Good afternoon. We had a rest in Utopia from October 21 to October 29. I really wanted to visit this hotel for its described beauty!!! And finally we took a tour and we are in Turkey!!! We were met in Antalya by Anex tour, we arrived without delay, but they took us to the hotel for as much as 4 hours!!! They didn't check in right away, although I came up several times and asked them to give me a room as soon as possible. We were very tired, we didn't sleep all night, and then we traveled so much more. The answer was the same room is being cleaned! And finally we are in room 2409, at first I thought that we were being settled in the basement, but then it turned out that this is like the 2nd floor, and in our opinion it is of course the 1st floor!!! But what was our surprise at the cleanliness of the room!?? Dirt and the smell of nicotine!!!! We contacted the reception, but as expected, the answer was that there were no more rooms!!! I had to take a rag myself, wash the room and check it out!!! Since they do not have ventilation in any room, in addition to everything else!!!! Therefore, the smell of nicotine from the previous tenants. In short, after my cleaning and airing, after 2 hours the smell passed! Now about the territory of the hotel, it is actually large, but not well maintained, probably because it was already the end of the season, but all the rooms were occupied!!! Well, we realized that people (hotel employees) were tired. Of course, the kitchen was also not up to par, without frills, of course you will not stay hungry, but even for banal scrambled eggs and mashed potatoes there were queues!!! There are no complaints about the work of the waiters, the guys work perfectly, clean everything quickly and are always friendly!!! Of course, it is problematic to get to the sea, quite far away, first by bus, then you need to overcome 84 steps and another transition to the elevator and go down 4 floors by elevator, and here you are finally at the sea!!! If you are ready for this, then you should go to this hotel!!!! The sea was great for swimming, there were plenty of places on the battered sun beds. My impression of the hotels is that you can visit them once so that you can compare them with something in the future!!! If you want to walk a lot, then come here!!!! When we left, we called the reception desk to have a car come to our villa for a suitcase. They said it would be in 5 minutes, and what do you think? After 35 minutes, the long-awaited car finally arrived. We almost missed the bus to the airport. That's the service at this hotel!!! Will we come to this hotel again?! Definitely not!!!

I was at the hotel in April of this year. The hotel is good and of course captivates with its views.Due to the fact that the hotel is on a mountain, be prepared for the fact that moving from one entertainment facility to another is a whole event. There is no way to roll past running down the hill or run to the room quickly. It's like going to the city beach and coming back. The food is good, but there is not enough staff in the dining room, so if you do not feed, it is unlikely that someone will bring something, it often happens that the tables are dirty. In general, the service is not noticeable to newcomers, apparently all the attention is paid to old-timers. On the territory of the hotel in the morning, roosters are crowing, and there are also a lot of cats who are actively encouraged. Also, among the disadvantages, I will note the automobile road that goes to the central building. There are buses running along it all the time and of course the local bus to the beach too. You will go to the beach only along this road and for us the presence of transport inside the recreation area is an obvious disadvantage. The disadvantages are smoothed out by beautiful views, quite tasty food, and if you actively surf, then what kind of cocks, cleaning, beach and so on, life is wonderful!

Definitely the best hotel in Alanya. Everything is at the highest level, to leave with a weight of + 5 kg and that's all. There is so much food that you will get tired of eating. They cook very tasty. Drinks of any taste and color. Daily animation for children and evenings for adults. It definitely won't be boring. A very large area, you can run, work out on the simulators, go to the water park and so on. There are playgrounds and swimming pools for children. There is a bus to the beach, or a 5-minute walk around the hotel. You can jump off the pier, eat and drink. The only THING IS, do not take excursions from the hotel guide from corel travel, Parvana. He cheats on excursions (promises one thing, but in fact you will travel all day to various private shops). You will also collect 1.5-2 hours of people for the tour, since this hotel is the first at the gathering and the last at the end of the tour.

Everything is fine, but there are a lot of stairs. It is very problematic for people with limited mobility. A huge territory, many pools, including a night one. A water park, a rope town, a children's entertainment center with children's discos. There is a shuttle bus from the hotel to the center of Alanya. Excellent round-the-clock service.

An amazing hotel. A green area. The kitchen is gorgeous. There is its own water park, its own beach within walking distance. There are several bars and swimming pools on site. There is a minibus from the hotel to the city if you need shopping. I will return to this hotel more than once. I recommend it!

We vacationed in Utopia from October 6-20, 2019 with the whole family. Two weeks of rest flew by unnoticed, not even the entire territory was bypassed. There are no complaints about nutrition, there is an abundance of everything. We settled in villas 2908, 2912. There were no carpets in our rooms, small children were running, sliding - this is a minus. I liked everything about entertainment: concerts, performances, children's parties, contests and awards every day. The children liked it.

The hotel is above average, but there are disadvantages:
- if you are with a baby stroller, it will not be easy to get to the water park, the stroller and the child will have to be carried up 5 flights of stairs
- dilapidated and small children's playground
- terrible internet
- a barbecue near the pool sometimes immerses the area near it in the vile stinking smoke of burnt fat
