There is also parking for cars and taxis. The reception staff is friendly, the service is fast, and they offer several options depending on needs, comfort and financial possibilities. Places are always available. The rooms are inexpensive and match the price. For 2 stars. The location of the rooms is corridor. The rooms are clean, the linen is clean. The rooms have an old-style TV, there are few channels, the image leaves much to be desired. There is a mini fridge. The bathroom is combined, working. In general, for the unpretentious average citizen and business travelers, it is a completely normal dwelling.

The hotel is like a good level room. Clean, comfortable, convenient. Everything you need to relax is there. There are breakfasts, but the price ratio does not match, they are very overpriced. If you take the cost price, then the cheat is enormous. The impression is that the chefs were trained by Michelin itself. I really didn't like it when I ordered an amlet with ham and cheese and just fried eggs were brought. There is also outrage about the free parking for hotel guests, stated on the hotel's website, the parking is shared and anyone can and wants to park there, so whether you are a guest or not, if there are no places, then there will not be any. But if you get a little nervous, they can let you into the service parking lot. The staff is friendly and helpful. In general, the hotel is good, the accommodation is comfortable. Minus a star for breakfast.

Terrible numbers. The old hotel has been renovated, but it is only normal on the 1st floor. There is a terrible smell of sewage in the room, while there is no forced exhaust in the bathroom. The furniture is shabby, mold is on the tiles in the bathroom, and there are cobwebs with dried flies on the ceiling, some of the light bulbs are not lit, the baseboards are falling off, screws are just sticking out of the wall, the shower is hanging on a fastener that is about to fall off. For 6,000 rubles - it's just terrible!!!! I haven't seen this in a very long time.

Stayed for 2 nights on August 21-23 in a single room (king size), 4th floor.
Positive:
- friendly staff, it is clear that they are trying;
- clean room;
- the room is well equipped, although the furniture is far from new;
- good breakfasts. I rented a room without breakfast, and went directly to the hotel restaurant and selected breakfast dishes from the menu. I think it's better this way. The dinners are homemade, good.
- excellent bakery at the hotel.
- the train station is close;
- nearby attractions;
- near the Euroopt store;
Minuses:
- the hotel needs renovation, is morally and physically outdated, the interior of the reception hall is from the past.
- the lighting of the 4th floor corridor is a little dark;
- the carpet in the rooms needs to be replaced;
- the towels are clean, but you can see that they are worn out;
- broken threshold in the bathroom;
- the water was slowly "leaving" in the shower;
- I noticed a couple of spiders on the floor in the room;
- there was music coming from downstairs at night;
- there is no air conditioning and no mosquito net on the window.
In general, there are no questions for the staff, they squeeze everything they can out of the hotel for 4+, but the hotel itself needs repair, somewhere it is already underway. A hotel with this name deserves the best and modern material and technical equipment, creative design. I wish the hotel management to resolve these issues.

I was at work. The room got a suite. On the 9th floor. The view is great. The room has everything you need. Hair dryer, kettle, chairs, TV, Wi-Fi. And the most wonderful thing is a large bed. I got a room with a full bathroom, which is also good, you can relax after work.
Overall I liked it for its 3 stars just fine.

The hotel is still in the process of renovation, although it did not bother us in any way. The room prices are considerable. For this money, I would like some comfort in the room (a kettle, a couple of tea bags, coffee, teaspoons, cups). A huge plus is that the hotel is very conveniently located in the city center.

For a city like Vitebsk, it is an excellent hotel (in Minsk, I would rate it 4). Everything is clean and tidy (although it is clear that the old Soviet heritage).
There are even breakfasts. By the way, please note that it is better not to pay for breakfast upon check-in. It is better to pay for those items that you found delicious on the day of breakfast right in the restaurant. And if you pay immediately, there will be a ready-made set, in which some of the dishes are not super. And the price is the same (I added up all the positions of the complex for interest and received the same 12 rubles in total).

We were in Vitebsk. from March 11th to 15th . I really liked the city and the hotel! We lived in a room on the 11th floor overlooking the Western Dvina River in a standard 2-bed room with 2 separate beds. The room had everything you needed, a refrigerator, a TV, a bedside table, chairs, a wardrobe. In the bathroom there are 3 towels, disposable shampoo and soap. There is no hair dryer. There is an outlet in the bathroom. There are also 2 sockets in the room. The room is cleaned daily. The towels were changed after 3 days. From the dishes there was 1 large deep plate and 2 large glasses. There is a cooler with cold and hot water on the floor. There is a restaurant on the 2nd floor.On the ground floor there is a bakery, a tour desk and a luggage storage. The staff is friendly. The administrator Marina Alexandrovna is a professional in her field. You can always contact her on any issue. The location of the hotel is good. Attractions and shops are within walking distance. Public transport stops are nearby. We will definitely come here and stay at this hotel.

We chose a hotel using the poke method... but we did not lose. It is located in the very center of the city, all nearby attractions, Slavic bazaar. We walked along the beautiful streets, had dinner at a restaurant. And what a beautiful view from the window, on the bridge towards the station, the embankment, the cathedral, the theater. If we go to Vitebsk again, we will stay only in this hotel. The hotel is clean, cozy, rooms for every taste and financial opportunity. The service is decent.

We stayed in a 4-bed hotel in November 23 and December 23, the mattresses are comfortable, there are no pillows. It was cool in the room, but it was good that one room had a heater and wool blankets (it was warm).
Unfortunately, in December (on the way back to Russia) and to our horror before going to bed (room on the 12th floor), we heard a rustle on the table in the bag where the bread was left. Turning on the light, we saw a little mouse jump out of the bag!!!!
We definitely did not bring it from the bread store. At the reception, we were phlegmatically asked:!¡!What do we want? The guard reasonably remarked that he couldn't kill a mouse in front of us.
We got a room exactly below this one, but on the 11th floor. We didn't sleep half the night. I'm not in the mood.

The only drawback is the poor sound insulation, the usual conversation behind the wall is clearly audible. But I was lucky, there were either no neighbors or they were quiet. If you get noisy, you won't be able to sleep.
