The hotel is good. The food is varied and delicious. In the evening, various dishes are constantly cooked on the fire. There are a lot of fish. Food for every taste. Please note that when choosing promo rooms, your room will definitely be on the 1st floor and more often with a French balcony, or maybe not at all. But the rooms are good. Many people write about mold. I haven't heard from any vacationers and I haven't seen them myself. They also write about pools that are dirty. I've never seen anything like it. The pools are very clean. Replenishment of the bar every day. The bar has various milkshakes, three or four types of soda, two bottles of ordinary water, mineral water and chocolate. Shampoos, soaps, hair balms, shower gels, body creams + various pranks were also brought daily, although we did not use them. And as a result, they accumulated more than 30 pieces. 😁The cleaning is minimal as everywhere else.))) Nothing supernatural. The beach is nice, the sea is clean, the air is wonderful. There is a great bus interchange right next to the hotel. Buses run in all directions - the cost is $ 1 per person. There is a place to walk nearby. Near the lake, near exchangers, pharmacies and a market. The hotel has programs all the time. They play the piano twice a week.🔥🔥🔥💫Discos, DJs, often sing live💓🔥😁We liked everything.

For me, it's a great hotel with proper zoning. We were from 05/23/24 to 05/29/24. There is a warm pool with slides for children on another territory. For adults, there is a swimming pool with a bar and a good selection of drinks, beer with nuts, ice cream until the evening. Excellent cuisine with all sorts of delights. We booked the room ourselves in the main building, spacious and clean. Gels, lotions, shampoos were both in the dispenser and in vials. Slippers in the room. We definitely recommend it. The price-quality is decent, but subject to occupancy in the main building. We talked with tourists who were unlucky enough to check into an extra room-the rooms are very cramped and with children-the vacation was ruined. The sea is always with waves-just to wallow

We stayed at the hotel from 09/21/2024 to 09/29/2024.
The hotel itself has a relatively new, modern renovation. Friendly, helpful staff. At first glance, everything is fine. But after looking closely…
I'll start in order.
Rooms: the tour operator issued us a room with a Promo prefix, and we had no idea what was waiting for us. Promo rooms are rooms on the ground floor, where there is a terrible smell of dampness, the rooms themselves are smaller than just a "standard", and the bathroom is about 3x3, where there is no shower cabin, but just a high chair with a shower head next to the toilet. To move into a better room, we paid, please note, into the pocket of the administrator, and not into the general treasury of the hotel - $ 100. It's like they gave us a discount, since we are with a small child. The rooms themselves are not bad, they seem to have a good modern renovation, but the smell in the room ... smells damp and there is black mold on the sealant in the shower stall. Obviously, they are not cleaned very well. But cleaning was carried out every 2 days, change of bed linen, towels, replenishment of the mini-bar. There are no complaints here. The linen and towels are clean, I didn't notice any dirt. The mattress on the bed was terribly hard, maybe this is normal for someone, but it was very unusual for us to sleep, our backs hurt from such a bed.
There are 2 elevators in the room stock, and two times in a week exactly one of them did not work, and there were 5 floors and they could wait for an elevator with strollers for 5-10 minutes.
Food: buffet, it seems to have a variety of food, but it's not tasty for our taste. It is very salty, then very fatty, then burnt, then spicy. It is necessary to pay careful attention to fresh fruits, vegetables, and herbs. Here they seem to be washed, but if you look closely, there is dirt stuck somewhere. We need to wash everything down. And it is better to eat only cooked dishes. On the 3rd day of my stay at the hotel, I was poisoned, there was a bacterial infection, obviously received with food. There is a medical office in the hotel, but they do not treat there. An ambulance was called at the reception and taken to the clinic. There were 4 other people (children) from neighboring hotels in the clinic where I was on a drip, so this problem is universal. We had Reso insurance for the duration of my stay in Turkey, I was put on an IV by insurance, but I paid for medicines out of my pocket and also a 30€ deductible to activate insurance, but all insurance companies have different deductibles. I also want to note that the children's menu consisted of nuggets, sausages, there are no side dishes. And there is a zone, I don't even know what to call it, probably with dietary nutrition: boiled rice, boiled breast, boiled vegetables. Even the pasta was cooked so that it smelled like it had already been laid down, but everyone ate it. Apparently these are such pasta.
There are also several bars and stalls with ice cream and fast food on site, but they work strictly by the hour. We took pizza to the bistro: it was super burnt and salty, we took French fries a couple of times, it was generally not bad, we didn't eat there anymore. And it wasn't very clean, to put it mildly.
The territory of the hotel: there are 4 swimming pools, one small children's pool with slides for children. One is deeper with adult slides, and 2 more regular pools. The water in them is icy, and in the nursery it is the coldest. And most importantly, the tiles near the pools are slippery. Children were constantly falling down there. The slides did not work all day, only from 10 to 12 and from 14 to 16 hours. Pools are open until 19 o'clock. Then the cleaning started.
A playground and a children's room. In my perception, they are a little poor, a little meager. The child was only interested in it for 5 minutes. The children's room has a small trampoline, a zone with balls, a TV, and a place for creativity. And of course the babysitters. There were no complaints about them, they tried their best to entertain and entice children while their parents were resting.
I also want to note the smell of garbage, which often overtook us while relaxing by the pools or when moving around the hotel. That's just so strong, invigorating.
Beach: the hotel has its own beach, equipped with sun loungers, awnings, there is a bar. We were on the beach a little, as the sea was very worried, there was a red flag, but of course few people stopped. And there were also some fish in the sea that liked to feast on wounds on the body. If there were any sores, wounds, the fish would bite them, as if someone had pricked them with a needle. So it was impossible to just stand in the water.
SPA: there is a SPA on site where you will receive a range of treatments according to the price list. For the cheapest procedure (standard: hammam 30 min, massage 30 min, face mask 30 min) at a price of 90€, but attract discounts of 50-70%. I took such a procedure, and what I got: a hammam without steam, they just washed me with foam, the massage was of course cool, I got high, but only 30 minutes, it turned out to be very little for me, and a clay mask on my face, with which I then sat in a kind of lounge area, where everything was filled with carts with towels, an empty indoor pool, which only works in the cold season, and several sun beds behind the veil curtains. Behind which, in fact, everyone lies with masks on their faces and waits for it to be washed off. By the way, the mask, it seemed to me, is kneaded immediately in a large volume and applied to everyone with one brush. In short, I was unlucky. Consider giving 30€ just for a 30-minute massage.
For the trip, we issued a UnionPay card from Gasparom, but this card did not work on the territory of the hotel, and in general they said that Russian cards do not work, even UnionPay. Therefore, you need to stock up on cash: dollars, euros, lira, even rubles are accepted (for example, at the SPA, payment was by ruble transfer).
As a result, they brought home an intestinal infection.

