The location is the only plus (or minus) of this hotel.
We were accommodated on the 12th floor, there was a fresh renovation in the rooms (the elevator lobby was being renovated), so it smelled of paint inside. There is no air conditioning, the side is sunny, as a result, the room got hot and in order to fall asleep, I had to open the window, and there is a fairly busy road under the windows with all the sounds that follow. At two o'clock in the morning, a noisy group of neighbors came and, thanks to the phenomenal audibility, it was as if we were walking with them until 4 in the morning. The hope of getting enough sleep died last, along with the bell ringing of the chapel under the windows at 8 a.m. He could be heard both with the windows closed and with the windows open.
The bathroom has not been changed since the time of construction and this, against the background of repairs, directly hurts the eyes. The sockets on one side did not work.
Don't spend money on breakfast, it's better to go to the bakery (entrance directly from the hotel lobby) or walk to the cafe.
The staff is not very friendly, they just don't care about you.

The hotel is located in the city center, all the main tourist points are within walking distance. The staff is friendly. I took an Improved single room - in addition to the bed, the package includes a wardrobe with a warm blanket, a table, a chair, a refrigerator and a glass (one piece). The cooler is in the hallway. The TV is flat, but it's rippling. Breakfast at the hotel is the most basic, for a conditional cheese sandwich it is suggested to choose the main course - cheesecakes, milk porridge or scrambled eggs. The rooms are clean. The beds are not too wide, but the mattresses are hard, and the linen is either from time or from the quality of the laundry with stains. The water pressure is not bad, the temperature is normal, but the hot water, even at the maximum, is only "warm enough". There is no tea station, bottles of water, tea, or telephone in the room to communicate with the reception. There are no magnetic cards, instead there are classic keys with a keychain. The doors themselves are extremely loud, without noise-absorbing elements, coupled with weak sound insulation, all this makes the task of rest difficult. Its extremely affordable price for accommodation significantly compensates for the shortcomings of the hotel.

Nice hotel in the city center. The rooms are Soviet, but clean and cozy, at least mine was like that. Nice staff. Wifi pulls, I think, on all floors. Reception- nice girls, quick check-in (booked in advance).
The room stock is tired, but the mattresses are good, the bed linen is snow-white. A few blankets were smelled (they lie separately in the closet). The location is gorgeous, the view from the windows is also beautiful. It is a pity that the parking is shared (not closed to hotel guests), so there may not be places.

Breakfast? Or buckwheat with a cutlet, or cheesecakes with a sandwich, or scrambled eggs with a croissant. Well, tea, coffee-of course. The cost is 10 rubles. The Council. It is better to have breakfast at the hotel. It is possible to find cheaper in the city, but it is not realistic to find coffee in Vitebsk before 11.00🤧 shops and banks from 9.00, and coffee shops from 11.00 (the dining room was found from 10.00, but with 3 in 1 coffee)(((
Bottom line. We were not in the unrepaired rooms, but there were no complaints specifically about ours. We checked in even earlier, because the room was ready. When checking out, they left their luggage in the luggage room, which is also convenient. A good hotel, in the center of Vitebsk, near a beautiful embankment, within walking distance of a shopping center, a hypermarket, a modest room, but everything is clean and tidy. For just 10 rubles, an excellent breakfast, three complexes to choose from. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel left pleasant memories, although we stayed for 1 night.

Centre. The rooms are clean and tidy. There is a refrigerator. There is a beautiful view from the upper floors. The restaurant was not used. Another big plus is booking without prepayment. Of the cons - there was an unpleasant smell in one room, they changed it for us without question. There is not enough air conditioning. I'll stop there again on occasion.

We stop every time we visit Vitebsk. Comfortable rooms. Unobtrusive service. Delicious breakfasts. The location is as close as possible to the city center. Nearby is a park on the banks of the Dvina River. There is a parking lot. The food is delicious in the restaurant. You can have lunch and dinner.

In the city center, all the interesting places are within walking distance. A suite with beautiful views of the Assumption Cathedral and the Western Dvina. That's why the suite. Very beautiful! A hotel without stars. Therefore, it is better to measure expectations- there are no slippers, brushes with paste and hair conditioner, there are dishes, soap, shampoo, clean, cooler in the hallway. The heating was additionally turned on in the room, without it they would have frozen, probably - it blows from the windows. There was always hot water. Breakfasts are below average. However, as well as dinner at the hotel. It is better to eat in a cafe across the river near the Town Hall, there are many kinds. The hotel has a large free parking lot, it was poorly cleaned of snow. I really liked the city! For three days we walked and saw the sights, parks, visited museums, and were delighted! We only spent the night in the room, so the place for suitcases is just super! :) the hotel is sincere, on New Year's Eve there is an elegant Christmas tree in the lobby, a fireplace and a chair for a photo for memory - it's nice :) the staff is friendly. Vitebsk Hotel. The location is the most acceptable - a 15-minute walk from the Vitebsk Railway Station, across the picturesque Kirovsky Bridge, the Western Dvina River. The city center, walking distance to the historical center, the Theater. Yakub Kolos, Department Store. The hotel staff is very polite and helpful. The rooms are clean, cleaning every day. Decent breakfasts. Every time we come to Vitebsk, we stay only at the Vitebsk Hotel, based on location, price, quality.

There is parking, but there is a whole quest to park, since it is not a hotel and everyone who came to the shopping center parks there.We eventually drove to the casino along the hotel under a no traffic sign. In principle, many people park there. The reception said you can leave it. It was cool on May 8, but judging by the observation, there is a problem with heating throughout Belarus.

In general, I can't say for the whole hotel, I'm talking for the room where 802 stayed. A bathtub with a touch of rust, a shower watering can, old water does not come from half of the holes, the toilet flushes very badly, the water pressure is strong, you can't do it, the faucet starts buzzing, the window does not close completely, the lighting lamps are buzzing strongly-replace the fuses.the parking lot is not cleaned at all. Ask for a room on a higher floor - the Windows offer a magnificent view of the city! The renovation in the room is not new, but very clean. The bed and pillows are comfortable - we slept well. Free parking is available near the hotel. The WiFi worked well.

Very convenient location of the hotel, everything is nearby. The bells are ringing from the churches around all day)) We spent one night in a single kingsize on the 4th floor. It was not hot at night, we heard other vacationers from the 12th floor complaining that it was very hot at night, the room warmed up a lot during the day. There is no air conditioning. The bed is double, it's great. The pillows are comfortable, there is no smell in the room. Only the shower pumped up, the water from the cabin flowed very slowly. The breakfast is good, there is a choice. In the evening, music from restaurants rumbled around until 11, then people were making noise for some time, then it became quiet. The staff is very friendly.
