Very beautiful territory and stunning views of Alanya. The rooms are simple, the mattresses are a bit harsh. The food is good, you can always find something delicious for yourself. Nice beach.

The hotel is good. The main building is located on the mountain, below there are two tiers of villas. A large green area. Gorgeous views can be seen from any location on the territory. We lived in a villa overlooking a water park and a tennis court, but nevertheless we did not grieve because of the lack of a sea view. In the heat, it is probably the best option to be in the shade of pine trees. And it was closer to the beach from here. And the sounds of discos and concerts didn't get here either.
The main restaurant is located in the main building and from the villas you have to go up there either by elevator or by stairs. Not everyone likes the tiered layout, but it wasn't a problem for us. The food is varied. There is more choice than in less expensive hotels. On Fridays there are crabs, crayfish, shrimp and other seafood. Fruits, meat, and vegan food are all present. There is nothing mega-tasteless, as in all the other five, of course not. There is no need to look for haute cuisine here, but in general, everything is decent.
All kinds of contests are held in the main pool and in the water park during the day. You can entertain yourself with beach volleyball, lawn tennis, table tennis, in the gym, in the water park (there are good slides and there is a funny rafting). In general, everyone will find something to do.
Evening programs are also quite diverse and everyone will find something interesting for themselves. Personally, we liked the performances in the amphitheater more.
The beach is sandy and pebbly. The sea is often agitated. The water near the shore is often muddy. It is better to be located on the pier, where the water is clearer. But there are not always free sun beds. If you like diving, then the fish are all near the pier. We met a turtle once.
Now about the cons. All hotels have them and Utopia is no exception. Firstly, it is the distance from Antalya airport. The group transfer takes 3-4 hours. It's a very long time. Secondly, there are no anti-covid measures at all. No, the hotel is full of sanitizers and masks, but no one wears masks. For example, in Marmaris, you could go without food in a hotel if you came to a restaurant without a mask. And there are crowds of people here. A lot of people are crammed into the elevator and all without masks. It is clear that everyone has come to rest, but somehow it is necessary to take precautions in places of mass gatherings of people, but the staff does not even remind you of this. Now about the room - it was very pretty in appearance. But if you look closely... the lock of the front door opened only the third time. The platbands are falling off, the lock of the balcony door is broken, the frame of the shower cabin on the floor is not sealed. Water was pouring all over the bathroom. Admittedly, the complaint was immediately responded to. A technician came and filled the gap with sealant. Sometimes ants appeared in the room. The room cleaning is average, but it is the same throughout Turkey. The hotel staff is polite, but somehow soulless. It seemed to us that the hotels are smaller, the staff is more sincere… But maybe it just seemed.
Still, it's a great hotel. It's not cheap, but they also position themselves as deluxe. 5 out of 5.

Although the hotel is 5 stars, it falls slightly short of this level. It is more likely to be assigned 4+. The hotel has a good group of pools. Unlike the other three hotels I visited, Utopia has excellent Wi-Fi signal reception everywhere, including on the beach, which, by the way, is remote from the main building.
The staff is very friendly, which is generally typical of Turkish hotels. On my birthday, there was a bottle of wine with fruit in the room.
The food is as close as possible to Russian cuisine.
The hotel is located far from the main shopping centers of the region. There is only one tolerable shopping mall in Alanya, Alanium. He's small. Of course, you need to go to Antalya, to the shopping center Makr Anatlia, Antalya Mall, Terracity. To do this, you will need to rent a car for two days, since when renting for a day there is a mileage limit of no more than 150 km. Antalya is 155 km from the hotel. So the remoteness of the hotel has some disadvantages. Of course, you can wander around the village along the sea. There are a lot of shops there. But this is not the format of shopping malls.

The hotel is a real pearl of Alanya. It is located completely on the mountain, the hotel has about 6 swimming pools and swimming areas, a water park for children and adults, a spa with qualified craftsmen from Thailand, three restaurants by reservation, one of them with seafood cuisine (God what a strudel there was, I warmly recommend) a separate exit to the beach, a huge area for walking. Staying in a place like this gives you an exceptionally positive experience! We plan to visit this hotel again