At the end of the rest, we learned that this season the hotel was rented to other people, so comparing with previous years is not quite right, after all, the owner is different from the owner.
In our season, the service was lame. The complaints are mainly against some bartenders and snack bar staff, the feeling that they are doing us a favor. But mostly the staff was friendly. I was disappointed by the lack of animation for adults, I think that the end of the season is not a reason to stop everything, despite the fact that the hotel was full of guests who wanted to play active games. You can also reduce their number or alternate by day, but it's not good to clean up completely!
We were generally satisfied with the kitchen, you can find a snack at any time. The food is delicious.
We were traveling in a big company and we had fun, if we go as a family, it's a little boring.

We were at the hotel in early July. Cute and cozy. Suitable for families with children. Excellent food, everything is fine with cleaning too. The staff is friendly and attentive. There are, however, disadvantages. On the first day of arrival, they promised to check us in early at the reception, but then they kept us waiting for a room for several hours. As a result, they were settled only at 14.30 in a small room, not suitable for a family of four (I had to solve the problem with the guide the next day. He did not disappoint and was given a good room.

A good budget hotel.
3 pools with different water depths and temperatures. Children's animation is diverse, there are cool Russian-speaking animators in the children's room, and there is entertainment for adults too.
Restaurants and bars for every taste (fast food, fruits, ice cream, fish, meat, vegetables).
To the sea on foot in 5 minutes or by transport with a friendly driver.
The sun beds are clean, the cleaning of the territory and on the beach is good.
Excursions were taken from Fira (how to go to the sea from the left side, the extreme section). He will select an excursion according to any request. The quality is at the highest level, and the price is much lower than that of the guides at the hotel. He is very responsible and wholeheartedly treats his work.
The air conditioning and appliances in the room work perfectly, the cleaning is normal.
Among the disadvantages: there are traces of mold in the room, the bartenders work according to the mood, there are huge queues at the restaurant for meat, and you need to wait for an empty table.

