!!!It takes 4 minutes by bus to the sea, as well as 4 minutes on foot to the elevator that goes to the beach!!!RESPECT to the architect of Utopia!!!!!!!!!!!!!We are thrilled!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We lived in a villa. . The water in the shower does not drain, the shower from above does not work. While driving from the airport, I bought the most expensive ice cream in my life at the gas station, using a card. (10evro)😃 After 10 days of vacation, the rating of the hotel is: 5. Vacationers are upset by inadequacy, greyhound. You need to be more modest!

They lived in the main building. It is a large and beautiful territory, but we hardly slept properly for a single night! It's just a cardboard house. It's very noisy! Entertainment and shows on the street until 00.00 every day. The children suffered from the noise, it was simply not possible to fall asleep! Starting from 4-5 in the morning, the noise from buses and hotel employees is under the windows. If you want to have a good rest and sleep, then this is not the hotel!

Rest from 23.10.21 to 31.10.21. Excellent hotel. The service is at a high level. The staff is very friendly and understands Russian. There are incomparable views and nature. I have vacationed earlier in other, more expensive hotels (Kirman and Akka chains), food and alcohol are a little more diverse there, but they will never replace those stunning views that Utopia World provides. Of the disadvantages, only a long group transfer from Antalya is 4 hours, since Gazipasa airport is closed for charters. There is a great desire to come back here again. I thank the hotel staff for your well-coordinated, hard work and for a wonderful stay.

Oh, how beautiful she is, our beautiful Utopia.
For many years we went to Turkey to another hotel and still did not dare to change it, for fear of being disappointed. But the rest in Utopia was so tempting that in the end we couldn't resist.
We had a rest from October 20 to 27, 2022.
Of course, it's a long transfer....this should be taken into account. It took us 2 hours to get to Alanya, but then we drove for two more, taking tourists to hotels. Ours was the last one....The seventh.
We are terribly tired.
And it was doubly pleasant that they met us very warmly. They brought cold wet towels and a glass of cold juice. It seems like a trifle, but it was just what you need after a long journey to rest.
After that, they offered to go to dinner and then settle in.
I wrote to the hotel in advance with a wish for a certain villa with a sea view. To be honest, we didn't have much hope. And what was our surprise when it was taken into account....
A nice girl at the reception (Victoria, in my opinion), said that this villa would be available tomorrow at lunch, and today offered to spend the night in a room in the main building without any additional charges.
Of course, we agreed.
There was a view from the room.....The
next day, as promised, we were accommodated in room 2802.
What a view from there .....there are just no words.
And in the evening....I can't take my eyes off it.
The room is clean.
The bar was replenished regularly.
Linen and towels were changed, swans were spinning.
Absolutely no complaints.
At the end of the rest, the girl who cleaned our room laid out a heart with flowers on the rug and came to wish us a safe journey. It's a small thing, but it's nice.

Only for this you can close your eyes to some disadvantages....
The kitchen is wonderful.
There are a lot of things. It's delicious. Fresh.
Fish days are something....
And shrimp, and mussels, and squid, and octopus. I'm not talking about smoked trout. Stewed, steamed, boiled fried fish on a regular basis.
The waiters are friendly. You don't have to wait and call. And they will change the tablecloth, and bring appliances if necessary, and help with drinks.

Drinks are plentiful. There are both local and imported alcoholic beverages.
The juices are all packaged. Apple,peach,apricot,multifruit, tomato...maybe there was something else ...I don't know. They make great cocktails.
The beach is between two piers. In high season, I think it's a little cramped. But we were fine. It's noisier on the left pier...there are fans of jumping. On the right, everything is decorous and noble. Two bars with drinks . Refrigerators with lemonades, water and ayran.
The villas are located in a pine forest. Booooo....What kind of air is there! It is impossible for them to breathe enough. Silence. Only birds sing, and in the evenings cicadas chirp.
Huge thanks to the gardeners for their work. Everything is trimmed, cleaned, combed and washed. The territory resembles some kind of garden of Eden!
The lowest tier is a water park.
Well...there is plenty of space for children and adults.
There are also noisy, crowded places, and there are clearings with hammocks. Relax 100%.
The evening shows are bright and varied.
! Of the cons: icy water in the water park (but this has nothing to do with the hotel....October after all). I'm sure that in summer, on the contrary, it's a plus. There you can hide from the heat.
! And another minus: I didn't like the toilet on the beach. Not to say that it's dirty, but...... the smell is there.....the gas stations are cleaner now. Honestly.....
In general, we are not even 100% satisfied with the rest, but 200.

