We rested from 06/26.21 to 07/10.21.This is the second time in the hotel. And we will go for the third time. For children there is a paradise for both big and small. The food is varied, but it was better before the pandemic. Drinks are on the level. Yes, it is not very convenient to go down to the sea. The room is cleaned normally. There were no complaints. The bar was not refilled once. The nature on the territory of the hotel is very well maintained and beautiful. There are kittens!!!And all the kids are playing with them!!!And even adults. And yes, there are better hotels in Turkey, but their price tag is already different.

The hotel is gorgeous. With stunning views of the mountains, the sea and the city. The territory is huge and very beautiful. The staff did well. Very friendly. Hard workers in one word. The kitchen is great. The sea is a fairy tale. We are on vacation in August. And the sea is very warm. I recommend a hotel!

Awful. I visited this hotel when it was new about 15 years ago, I decided to go again. Everything has become old without repair, the bathroom is dirty and the rooms need repair. The blanket was not brought to the room. The bathrobe was an old gray color, I was afraid to wear the same towels. At the very beginning, the rest was ruined so I did not understand that the car for loading luggage, I decided that this taxi was wrong and threw my suitcase with such force and called bastards, I thought I could not hear, then I also extorted tips, but I did not give anything. It's terrible, I'm not going there anymore, I didn't like the horror. The food seemed to be like nothing special everywhere. The hotel is not worth this declared money, it is old and dead.

Just a gorgeous hotel, a brain explosion room, lots of pools and the sea, ice cream is very tasty, there is even my favorite pool under the pines, although there are a lot of people there. Of the cons: the restaurant is not very rich in delicious dishes, loud music plays next to the hotel until 12 o'clock, I had to buy earplugs. We liked it!

The hotel is not suitable for those who have problems with their legs or heart, because from level to level either down the hill or up the stairs. There is an elevator, but not everywhere. Excellent service, good cuisine, there is a menu for kids, for vegetarians, for those who are on a diet. Lots of fruits, vegetables, food without roasting. Interesting evening shows.

We are currently relaxing at the Utopia Beach Club hotel! And I must say with full responsibility that this is just a wonderful hotel!
My husband and I often travel to Turkey, and we had to rest in hotels of different categories...We rested earlier in the same hotel,,,only earlier it was called Adara and Alara Star.These were two hotels on the same territory.But now, when the hotel was bought by another owner, it just transformed! The territory is gorgeous, well-groomed, lots of greenery, flowering bushes and various strange tangles....alpine slides.Everything is so thoughtful and beautiful.There are many bars on the territory and a wonderful pastry shop that is open until the morning.The choice of goodies is impressive.The hotel staff is friendly, there are enough free tables for everyone, after each client, dirty dishes are removed, tables are wiped.In general, everyone will be able to find a cozy place for themselves and sit in the evening in an atmosphere of complete relaxation.For those who like to have more fun, there is animation and discos on the territory next to the villas....We arrived at the hotel at 12:00, checked in immediately, the room was provided chic, exceeded all our expectations.Everything is clean, not a speck of dust....I even checked the hard-to-reach places...Cleanliness! The linen is white, the room has a kettle and a set of tea, coffee and a full set of toiletry (sorry for the slang) accessories.
Shampoos,shower gel,body cream,soap,hair balm,toothbrushes and paste.They clean well, the bar is replenished as it should be,,,, by the way, in the mini-bar there is beer,mineral,Fanta,cola,water! On the day of arrival, a package of salted straw.
And the renovation and renovation were carried out recently and the hotel opened in July.The rooms are beyond praise, cleanliness and beauty! The bar has imported alcoholic beverages, but sometimes they run out and then within a few hours they are available again,,,, you just need to ask the bartenders! The food in the main restaurant is varied,,, and delicious,,,there is enough of everything.But there are some people who do not want to understand that if some product is over, it does not mean that it is no more,,,, just ask and wait...The waiters are efficient and friendly! At the reception, everything is also very clear and without problems.They respond immediately to any request.Special thanks to Alesa,,,she is a professional in her field.He will show everything, advise and offer the best! The food in the restaurant and bars is released by the hotel.. With a pandemic, this is the right thing to do! Hello. We are resting at the hotel now, postponing the tour from the May holidays. From the good: views, beautiful clear sea, green territory, we took it specially to walk a lot, the food was quite tasty, no one was hungry, there was a large selection of fruits, trout or grilled sea bass every day, but the food was completely cooked in advance, nothing was prepared in the presence of guests, there was no seafood,
Animation every day, but we are not interested in it, recreation for 2 adults 2 children 4 and 12 years old. The water park was working. There were no complaints about the service. A good hammam. We went exclusively for the views, walking in the pines, and the sea. From the bad, the cleaning is very, very bad, upon arrival, the hair and dirt of the previous guests remained on the floor, I had to ask them to clean again, in the future the quality of cleaning did not change, the linen towels are shabby and washed, uncomfortable mattresses, the hotel is tired. But again, everything is based on the price, for the price that we paid 135 for 4 people for 8 days, everything was fine with us, the hotel is no longer worth it.

