We vacationed with my husband at this hotel from July 14 to July 25, 2021 in the main building. (We are over 50, but young at heart) I REALLY LIKED IT!!!!! Cleanliness, BEAUTY, order. Nice, friendly staff. Very tasty, varied food!!! A large area!!! Disinfection and cleaning are carried out every day. They greet everyone with a cooling drink and a cold towel with mint (WELL DONE in everything !!!)Turks are famous for THEIR HOSPITALITY. It is clear that the guests are welcome. THANK YOU for A GREAT STAY!!! EVERYTHING is done for the comfort of people!!! I want to come back here again. 5*********

I've been there twice... It didn't even hurt that you had to go down to the sea by elevator.. You can't get better even with such a kitchen... I am glad that a large number of artists have become guests of the hotel.... There are no disadvantages... I recommend. The best in Alanya...!!!

A great hotel with stunning views. Excellent service, large territory. Good entertainment program. Clean hotel, great cuisine. A good water park in a pine forest, perhaps the first water park not in the sun. There are two but not very good sound insulation between the rooms and you have to walk a lot, but this is not a problem for us, so we think that the hotel is very cool.

Rest from 23.10.21 to 31.10.21. Excellent hotel. The service is at a high level. The staff is very friendly and understands Russian. There are incomparable views and nature. I have vacationed earlier in other, more expensive hotels (Kirman and Akka chains), food and alcohol are a little more diverse there, but they will never replace those stunning views that Utopia World provides. Of the disadvantages, only a long group transfer from Antalya is 4 hours, since Gazipasa airport is closed for charters. There is a great desire to come back here again. I thank the hotel staff for your well-coordinated, hard work and for a wonderful stay.

We had a rest in Utopia from August 7 to August 17, 2021!This is one of the best hotels!The food is excellent, the sea is clean, the sunset is gentle, many people were with young children!The pier with sun beds,umbrellas, we always dived from it,on the beach the ice cream Magnate in packs is delicious,fruits,soup,burgers,salads,pasta,grilled chicken,fruits, ayran,juices,water,lemonades,cocktails,cognac,whiskey,Italian liqueurs,alcohol imports, almost all!The water park is beyond praise!It's all buried in greenery!Animation takes place there too.Each pool has its own bar, and what kinds of views…Disco class, DJs are just super, concerts, performances every day, we got to FILATOVKARAS.The staff is beyond praise!!!The reception girls, in front of the reception, solved all issues immediately!Hello and thanks to Zlata!I already want to go back there!!!Utopia World is in my heart for always!!!It takes 4 minutes by bus to the sea, as well as 4 minutes on foot to the elevator that goes to the beach!!!RESPECT to the architect of Utopia!!!!!!!!!!!!!We are thrilled!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The hotel is super, the views are amazing, there has been everywhere in Turkey and there is something to compare it with, I recommend this hotel. We have been resting since 09/15/2021 three adults, we are over 50, very satisfied with everything, the room is huge in the main building, the sea is clean, there are enough sun beds and umbrellas for everyone, less than 5 minutes to the beach or rather to the elevator on which you go down to the beach, they take the bus every 15 minutes, no strain for us, I ate on every taste, there are plenty of fruits, I recommend the hotel for relaxation.

Here you can leave a huge essay about the hotel itself, animation and service. I will say that in general everything was wonderful. You can find fault with anything, it all depends on people and their attitude to vacation. The territory is huge, very green, the views are just tired of the eye. Everything matches the description. We rested with the baby for 2 years. We took a stroller with us. The animation is thought out to the smallest detail every day. The beach is nice, sandy. Delicious varied food, fruits and juices.

