Good afternoon. We stayed here in the summer of 2023, and happened to be at this hotel due to circumstances.
The staff are very responsive and were happy to help in various situations. The breakfasts were delicious, the room was clean. We also used the laundry room, everything is done quickly. I had a pleasant impression about the hotel.

The kitchen is good - there is a lot to eat, delicious, lunch can be brought to the room (if you did not come, overslept, etc.) the staff is caring, I especially liked the bartender, a sociable responsive guy, makes coffee well, and in general it was nice to spend time there on a business trip.

Tired furniture and outdated repairs do not give a feeling of comfort. Breakfast is meager and monotonous.

I was at the Comfort hotel with a child! Everything is fine, the staff is polite and friendly! They'll tell you everything, they'll tell you everything!!!! The kitchen is very good, everything was delicious!!!! If I am lucky enough to come to Almaty again, I will stay only in Comfort!!!

The "home" hotel justifies 100 percent of its name "Comfort". Almalinsky district, within walking distance of the Zhibek Zholy metro station, the Arbat pedestrian zone, surrounded by shops, shops, cafes, snack bars and a wonderful pastry shop where delicious cakes and pies are prepared. Friendly staff, courteous staff. There is a small parking lot, the breakfasts are very good. The rooms are clean, the linen is fresh, the sound insulation in the rooms is at the highest level.

A small hotel, it corresponds to the name. The style is heavy, dark with gold. Show-offs in draperies. The rooms are small, but the beds and mattresses are comfortable, the bathroom is working. The room has a kettle, water and tea/coffee. What else does the guest need?
The buffet breakfast is simple, but hearty. There are always scrambled eggs, ubiquitous porridges and muesli. Of the cons: the unreasonably high price tag - 9k rubles / night for the standard is not worth it.

1) Rooms in which the pros greatly outweigh the cons. Read about the disadvantages in other reviews. For me, it's just a little bit of fatigue. Advantages: tangible cleanliness. Bathrobe. Slippers. High-quality hygienic details. A rack-hanger for clothes, which is more typical of expensive 5*. Order. The rooms are well thought out.
2) The staff is attentive. Everyone says hello. In general, everything. Everyone responds to requests. They are sincerely trying to help.
3) Breakfast. Here, of course, there is something to work on. Besides the automatic coffee machine, there is actually nothing to praise. Products of minimal quality. A small kitchen does not imply any special delights in cooking, but the initial products could be better. Well, the quality of the products at breakfast does not allow you to order something at a restaurant at another time. There are many places around that work 24 hours.
4) The location is convenient. Quietly. You get enough sleep.

I was on a private trip for a week. The location is great - the center is within walking distance. Clean, cozy, wonderful sauna (you need to sign up, according to the first person who signed up, the sauna becomes either female or male for an hour, there is a Jacuzzi-I did not use it). Very high-quality breakfasts with a wide range of dishes. We had dinner at the restaurant in the evening. It was expensive, but everything was very tasty. The staff is attentive and professional, all issues that arose during different shifts of administrators were resolved promptly (postponing breakfast, adjusting the faucet, selecting a larger bathrobe, etc.). Many thanks to everyone who made my stay comfortable, and I will definitely come again!
