I liked the hotel.
I will not write the way to the airport because it is nearby, 30 minutes and you are at the hotel. Polite staff. The room is compact but cozy. Buffet breakfasts, everything is delicious.

Overall, a good hotel. It's a little short of 4 stars, but it's a good 3* hardening. The room has everything you need, bathrobe, slippers, hygiene products, clean. Of the disadvantages, the window did not open, only a 2-finger pane, so it was stuffy, a bad hair dryer, almost does not dry and one ironing room. It is located inside residential buildings, but the location is good, the center.

It's a great hotel. I drove cautiously, read a couple of scary reviews.
I lived in a standard room. Of the disadvantages, I can only highlight the interior and not very clean carpet in the room.
Of the advantages - the bed and the bath are clean, there is a bathrobe, slippers, water, a conditioner. Cleaning every day. The hotel has breakfast (they are not very good for my taste), sauna, restaurant, laundry. There is also a computer with a printer for guests, it's free. This computer helped me out a lot a couple of times.❣️
The staff is super responsive and pleasant

I really liked the hotel. Reality has exceeded expectations)) And at a fairly affordable price. The convenient location is close to the main streets, but it is quiet and in the courtyard.
The room has everything, including bathrobes and slippers. Cleaning, change of linen, hygiene products daily.
Delicious breakfasts, a good assortment. Polite, attentive staff. There are computers and a printer downstairs. Supermarkets are nearby. I recommend it for all types of placements.

A wonderful hotel! We lived in a Deluxe room on the 5th floor. The room is spacious. Cleaning every day. The maid is a very sincere woman, to talk and joke with her, and ask her to fill out the room with coffee, etc. At the reception, security, in the restaurant - everyone is polite and friendly. The rooms are warm, we slept with the window open. Breakfast in the restaurant, it's more like 3.5- it should be added. Although the cottage cheese and omelet from the cook are a Bomb! You need to sign up for a sauna, a visit of 1 hour.

At the time when I stopped by, it was one of the most budget-friendly. About 70 euros per day.
The cafe for breakfast does not cope with the number of people living. Breakfast until 10. I arrived at 9.45...it was a mistake. At 9.50 everything was already empty with food. And there is nowhere to sit almost always.
Tip : come to breakfast early, around eight o'clock.
Well, in general - not bad. But there is something for the hotel manager to work on.

The hotel is super comfortable. It's really cozy. I have a traveling job and believe me, I have seen a lot of hotels. My room was the usual standard 1009. Clean, cleaned every day, towels are also changed every day. There are many channels, including in Russian. The mattress is not collapsed, as if it were new. Oh, and the location is almost in the center. A shopping mall and a bunch of cafes are just a step away.

Everything is at a good level, the rooms are not very new, but without complaints, the outlets are where you need and cozy enough. I was upset by checking the room before departure, which I was not warned about and I almost missed the airport, having waited almost 10 minutes at the reception with a taxi called. There was no room check in another hotel in Kazakhstan (in Astana), so apparently this is a "feature" of the hotel, and not a national feature. I couldn't appreciate breakfast, I left early

There are practically no complaints about the interior and equipment. Room service for 3 out of 5. The reception is also tolerable. But the restaurant spoils absolutely everything, the breakfasts - most of the dishes are obviously not fresh, cold, the pastries are rubber or packed with flour, the main menu leaves much to be desired, the prices are clearly overpriced, decently shortchanged, sometimes even rude and no friendliness. In a word, they are very short of the 4 declared stars

The service is good, everything is in the room, but there is no ventilation and you often have to ventilate by opening the balcony door, the windows do not open. The food is average, buffet style. There are often no napkins. The location of the hotel is convenient, everything is close. The sauna is only for one hour, either for men or for women, for husband and wife only for a fee!!! The pool is small, towels are taken from the room and therefore they are wet, there is nowhere to dry, they can only be changed the next day when cleaning. The hotel is clean, the staff is polite.

Reading the reviews with a rating of 5 stars, I wondered if there were people in this hotel. In March 2023 it was hot, they refused to turn on the air conditioner (there is no remote control in the rooms, they said they did not have the opportunity to turn it on, how is that at all?!). The very condition of the rooms in the hotel is no more than 3 stars maximum, but it costs like a good 4 stars in the Russian Federation. At breakfast, you play a quest - find yourself a table, since there are more guests than seats and tables. The food is not tasty or not at all. If you don't want to wait for a place in the common room for breakfast, then you were offered to climb the stairs to another place with plates (no comments here). Someone wrote that it's quiet and cozy, are you serious? Since the heating works in the off-season, and they don't turn on the air conditioner, I had to open the window and stay up at night! People are screaming at night or early in the morning, hear the garbage trucks and their nasty beep sound. I definitely do not recommend it and will not return.

A pleasant impression was left from the hotel when visiting Almaty. The hotel is located near the city center, in a beautiful and picturesque area. The main attractions are almost nearby. You can get to the airport and railway station without any problems. I liked the cleanliness and decoration of the hotel itself, as well as the oriental hospitality. The staff is polite and tidy. The food is well organized in the basement of the same building, the dishes are delicious and varied. The advantage is a sauna, a swimming pool and a fitness room. At the same time, the prices for the rooms are quite affordable.

The hotel is located in the courtyard of an array of Soviet five-story buildings. View of the courtyard and the five-storey building. The service is poor, we don't have toilet paper in our room, for example. The rooms have no ventilation, only a window. The plumbing in the shower is dead, - I got burned several times by adjusting the temperature and pressure.. The tilt of the watering can is not adjustable. Everything is made of plastic, the parts have come apart at the seams. There is a lime coating on the windows. I found someone else's hair on the bed. The cape on the bed is old, synthetic with rolls, the impression is low. There is static electricity in the bed, apparently a synthetic blanket. The staff does not go to the meeting, they asked for two bottles of water, listened for five minutes about the rules. As a result, they gave me water, but my nerves were frayed. The room is relatively clean, but there are smells, such as tobacco. The safe is strange, with some hieroglyphs. The siren started three times, and an employee came with a key. I couldn't use the safe. The hotel is located in the center, and it is not immediately clear what this means. Firstly, the environment is bad, smog accumulates on the streets, and due to the peculiarities of the city, smog does not erode, or it erodes slowly. The second, killer moment is traffic jams. The route, which took 20 minutes on the booking service map, took us almost an hour and a half. Our plans for transfers and moving around the city were thrown out. Traffic jams make any movement very difficult. So far we have lived only a day, a reservation for a week