I don't know who gives 5 to this hotel and where these people used to rest.
Pros: views, nature, sea, evening show, kids club.
Minuses: we lived in a villa, its plus is the silence and a lot of surfaces, drawers.
Minuses. The room is damp, the furniture smells, all the clothes too. You will not live alone, but with ants, something like woodlice, spiders and something similar to cockroaches, but with ticks. They even brought the ant home in a toothbrush case.
The food is 3 stars, 4 times tastier. There's a lot of it, but it's no use. And the omelet is not made from eggs, but some kind of milk cartons are opened and there is an egg mixture. We were in Ala kart for the wedding anniversary, also the most delicious Ala kart. No one could eat tiramisu, the rest was pecked. Sweets are not delicious, even Turkish ones.
There are not enough tables to watch the show in the evening, the waiters do not serve, at lunch they will only come first and that's it. In general, this is not a problem, but if you come alone to the evening animation and go to the big queue at the bar, then your table will no longer be there.
Oh, and gozleme is not very good either.
The room cleaning is terrible, I walked in slippers. They wash the floor as if with a dirty rag.
I heard that the water carrier comes at 9 and even if it's worth not bothering, it still bothers. Everything was fine with us.
The mattress is hard, but we love it so much. Pillows for Turkey are normal.
I was at 5 that year in Icmeler in Aqua, everything is delicious there, although there are fewer types of food. The waiters are just a cannon, you don't have time to put an empty glass on the table, they already ask you to repeat it?! I probably won't go to big hotels anymore.

I expected utopia, I got a nightmare!
My family and I have just returned from the Utopia World Hotel, and to be honest, it was one of the worst vacations of my life.
Staff: Rarely have I had to deal with such rude and impolite service staff. I do not know if it was because of the language barrier or something else, but their attitude towards the guests was just terrible. It felt like we were an unpleasant burden to them, not hotel guests.
Language Barrier: It seemed that the staff was deliberately pretending not to speak English. In a hotel that is clearly aimed at international tourists, this is simply unacceptable.
Food: As far as the food was concerned, it was just disgusting. The dishes were monotonous, tasteless and often undercooked. The large selection at breakfast turned into a real nightmare when we had to realize that there was really nothing to eat.
Views: The only salvation of this hotel is the views. Beautiful landscapes, a clean beach, and it seemed that you were in paradise. But unfortunately, this did not compensate for all of the above.
I recommend everyone to think twice before booking a vacation at Utopia World Hotel. Expectations and reality turned out to be so far apart that I cannot express all my disappointment in words.
Verdict: If you are looking for a true vacation and good service, avoid this hotel. He left me feeling cheated and disappointed. I will not repeat this experience under any circumstances.

I visited this hotel with my wife in June 2023.
The ticket cost 285 thousand for 11 nights, the advantages include: views, animation, relaxation pool for adults.
The disadvantages begin as soon as you get on the train, we bought a ticket on anex tour, we got to the hotel from Antalya in exactly 4.5 hours, although the guide himself announced at departure that we would have to travel 2.5 hours with traffic jams at most.
Get ready for the fact that if you have an early arrival + 4.5 hours on the road and God forbid you will still arrive at the hotel before 14 o'clock, you will not be checked into the room even for money) you will have to roam in the lobby)
We foolishly paid extra to the tour operator to settle in the main building, which we greatly regretted, since the eternal waiting for elevators (and there are only 4 of them for the whole building), the music that plays in the lobby, if you suddenly decide to lie down early or put a small child to bed, you will be greatly disturbed, because the feeling that you they put a music column under the door)))
Bar- there is good alcohol that will be poured for you if you ask, whiskey, vodka, liqueurs.
Cocktails are in the way - who is good at what, and if you do not control it, they will pour local swill!
Everything is bad for food, you will not be able to live according to the principle "once a day - soup should be in the stomach".
There are mainly tomato soups, in which you can find ingredients from yesterday's "evening dish".
For example, the lamb that the "chef" sliced the day before in a soup called "Georgian soup", or shrimp in a "creamy sea soup", I am generally silent about "yogurt with mint".
In general, there was only chicken noodle soup on the beach once during the entire vacation, the rest of the days all the soups were quite heavy and sour for the stomach.
By default, your mini-bar in the room is not updated, you had to either catch new things on the floor or call the reception.
If you have problems with your legs, or leg injuries, or age-related joint problems, DO NOT TRY to visit this hotel, solid stairs. Yes, there are elevators, but some of them did not work throughout our vacation, namely on the way to the water park.
The beach is bad, dirty, there is a lot of garbage in the water because of its shape, probably constant turbidity in the water, and most of the big waves, small children do not particularly splash on the shoals, and adults are not particularly pleased to swim in nailed algae and garbage.
Bottom line: the hotel is not worth the money, for the same cost it is better to visit the hotel from Kirman, where the service, food, and the attitude of the staff as a whole are much better, because here the staff is quite greyhound and the attitude towards Russians is "through their teeth".
Also, upon check-in, you may be placed in a not the best room on the second floor above the entrance, where you will not see the promised views because of the visor of the building) and when you ask to change your room, you will hear in response that there are no places, and if you want a better room, pay $ 400 extra for a family room)
(But with a little argument we were moved to a room on the 5th floor with a good view), and all this is what I mean, $ 400 if you pay extra, you can already go not to utopia, but to nirvana cosmopolitan.
PS Before choosing this hotel, it is better to read the reviews that on the 3rd day you do not come to the conclusion that you are actually in a "utopia" and you will have to survive here for another week for not a small amount!)