The hotel is good, but in my opinion, it is a solid four, but not the stated five.
The food is excellent!They feed you all day. In addition to breakfast, lunch and dinner, there are snack bars. There is a lot of food, especially at dinner. Juices from packs, not powdered ones, as is often the case. In the evenings, they grilled turkey, trout, and beef, and it was delicious.
Ice cream is unlimited for children (and adults).
Alcohol is also available. Beer, whiskey, cocktails of some kind.
Accommodation: two large buildings with several floors. A lot of people. Everything in the rooms is a little patched up. Instead of a door peephole, we had a hole plugged with crumpled paper, and only the upper watering can worked in the shower, it was impossible to switch to a shower with a hose.
But there are excellent water slides. There are six slides in one pool and another small slides in the pool for kids.
And two more large pools without slides.
Sea. It takes about 5 minutes to walk. For those who don't walk well, there is a sports car.
The beach is a mixture of sand and pebbles. The depth begins quickly, so vacationers with children stand together in a row in the water almost at the entrance.
Sun loungers under the awning from the hotel are free of charge. There is also a free beach bar and ice cream.
The staff is normal.
Overall, the impression of the hotel is good, and small inconveniences are not particularly upset.

The temperature is 32-36. The sea 32. Pool 26. Children's pool 23 (bleach pool, water is cleaned at lunch and at night).
We had a wonderful rest, the weather is great, I could have been a couple of degrees warmer - especially in the evening by the children's pool. We always went to the sea in the morning, to the beach for lunch or after. It's not far to the sea, 5 minutes, you can take a "tram" (shuttle). The sea is clear, you swim and you can see the bottom and the fish. The beach is dirty, everything is in cigarette butts, tourists leave bottles, they are collected by a hotel employee, but not quickly. There are a lot of Russians, but not ours. The sand is beautiful, a little pebbles, the entry into the sea is smooth, the sea is clean, not counting the fish near the shore that bite.
We lived on the ground floor, on the side of the children's pool, quietly, calmly, went out from the balcony)).
The room is old, something will fall off, the cleaning is daily, but it is very doubtful - I only cleaned the garbage, added soap tubes, the rest is not noticeable - dust, hair, streaks on the mirror. I changed the towels daily!
Dining room: THE DISHES ARE DIRTY! Everything is just not washed! There is a lot of food, you can choose if you don't get to the beginning of lunch - you wait until someone clears the table, but I think this is the case everywhere. The children did not know what to eat, although mashed potatoes, spaghetti, fries are always at lunch. In the morning - oatmeal with milk. Soups are spicy. There is a diet table (rice, turkey, broccoli, cauliflower, corn). There are a lot of sweets - cakes, and local sweets, honey in honeycombs, baklava, raisins, fruits.
On the territory or on the beach, ice cream (popsicles, cones), juices, fanta, pepsi, cocktails with alcohol, watermelon, melon, pizza, Viennese waffles, burgers - from 10.00 am - in any quantity.
Once we went to a mall and a fur store (leather jacket 50tr). What pleased me, the seller orders a minibus from store to store for free!
One day, we took an excursion to a five-deck pirate ship with a foam disco (along the coast of Alanya) - great!
If you book a tour at the hotel, it is more expensive by 20 euros, but they give insurance, outside the territory without insurance, but cheaper.
There are many shops outside the hotel, such as mini markets. Bargaining is appropriate.
We went to the spa with my husband... Like, 75 euros... we went into the sauna, it didn't take three minutes, we didn't even sweat, the Thai people took us to the hammam, scrubbed us, massaged us with foam, washed us, took us for a massage - they didn't even do it for 30 minutes, but they crumpled us, it was a little weak for my husband. They put a clay mask on his face and sent him to drink tea...Actually, that's all!
The hotel positions itself as a 5ka ultra all inclusive. Our refrigerator was refilled only once when we arrived (fanta, pepsi, tea bags, coffee bags, sugar).
This is to be honest, but Turkey has become dirtier on the streets.
In general, everything is fine, except for the gained kg, although I did not overeat.

We arrived at the hotel at two o'clock in the morning, we were greeted with warmth and care, put on bracelets and offered a snack and hot tea, there was night soup and pizza in the night restaurant, drinks were taken at the bar and went to the room. The butler escorted us to our room, carried our luggage and took us up to the room. We got room 1911 on the second floor, the room itself is simply gorgeous, large, three panoramic windows, with three beds, but there is one big BUT!!! Just under this room there was a night disco that was from 23-02 o'clock at night. Cleaning every day, the bed was changed twice in 7 days, towels every day. There is a lot of food and a variety, both on the beach and in the hotel itself, throughout the day they cook and feed everywhere. The sea is gorgeous: warm and gentle, the sunset is gentle. The rest was a success, we were satisfied!