The hotel has a maximum of 4 stars. But in reality, 3 stars. Who gives more, just haven't been to normal hotels. We arrived at the end of August 2022 (still here now).
Of the cons:
1 - Food. There is a lot of it, but it is not worthless at all. One hat for pigs (a lot of mixed dishes, cocktails are stupidly poured without a shaker, the food is monotonous, there is no change of dishes by day)
2 - The people are just tin. As a result, it is not possible to lie down on a sunbed in the pool or the same water park. There are always places only by the sea. As a result, see point 3 and partially point 1, there is no question of an individual approach.
3 - the restaurant is not able to accommodate all guests. I already forgot when I couldn't find a table for myself (Haha, you can forget about a clean table, appliances and staff at the table at all)
4 - The child was bitten by bedbugs on his bed. Guys, this is a call. His bed is damp and stinks of urine. What a fucking five. There is no such thing even in 2 stars.
5 - transfer 4.5 hours (can be reached in 2.5 hours)
Damn, well, 5 stars can't afford so many joints. One, two, but not so much critical ones. It's not worth the money.

There are a lot of advantages, everything has already been described a hundred times, the hotel is magical.
I can list the disadvantages, which are small in number, but were present: rough uncomfortable sand on the volleyball court, it hurts bare feet; in the evening it is very difficult to find a free place for the evening program; in the children's room the staff did not speak Russian and it was hard for the children; the boy who was carrying the mini-bar stumbled into the room without knocking on the door 9 a.m. every day; forgot to tip the maid a couple of times and got a very bad room cleaning.
I also do not recommend taking excursions from a tour operator. All excursions are very far away, the hotel is the first to collect tourists and the last to deliver, add another 2 hours to the way ... It is better to take an individual transfer from / to the airport.

We always choose a villa, go to the main building of the hotel by stairs or by elevator, but this is charging.
Animation seemed to me a little deflated, they obviously saved on it, there are no animators who were invited to contests all day, invited to the evening show, helped with any questions, what?, where?
Russian Russian animation is weak, although they built a new children's center on the 2nd floor, there are toys, educational toys, but I did not see any Russian animators, two Turks just make out at the reception and two Turkish women, not a word in Russian. The evening midisko is boring, without contests, meetings and congratulations to children. In the club, children do what they want, there are no collective games(((
There is plenty of food, today there were crayfish, crabs, mussels, shrimps. The dishes became without too much Turkish spices, everything is very tasty. Mutton melts in your mouth in any form. Sweets, fruits, juices, water, Tuborg beer, plenty.
We expanded the beach with sand, added a bar.
The stage was set near a large swimming pool.
There are concerts on the big stage every day, but so far only Turks sing live on the 4th day, discos are now every day in the Laguna bar until 00-00.
The bars are the same, we added seats in each.Hookahs also remained $ 15.

It's 3.5 hours by bus from the airport, it's hard, it's better to take a transfer from a tour operator!

We just returned from this hotel, I'll start with the positive: very beautiful views, that's all)
The hotel is very old and dirty, the interior is very outdated. The furniture is very old, the hotel is all shabby. They didn't clean well, the slippers were all black in the dirt, the shower stall was all covered in gum. Uncomfortable pillows, there were no bathrobes in the room, I went to the reception, asked about bathrobes, they said only for regular customers, expressed my dissatisfaction, after that, bathrobes appeared in the room.
The beach is terrible, we knew that we would have to go across the bridge to it, but this bridge does not go from the hotel, you need to walk or take a bus to it (buses go often). The sand is dark, mixed with the ground, old sun beds, everything is very old, the beach is very dirty, dry algae everywhere.
There is a lot of choice in the kitchen, but everything is tasteless, it gets boring the next day, seafood once a week, there is fresh orange in the morning, but squeeze it yourself.
Get ready to climb stairs a lot, they are everywhere. Photographers and shop assistants are constantly bothering on the territory.
The spa is also so-so, after the procedures they begin to breed for several more sessions.
There is an Italian restaurant in the hotel, they were there for my birthday, the cuisine is disgusting, they did not eat anything.
I have something to compare it with and believe me, this 5-star hotel does not pull from the word at all , it needs major repairs!!!
