Excellent hotel, everything is nearby, within walking distance of the railway station, shops, fresh renovation.. it's all good... but there is absolutely no sound insulation, every breath, every word in the next room is audible, in the morning the doors bang very loudly when people come out, it is impossible to sleep...

Посетили отель после реконструкции.В номере тепло,всё отремонтировано.Это все из позитивного. Шумоизоляции как не было,так и нет никакой совсем,соседи как будто в одном с тобой номере сидят.Завтрак лучше не берите-всё холодное,масло в каше не смогло растаять,яичница тоже ледяная.Ассортимент совсем "не шведский стол". Из напитков-компот и питьевая вода в кувшине!!!Когда было 3 варианта завтраков,было гораздо сытнее и разнообразнее. 20 бел.руб. это оочень завышенная цена за завтрак на одного. Ну и вишенка-бунус от персонала.В 23-15 началась полная уборка смежного номера,с пылесосом,выносом мусора в коридор и т.п. При этом цена номера выросла более,чем в 2 раза после открытия.

The hotel as a whole is not bad, the rooms are clean and well maintained, but you can see from the furniture that it is not very expensive. The biggest disadvantage of this hotel is the breakfasts, the choice is meager and the food is cold, although we arrived for breakfast at 10:00. In general, I recommend this place, as it is located in the city center and everything is within walking distance. The price was pleasantly surprised.

The big plus is the very center. Hence the disadvantages: if you want to go to bed early, you are unlikely to fall asleep. The hotel was renovated, it is clear that they tried, but small details caught the eye. Just for the little things: screw the outlet so that it does not hang out, put a soap dispenser or at least a soap dish, finish the toilet seat so that it does not rattle, put stoppers so that the doors in the 2-room rooms do not bang against each other. Of course, you can live without it, but the impression is no longer 5 stars. These are cheap questions, but they are very striking. The hotel really lacks a "hands-on" technique. It was a surprise that the hotel allows its guests to "walk" late: someone is yelling under the windows, and someone is trying to fall asleep. The hotel has Parking, good renovation in the lobby, great views from the Windows. There is water on the floor. I was very pleased with the buffet breakfast. The staff are all friendly and helpful.

I have stayed at this hotel several times. Overall, everything is fine. The city center, right on the waterfront, great view from the window, there is Parking. But, probably, I have already got used to the fact that in good hotels in Belarus breakfast is included in the room rate, not here. And the room price is higher than the average in Belarus, so 4, not 5.
And one more clarification, when you arrive at the hotel, you will be offered 2 types of rooms, approximately the same level, but different in price. In any case, do not save money and do not take a cheaper room, it's just terrible.
In the fall of 2023, I spent the weekend at this hotel again. This time I checked into a double room. After that, I decided to raise my grade. I liked everything very much. but!!! Read the entire review carefully so that your stay at this hotel leaves great memories.

Not minuses, but wishes: he will add bathrobes and slippers to the rooms (not only to the apartments), let them be at your choice when booking, for example, and for an additional payment. In a restaurant for breakfast, add porridge with milk, any, but with milk.

A normal hotel. There is free Parking nearby. Fresh renovation. But the whole hotel is not finished yet. Of the disadvantages. There is no bar in the lobby. There are no bottles of drinking water in the room (but there is a cooler in the hallway). The breakfasts are very hearty, although not a buffet.

Dear marketing, you need to be fired by the entire department. You are all incompetent.
First, the target. In the issue of the hotel, we see some kind of Trash. We barely Googled the hotel at all.
Secondly, a description and a photo. Write that the hotel has been renovated, take normal photos, show views of the river, take a photo in the evening, in the morning.
Thirdly, the website. This is a complete ppc. I need new eyes, as well as how contacts are made (do not call from the site, try it), how the site itself is made and the inability to book is a nightmare.
You can't work in this profession, I'm telling you for sure.
The hotel is wonderful, everything is new, excellent mattress, excellent linen, excellent views from the window, excellent location , staff, price.
We will always stay here.
There are no slippers in the room, no pasta, but that's just nonsense. The first night we spent the night for the price of three times more at the Status hotel, so it would be better if we lived two days without slippers in Vitebsk 3 than in this Status.

The location is very convenient. Within walking distance of attractions , supermarket, shops.
The rooms are small but very cold. Or we were so "lucky" and most of the tour group. There is no kettle in the room, there are only mugs. The cooler is on the floor.
The reception staff is very friendly and helpful.
Wi-Fi catches intermittently very much.
We had a portioned breakfast. More or less satisfying. But the cafe staff are not friendly from the word - at all. For some reason, it was a pity to pour them a whole cup of coffee, only half of it.
And if you are late for breakfast, they will not give you tea / coffee, everything has already been distributed from the series.
And so everything is clean in the room, the sound insulation is good - you can sleep well.

The hotel has been transformed before our eyes! It's great that the largest hotel in the heart of the city has been put in order. Now I am not ashamed at all in front of the guests of Vitebsk. This hotel has ruined our whole idea of Belarus. He was the last one on our trip. And the worst.
We took 2 rooms. Someone lived in a single room before us. Nothing was removed and they tried to move in.
The worst thing is with family rooms. It's +30 outside, but there is no air conditioning in the room. We tried to open the windows. There is a terrible noise on the street around the clock. It is impossible to sleep.
This is the only hotel where the staff was rude to us from the very beginning to the end. They refused to change the room even with an additional payment. They did not give a cot for the second child. Food is also not allowed. There are three towels and that's it.
It was getting ridiculous. Shampoo is in the room (a bag like probes in a fly), and shower gel is not allowed.
The breakfasts are terrible. Although I didn't feel like eating after such a night. I wanted to leave as soon as possible and forget about this hotel.

Great location!! The very center! Go out to the left - 5 minutes to the cave and the Park of Winners with attractions, go out to the right - 5 minutes - a beautiful temple, a few more minutes to the Town Hall and the zoo, just behind the hotel is the summer amphitheater, where the Slavic Bazaar takes place. I recommend it from the bottom of my heart!!

We visited this hotel in October 2024…
In fact, this is an old Soviet building that is currently being reconstructed, some floors are still being renovated…
The studios are excellent, a comfortable bed, a sofa, an equipped kitchenette ... the standard room is also nothing, but not cozy, there was a smell of paint (apparently it got that way).
I give a rating of 4 for the above-mentioned joints, but mainly for breakfast ... it is not included in the price of the day, and for an additional fee - this is the most modest and unorganized breakfast that I have seen :)
All these nuances, of course, do not negate the wonderful atmosphere of the city, which I really liked!

I stayed at the hotel twice, the renovation is fresh, but the walls in two different rooms are already stained with suitcases of visitors, there are traces of dust on the switches (maybe even construction), unfortunately even the toilet had traces of a person before me, there is no feeling of cleanliness that was carefully cleaned by your arrival.The second time they put me in a room with the smell of a man's unbearable perfume, with signs of living without subsequent cleaning, I had to come back tired and change the room.
The buffet breakfast leaves much to be desired, boiled porridges are not fresh for the first day, frozen cucumbers disguised with dill and wooden tomatoes are made from vegetables.It's hardly fashionable to choose something more or less healthy for breakfast.Initially, everything seems to be tasteful, but there are so many flaws throughout the hotel…
There was no hot water in the room, so I had to drain the water for 10 minutes at maximum to keep it more or less warm.
It is such a pity that so much money is being invested in reconstruction and renovation, but there is no proper care and control at all stages of the stay.