The beach itself is made conveniently, not umbrellas, but a stretched "ceiling", it is convenient to maneuver from the sun / to the sun.
Rooms:
We got a little tired, the lock on the balcony is broken, but not fundamentally, there was no hood in the toilet, but there seemed to be a draft in the duct, so it will go.
The shower door is squeaky terribly, but again not very fundamentally, although it may be important for families with children.
Some of the switches are unclear for what, apparently something was in the room, but then it blew up and it was simply removed without replacing the electrics.

We were lucky, the sea was very warm, clean, transparent. The hotel itself is quite normal. The child spent all his time at the water park. It was necessary to walk to the sea for 5-7 minutes. There are a lot of sunbeds. The cafe is open from 12. We gorged on melons and watermelons. The food for an adult is quite decent. It was difficult for the child to find. There was no porridge for breakfast at all, and there was no cottage cheese either. There was a very small and boring dietary corner. But during our stay there were crayfish, oysters, tuna. Positive:
1. Beautiful territory.
2. Nice beach.

4. The food is not bad. Ice cream cone and popsicle in unlimited access all day long. Juices from the boxes.
Minuses
1. Very dirty dishes, with pieces of food. Mugs are a separate story, as if someone drank coffee in front of you. The staff did not respond to the comments in any way.
2. Two coffee machines for the entire restaurant, which either did not work at all, or every other time.
3. There is no coffee or tea on the beach. Snacks are weak, only after lunch.
4. The food is always cold, there is no heating in the boxes.
5. Bedbugs in the rooms! And this is in the main building, for which we paid quite a bit extra on tour.
6. Poor cleaning. Only towels were changed.
7. The smell of sewage in the rooms.
They caught rotovirus, according to vacationers, many had it.
We always try to relax with a positive attitude, pay less attention to shortcomings. Yes, it's a budget 5, but it still cost a lot of money. Fall for the good reviews. This hotel is not recommended!

For 9 nights I realized that the food is not very diverse, but you can eat) the rooms are cleaned on average, there is always sand on the bed, even if it is made up. The hotel is big and green. 4 swimming pools, 5 minutes walk to the sea, but there is a mini shuttle service, convenient) the beach is really not very clean, a lot of old bulls, respectively, children play with them, so parents keep an eye on it. The rooms have not been renovated for a long time. All rooms in the main building are noisy: either to the unloading area, or to the dance floor, or to the main entrance. Food: a lot of things, but it ends quickly and at the same time the quality is far from our cafes and especially restaurants. There is almost no imported alcohol, or it is being squeezed). There are a lot of children, because the name obliges. But pools without heated water, there are not enough elevators. There were 75% Russians, 20% Ukrainians, (behaved adequately without quirks), 5% Germans, etc. foreigners. They probably thought they were in Anapa🤫

If you are currently choosing between hotels, and you have come across Amara, feel free to move on. In Side itself, you can find much better quality hotels for the same price. I don't really understand where 5 stars came from, with questionable cleaning, tasteless food (except for one day out of 10), a beach half a kilometer from the hotel with cigarette butts and sun beds close to each other, a contingent of barely standing, unable to behave civilly vacationers (and yes, this is a family hotel where ice cream is opened twice a week, but alcohol will flow like a river).
We were relaxing with friends, you can only lie on the beach early in the morning and late at night when there is a place, because of this you had to be by the pool most of the time. Amara in Cyprus and Amara in Turkey are absolutely two different hotels.
Upon check-in, you will be asked for $ 100 past the cash register to put you in your own room that you booked, referring to two buildings and saying that your standard rooms are terrible, but we will put you in good ones. But even this did not save us from a chipped bathroom, a broken extractor hood, dirty air conditioners and towels, eternally dissatisfied staff, plates with leftovers.
The hotel obviously does not take out the flow of tourists, so the attitude towards you will be appropriate. Do not be fooled by the renovation in 2022, the hotel is very bad, especially the main building.
If you decide to go there even after that, please do not be fooled by expensive excursions, restaurants and hotel offers - a hell of a cheat sucked out of your finger.
There is a bus 10 and 2 from the hotel, you can take them absolutely anywhere, including the ancient city and the local kebab shop Meidan, we gave 5k rubles for four people for a mountain of food, some locals are sitting there, we realized from them that we needed to go there. At least some pleasant vacation memory