Now my family were Utopia fans too (2 adults + 2 children) in April 2023 from the first opening day. Even if they didn't have time to swim in the water park (the water was still cold), but they dipped into the sea, they were lucky with the weather, even if there were no show programs yet (they started by the end of April, we already flew away), but the animation guys tried very hard to entice and entertain everyone! Nothing spoiled our vacation!! Everything was cool! The atmosphere, the service, the room, the food, the surroundings, that's all I liked! It was my 4th time in Turkey, and Utopia conquered me! Children still remember the MaMiPa kids club ♥
The big plus was that the hotel was not packed with tourists, they say that in the summer there is a load of 150%. Well, the price for the summer is 2 times higher than in early April.
In general, I heartily recommend Utopia! Van love! ♥

The transfer back to the airport is paid - $ 35. There are beautiful backgammon boards in the lobby, but there are no dice, it's better to bring them with you.

We visited the hotel for the third time, vacationing in 2015, 2021 and 2023, June-July. I liked the rest except for the road, which took more than 5 hours with check-in at 7!!! Dear managers and tour operators, we need to do something about this. The food is average, we met at other hotels much better, we lived in a villa - everything is fine except for the sounds of the mosque, which woke us up at 5 a.m. and this with a closed balcony. We did not encounter animation, since we spent the whole day at sea, and that's why we came, but there is no animation at sea. On the birthday of the hotel there was a singer, whom the Turkish people are delighted with, he all gathered at the stage, we did not really understand his repertoire, we left the concert after 15 minutes, still we think that the holiday should be arranged with a more interesting repertoire and performers so that everyone would be delighted, the hotel is 5 The stars don't really pull, but it's nice here, the guests are welcome, everyone is smiling, everyone is happy. When the hotel is fully loaded, there are always free sun beds at the sea and in the water park, there are no queues. If it weren't for the road, we would probably go every year, but with such an escort to the hotel and back, we are unlikely to arrive again. We are not going to pay for a personal transfer, it is better to spend this money on excursions, for example to Cyprus, the transfer is included in the price of the voucher, but sorry, it is not cheap. The service will be provided at the best level, we will visit.

LET'S GO BACK 7 TIMES!
Everything was very good as always!!! My wife and I were there from the middle to the end of October. The weather was from 25-32 degrees (as for the temperature). There is nothing to add about the Hotel, we are 6 times, everything suits us. We do not like experiments, so we rest in Turkey only in Utopia. Everything in the hotel is very cool, because We are cool, we always come only with a Great mood!!! I don't like the fact that almost without exception, Everyone writes that they have to walk a lot! People! You knew where you were going, especially with small Children and the Elderly! Of course it will be hard for you!!! I've been doing various sports almost all my life, and even with my weight of 120 kg, I don't mind walking sometimes for fun to run into the slides.
Advice to those who are going to visit Utopia for the first time: get to know the hotel very well, only then make a decision.
And We have already gathered again in October, if the borders are not closed.

Friends, I honestly don't understand how anyone can like this hotel at all, have you ever been to others? We rest in Turkey at least twice a year, probably this is about the 30th hotel in our Turkish experience, honestly, we still need to look for worse. It's just disgusting, terrifying cuisine. In reality, the lack of choice is simply amazing, there is not even such a meager table in the fours. If you are a little late for lunch and dinner, then you will basically have nothing to eat, since the products are no longer delivered by the middle. Once a week there is a fish day, boiled shrimp and a seafood sauce for which there is a fierce battle among the guests. The attitude towards children is simply unique, as the hotel positions itself as a family hotel. There are foam parties in the afternoon BUT (!!!!) only for adults, where children are not allowed. Moreover, this foam party is just not fucking necessary for adults, and the children are standing behind the fence with the eyes of a Shrek cat and watching it. Your child will not be able to play darts if he is under 12 years old, there is no such nonsense anywhere. In general, entertainment for children boils down to the fact that in the evening there is a dull dance show and, in fact, everything. There is no football field, the children are chasing the ball next to the pool. And sometimes a children's club opens, where a huge number of children from 2 to 18 years old are crammed and trying to destroy each other. Since there is really no other entertainment. And the only thing that surprised me was the alcohol, it is really decent for this level of hotel. Nice renovated rooms in the bungalow, the main building is disgusting. Good cleaning. Really beautiful views, which, in principle, are already coming in three days.The water park is very old, but clean. To go to the beach by bus, which is a little annoying, you can walk, but for someone who is not friends with sports it will definitely be very difficult. The beach line is normal, the sea is clean and beautiful. in principle, there are enough sun beds for everyone. The problem with sun beds is only on the main pool. Well, once again, I have not seen such a disgusting service towards children anywhere, and such a terrifying, simply disgusting choice of food really needs to be looked for. I definitely do not recommend the hotel, there is just a huge competition in this price category and you can definitely choose a decent one.