I can say with confidence that this is a real 5 * ka, in every sense.
To begin with, we suddenly decided to swim in the sea, the Mediterranean and began to look for a place in Turkey. It turned out to be not easy, the tourism industry was greatly shaken during the pandemic and most of the hotels became unusable. Despite the stardom, the hotels have lost their experienced staff, suppliers and rooms with infrastructure have fallen into disrepair. Naturally, only the strongest hotels remained.
After going through more than 40 suggestions and carefully reviewing the reviews, we settled on Utopia World, which guided us:
1 5* star hotel and corresponds to this structurally
2 has all the features of a Resort hotel, has its own beach, villas, water park and a significant number of
rooms 3 is relatively young from the date of construction, that is, investments were already in expensive times, not 30-50 years ago
4 we did not find a single negative review on any site, only positive and, by the way, high-quality and detailed
5 in the reviews for 2021 there was a description of good cuisine, this automatically indicated good service, because there will be no quality food in a bad hotel
And now we have been living here for the fourth day, during this time I have not tired of admiring the quality of all services and the joy of my right choice.
The rooms in the hotel itself are beautifully designed, the view from the windows is wonderful. The furniture and textiles are in good condition. The plumbing is working properly. There are minor problems with the lighting lamps, but they are solved by the staff.
The villas are accessible and cozy, but you have to climb the stairs, there are 136 of them, it can be tedious three times a day for meals))
The staff all works perfectly, there are no extortion and hints of tips, everything is neat, they do their job in places. They are smiling and efficient. Knowledge of English and Russian is present.
The children's room is perfect, there is no babysitting service.
Animation for adults and children is everyday, interesting, and diverse.
Bars on the streets and in the lobby are available. There are 3 pools, they work up to 2 nights as much as possible.
I also want to note that the hotel is not for economists and freeloaders, it corresponds to its price and does not appear in hot tours. I recommend it to everyone!!!

A very good hotel. On the mountain, but the bus goes to the beach very often, although it takes 2-3 minutes on foot downhill. And the road does not cause any inconvenience. Of the minuses, only the road from Antalya airport is + 4.5 hours!!! From 2.5 km to Alanya and 2 hours of transportation of tourists to other hotels, our utopia is the last, there were 8 more in front of us!!! Hotels. But thanks to the greedy anexture operator for that. In vain, only 9 hotels and not 20 were put on one bus. We ordered an individual transfer back to the airport for $ 85. The road immediately became more comfortable and 2 times shorter. If I had been warned about the 4.5hour transfer in a crowded bus, I would have immediately ordered an individual transfer from the airport. Another guide at the hotel wanted to arrange for electronic check-in for a return flight for $ 25 per seat, deceiving as if it was impossible to do this through the airline's website. And the hotel itself is very decent.

The territory is super! The rooms are stale. Clear.. The food is not exciting, but much spoils the restaurant service. There are no waiters at all, nothing can be questioned, their task is to quickly remove, that's all. The reception leaves much to be desired. In general, the feeble four.