And - take mosquito repellents!!!! Fumigators, repellents, it doesn't matter - it was our mistake. With the windows open after two nights, there was no living place for the youngest child. Mosquitoes also had their own all-inclusive. The territory is large, green, clean. There are several pools, including a paddling pool with slides for children, and there are also adult slides. Unlimited ice cream, very pleasing. The staff is polite. The beach is good, the sand is good, there are a lot of sunbeds, there is a snack bar on the beach, ice cream, just a bar. Entering the water is sharp, there are almost always surf waves, it is not very convenient for children, but it is normal if you have watercraft. There is a shuttle to the beach, you can ride with a stroller. Food for every taste in the restaurant, there is even a diet menu. In snack bars there are burgers, French fries, onion rings, mashed soup, sandwiches. We vacationed with a large company in October 2024. Of the 4 rooms, 2 had bedbugs. The hotel is very popular, it was crowded, the food is being demolished by vacationers like locusts. There are queues for coffee machines (there are only 3 in the dining room), as in Soviet times in the mausoleum, because coffee is prepared for a very long time. We had coffee after breakfast either on the beach or in the lobby. There are always huge queues for the grill, sometimes the food was burnt or not cooked (fish). And so the food is normal, there is something to choose, you will not be hungry. Purees for children should be asked at the bar, they were not put in the refrigerator, often they were simply not available or given some kind of fruit, the children's table is pasta, French fries, milkshakes with additives, etc., there is a diet table, there was boiled meat, corn, broccoli, zucchini, beans. The room was cleaned perfectly, daily, rooms in the main building (where the reception is) well renovated, spacious enough, bright, all plumbing is working. The staff tries to do everything in their power, but when people simply have nowhere to move, what can they do, our friends ended up having to spend the night bitten in the same room with bedbugs, only in the morning they were moved. In other buildings there are rooms that are shabby, cramped and without elevators (I don't remember the name of the building, our other friends had to live there after moving out of the room with bedbugs). It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the beach, or take a shuttle. The beach bar is normal, there are enough tables, you can have lunch, there are a lot of sun beds, everything is under canopies, but there are no fewer vacationers, sometimes it was difficult to find a sunbed, plus many threw towels and left for the whole day, the sea is clean, the sand is mostly there, there are few small pebbles. There is a large lake near the hotel, many tents with Chinese food, excursions, pharmacies. There is a bus stop nearby, you can go to Manavgat, Side (35 lira). There is a children's club, evening animation for children, songs and other shows for adults in the evening, people had fun. The slides are normal, but in the second half of October the water in the pool was icy. There is a hammam, it's a problem with beach towels, if you didn't take them in the morning, then there are no clean ones in the afternoon. There is a 24-hour bar, night food (burgers, pizza, etc.). Good afternoon! I want to share my experience of staying at this hotel in early September for 24 years with my family (mom, dad, 5-year-old daughter and grandma).
We absolutely did not like the hotel: 1. *Standard room* was provided in the second old building (Anex), you get into the first new building if you buy out with a sea view, as our grandmother had - we were less lucky, it was a standard on the 4th floor overlooking the trash, tennis court, and the neighboring hotel. There was a smell of sewage all day and night. The noise from the neighboring hotel until 23:00, the double-glazed window did not save.
2. Cleaning services - cleaned every day for the first week, the last three days the cleaning was over, although they asked for it.
3. Food - we liked the breakfasts, absolutely nothing to eat for lunch, an excellent grill for dinner, was good.
4. Moryushko - unfortunately, not in the photo, the tour operator did not warn that you need to get not through the hotel, but after leaving the hotel and how to go from the second line of the city, the road to the beach takes 5-10 minutes. There were always enough sun beds. A car drives and takes vacationers, but we had to wait for 10-15 minutes, since there was only one car. Our grandmother had a sore leg, and it was not possible to go to the beach 2 times every day, we felt the remoteness.
5. Pools - there are 5 of them (1 right under the windows of the hotel, where the animation takes place, since the double-glazed window does not protect from noise, it was hard to fall asleep during the day with the child; 2- cold under the canopy for kids; 3 - at the water park (slides); 4- children's at the water park - it was excellent; 5- an adult at the bar)
6. The territory is small, there was not enough to do in the period before dinner;
7. Animation is weak, the children's disco is the same for 10 days; not the most interesting artists came in the evenings; one day there was live music right in front of the windows where people sleep and lasted until 24:00, it was terrible.
8. Service and so on - friendly waiters in the restaurant, at the reception, but the barman - if you don't speak English, it was very difficult to get in touch (they could have just not served, we had a situation with a granny who entered the pastry shop, asked for a couple of cakes, to which the barmaid just got up and left🥹
I do not recommend this hotel, it is called Family resort - in fact, there is nothing to do with the word family there, unfortunately, they spent money, except for tanning, they did not bring memories of the sun and the sea.
9. Pleasant staff - animators in the children's playroom, a young man who played classical piano.
10. Snacks, coffee, ice cream - it's all really possible to find during the day.
