After the overhaul, the hotel became chic. Beautiful rooms, lobby, restaurant. There are air conditioners. However, there are now not 3 elevators, but 2, and their speed is low. Towels are changed daily. The Internet is not fast in all rooms - you have to go out to the lobby.

The rooms are always clean, very conveniently located. There is a shopping center nearby, and downstairs there is a very delicious coffee and pastries. And the restaurant breakfasts are simply bombastic, delicious scrambled eggs and cheesecakes, magical coffee.
The administrators are always smiling and always ready to help.
I really liked it, only sometimes it was cool in some rooms, but because it was already getting warmer. I recommend this hotel

The hotel is located in the city center.
The sights of Vitebsk are close and the embankment of the Western Dvina River is nearby.
A comfortable bed, snow-white linen, towels. The bathroom has a shower cabin and shampoo and soap in individual packages.
There is a kettle and a refrigerator, a TV, but we did not turn it on.
We had breakfast included. We were not hungry, there was enough of everything.

Well.... such.... it is clear that the repair was done quite recently, but..... there is some kind of trouble with ventilation. And I'm sorry, but someone else's hair is in the bathroom.... It's disgusting. Spots on the mattress shine through the white sheet. The staff at the restaurant is hardly hospitable. Attention!!! SLIPPERS, BATHROBE AND BOTTLED WATER ARE NOT PROVIDED IN THE ROOMS. It's strange for me, but.... Keep in mind. The room was a superior single room. It's cramped. Even the door to the closet does not open, it rests against the bedside table. There is a refrigerator. Only the location is great!!!!! It was it that saved the impression. Maybe I'll stop here next time. I'll just take my slippers :)

The hotel is located in the very center of Vitebsk. Within walking distance from walking places. Beautiful views from the window. Near the hotel there is a shopping center where there is a supermarket, a communication salon, a pet store and clothing stores. Our room was a la from films about business trips to the USSR, but everything was clean, the plumbing was in good working order, an excellent large refrigerator with a full-fledged freezer. The maid is very friendly, told us where to swim, and also gave us cutlery at our request. The breakfasts are super, for 10 MINUTES you can choose from three options for hearty and delicious breakfasts. It's a pity they don't give milk for coffee. By the way, the coffee is natural.
The hotel seems to be the only one in Vitebsk inhabited with a dog.
In general, if you don't have any quibbles about the interiors, then you liked everything.

The location is super! The view from the windows is unsurpassed! The room is clean, the price is adequate, but all positive emotions end there. Elementary things cannot be put in order. It's a shame to do this in the leading hotel of the cultural capital. The doors to the rooms are in terrible condition. The carpet has stank, apparently, for many years. In the third elevator, adjustment is clearly needed, because at the beginning and end of the movement, it shakes so that it becomes uncomfortable. All this simply requires attention from the operator. It's a pity to give such an assessment to a beautiful city and responsive people.

Nice hotel. Quick check-in. We lived in a suite with 2 adults + a child. nice room, comfortable bed, clean bed linen. In the bathroom, disposable soap / shampoo, hair dryer. They didn't take breakfast, they just needed to spend the night. Nice view of the city. Next time we will definitely stay at this hotel. The hotel is in the city center, everything is nearby: Pobediteley Park, cathedral, department store, zoo, many locations for photographing. There are many places nearby to have a snack, but we did not change our tradition and went to the "Cornflowers" Hotel I recommend

The main thing is Cleanliness and Friendliness, with a capital letter. The room stock is diverse, there is an older one and renovated. But everywhere is as clean as possible, which is pleasant and reconciles with the "ustashe" rooms and plumbing. The price tag is very acceptable (cheap) which pays off the above fact. All rooms have new bed linen, and wonderful mattresses on which it is pleasant to sleep. The location is great, close to banks, shops, pharmacy and Vitebsk Bazaar. There is also a river and a park. The historical center of the city. It is difficult to choose the best place to stay for a few days due to a combination of factors.

The hotel is still in the process of renovation, although it did not bother us in any way. The room prices are considerable. For this money, I would like some comfort in the room (a kettle, a couple of tea bags, coffee, teaspoons, cups). A huge plus is that the hotel is very conveniently located in the city center.

The corridors are like in a Soviet hotel. The service is "unobtrusive": rude, but friendly. They respond quickly, briefly, to the point. The door to the maids' room is slammed shut immediately after the answer, so "thank you" was already said at the door.
The location is convenient - close to all the necessary tourist locations.
To eat - hello USSR! Do not take coffee in the restaurant. You'd better go down to the coffee shop on the ground floor.

We spent one night at the hotel. We were on an excursion tour. Breakfast, lunch at the hotel restaurant, delicious. The service is good, polite. But. We lived in a room on the 8th floor. The bedspread has a stain on it. There is no closet. There is no hair dryer. The towels in the bathroom are hard, renovated from the 80s. The doors in the room were swollen with moisture. Floors, parquet stained with white paint. Everything seems to be clean, but the feeling of an untidy room. The bed linen is clean. The Internet (Wi-Fi) does not catch in the room, it is better in the lobby.

The situation is hello USSR. The TV in the room did not catch anything, the old curtain was spit on, the bed was twisted when getting up so that it thought it would fall apart. Until 00 o'clock, a squad of drunken athletes was yelling in the common corridor. Doors are a separate song if you close them audibly on the whole floor. In general, the audibility in the room is in the best traditions of Soviet buildings, you can hear what is happening not only through the wall, but also through the room. Well, it gives you cheerfulness, the howl of the vacuum cleaner at 9 a.m., but you know that they clean up here.

Very good location. All the sights are around, within walking distance - the theater, the cathedral, the children's puppet theater, the old town, the town hall, the amusement park, the eternal flame.
The standard rooms are quite small, the two-room suites are quite acceptable with a balcony and a view of the Cathedral. The restaurant is without frills, the food is on the menu with a small selection. If you have a delicious meal, then go to the city. The Internet periodically fell off. If you arrived for 2-3 days (this is more than enough), then it's fine.

One under the TV, one under the refrigerator, one under the night light, but there are as many as 6 left, and that's great. Of the cons: the shower is closed only with a curtain, so the water on the floor is guaranteed. And I would like a kettle in the room. The location is good, the center is close to a shopping center, a department store, but there is also a minus: parking is difficult during the day, and early in the morning it was almost packed. We rented a Suite for one night. For its price, the room is very nice, spacious (consists of a bedroom and a second room with TV and sofa) and cozy. The room is clearly fresher than the hotel itself.
The hotel itself, as already mentioned by all above, is the heir of the Soviet era and has undergone minimal changes since then.
If the spirit of the "scoop" does not scare you away, otherwise it is an ordinary good hotel with a wonderful location in the very center of the city.