It is difficult to plan anything now , but we are already dreaming of a vacation in the beloved Utopia World.
P.S. on the way back we ordered an individual transfer. And everything was perfect! Two hours and we're at the airport👍

Rest at the hotel from 10.10.22 to 21.10.22. I must say right away, the hotel is good and could recommend it, but it is overestimated in the reviews. There's not much to admire. Yes, the views are very beautiful, but you can admire them for the first 1-2 days of rest. One of the big advantages of the hotel is definitely the sea and the beach. There are many options for entering the sea on the beach, 2 bars. The road to the beach is very pleasant. This, in my opinion, is where the "pros" end and the "cons" begin.
The hotel is very far from the airport. The problem is solved by an individual transfer, but it is also 2-3 hours on the way and 180 € round trip, if you take it as part of a tour package. The hotel itself is isolated. There is nothing nearby except banana plantations. A taxi to Alanya is $ 15. There's nowhere to go in the evening. Despite the large territory, there is nowhere to walk in the evening. The territory of the villas consists entirely of steps and is very poorly lit. The evening show is not of a high level and you can watch it, even if you want, only standing on the sidelines, since only a limited number of bar tables are provided for the audience, which are all constantly occupied from 7 p.m.
About the main restaurant... There is a lot of food and it is quite tasty. But..very ordinary. Not a single themed dinner in 11 days, you have never seen a dish from the chef, you are not greeted in the restaurant, the tables are not served, except for cleaning. If you come to the opening, there is a queue, if later, it is difficult to find an empty table. And it's the middle of October! A good selection of bottled wines, but you need to take them at the bar yourself. People are dressed for dinner, exactly the same as for breakfast, but this is not a question for the hotel.
The room was standard in the main building. Everything is fine, except for the insulation. She is missing. Everything that happens in the evening in the lobby bar, on the territory and in the next room can be heard equally well. Room cleaning for 3 points, linen was changed once in 11 days. Cleaning is done exclusively after lunch, when you are relaxing in the room.
Bars...There are imported drinks in the lobby bar, but they are not there. Olmek was lucky enough to drink once. Most often, the bartender's answer is over. Cocktails in the lobby for a big fan. I really liked the pianist in the lobby bar. I played great every night!
Check-out from the hotel was in the evening. They refused to extend the room with an additional fee, although they promised at check-in.
To sum up: the hotel is good, but not without flaws, in some places, quite significant. I don't quite understand people who return to Utopia for the second or third time.

The hotel is super, the views are amazing, there has been everywhere in Turkey and there is something to compare it with, I recommend this hotel. We have been resting since 09/15/2021 three adults, we are over 50, very satisfied with everything, the room is huge in the main building, the sea is clean, there are enough sun beds and umbrellas for everyone, less than 5 minutes to the beach or rather to the elevator on which you go down to the beach, they take the bus every 15 minutes, no strain for us, I ate on every taste, there are plenty of fruits, I recommend the hotel for relaxation.

Yes, it is a long way to go if you arrived at Antalya airport, yes it is not on the 1st coastline, yes it stands on a mountain and it is excruciatingly painful to return to it from a walk.
But the most gorgeous view opens only from this hotel in Alanya.
It has its own water park, a large territory, a lot of pools where you will find a cozy corner, wonderful food and drinks here.
We have already been here twice and, if possible, we will come again.

I've been there twice... It didn't even hurt that you had to go down to the sea by elevator.. You can't get better even with such a kitchen... I am glad that a large number of artists have become guests of the hotel.... There are no disadvantages... I recommend. The best in Alanya...!!!
