Thanks to all the hotel staff for their hospitality. We especially express our gratitude to the restaurant staff, who promptly changed the work schedule, thereby eliminating morning queues. The specifics of the hotel include the organization of excursions for residents, which begin at nine o'clock in the morning. And shifting the start of work an hour or half an hour earlier made it possible to organize meals more productively. And the choice and quality of breakfast dishes can be envied by five-star hotels. The pool and saunas also impressed and delighted us. An hour spent in the hydro massage pool in the morning of each day gave a boost of energy for the whole day. Everyone recommended to visit! They came and did not get on the next tour... At the hotel reception, smiling sweetly, they offered to come to the next ascent in 50 minutes... We took a walk, walked through a wonderful maze of tui (ovation to the gardeners!!!), admired the water surface and views of the urban architecture of Minsk. Approaching the hotel lobby at the scheduled time, on the way up to the naughty playground, we were greeted with a message that all the seats were packed and whether we wanted to get to the next session ... (((. It was considered superfluous to warn about the need to take tickets immediately... Sadly... He's driving the human factor! A lot depends on him (no later than an hour and a half later, we met wonderful people who recommended going to a 2-hour concert by J. S. Bach, on the square in front of the Town Hall, the works of the Master himself, the works of Bahadiada, the Academic Orchestra, people on the square, this is a Miracle!!!) May you come across sincere and kind people!)

A huge plus of this hotel is its location, the best place, everything is nearby, the breakfasts are simple but good, delicious, the rooms are clean, I took a double room with 2 beds, there was no bottled water, air conditioning, a cooler in the corridor but no glasses. The biggest plus is the location of the hotel, it is close to the historical center, within walking distance of the main attractions of the city and the metro, you can take walks along the embankment, you can walk along the streets of the Trinity suburb, climb to the Upper Town. We had a standard room, it was fine in principle, of course, the repair had been done for a long time, but it was clean, everything was there, a TV, a walker, water in a cooler- on the floor. The staff is very friendly and friendly, this is probably the national feature of Belarusians. The breakfast is excellent, we recommend it, buffet, a large selection! But we do not recommend visiting the rest of the restaurants in the hotel, there are more interesting and delicious ones in the city! There is a swimming pool and a spa, but we did not visit. In general, the hotel is decent for a not very pretentious tourist.

The hotel is very good for its money. The location is gorgeous, in the center. We lived on the 17th floor (king size room), the view from it is simply gorgeous. Near the embankment of the Svisloch river. The breakfasts are delicious, we ate enough before dinner. You can come at any time, there will always be food. A huge plus is the presence of a swimming pool and saunas (after evening walks, this is the very thing).

I can't rate the hotel itself - I haven't been.
But I rate the dining room of this hotel at 10/5 - they cook like in an excellent cafe for a cheap price. A 3-course lunch will be served at about 12-15p, and the quality of the lunch will be just fine! I would say that this is the level of the Lido, and even higher.

The hotel itself is cool, but there is a PROBLEM!!! Booked in May for July, chosen due to the presence of a pool with water slides. In fact, it turned out that the pool was closed for repairs, for 2 months!!!!! What an idiot decided to renovate the pool in the middle of the season!!! And most importantly, the day before check-in, we could cancel the reservation, but there were no notifications about the repair of the pool, neither from the hotel nor from Yandex Travel, through whom we toured the hotel. As a result, we live in a hotel without a pool, and in Minsk the heat is 30 degrees, and we take a taxi along the beaches and water parks, although we were paid for all this.

The room has air conditioning and a mini fridge.The interior inside the hotel is impressive! Beautiful spiral staircase, six elevators. There are many shops with side dishes and a grocery store. Sweets, sausage in a small assortment, alcohol,ice cream,pastries.Unfortunately, neither the cafe nor the restaurant could be visited, there was no time. We used the service of visiting the pool (for those staying at the hotel until one o'clock in the afternoon, one hour is free). The pool is clean, there is a Jacuzzi and a sauna with three temperature modes. They came before 12 o'clock in the afternoon, there were very few people in the pool. Be sure to take the panoramic elevator to the observation deck. Rise every half hour. It's paid, it's not expensive, but it's worth it.The location of the hotel is simply excellent. Disposable slippers are available. Three towels per guest. Two glasses for water and a refrigerator. There is water in the cooler in the hall. Breakfasts were included in the price, a buffet for every taste, I really liked it. We lived on the 17th floor overlooking the Svisloch River. On the ground floor there is a casino, a pharmacy, a spa center, a swimming pool, a gym, a souvenir shop, a cafe "Fern Flower", a lobby bar, on the 22nd floor there is a panorama restaurant and an observation deck. The staff is always polite and courteous. During the holidays, the restaurant and cafe were closed for special service, which deprived guests of the opportunity to have dinner without leaving the hotel, this is the only disadvantage. The sound insulation is at a height, the neighbors were not heard at all, the fireworks on Victory Day were also not heard, the noise of the city is completely cut off by the window. The curtains are light-proof. The window is covered only for ventilation, and in our room for micro ventilation, since a lock-lock is installed on the sash of the frame.

The elevators are high-speed, there are many of them, better than in other similar hotels in Russia. This is a plus. There are enough parking spaces, even when full check-in at the hotel. We were at just such a time, there was a festival of Slavic meetings and the participants lived in a hotel all together. We arrived by car and were able to park right at the entrance. The hotel offers sightseeing tours of the city, we went on one, it lasted three hours. Time flew by unnoticed. It was very interesting, even though the tour started at 8 am), no one was sleeping and everyone was listening.

The pool is more suitable for children - from 1.6m and smaller, there are 3 small saunas for 2 places.
The staff is 5+, all Slavs, the attitude is friendly.
There is a panoramic view on the roof, a glass elevator rises periodically for about 250 rubles (better than on the library)
There are no places by numbers, because tour operators book-you need to write, call. I have not found an alternative in terms of price / quality, Minsk hotels are expensive in general.

We rested in the hotel on the 20th floor in the room 2009. The view is fantastic, the room is bright, the bathroom is large, there are bathrobes and slippers, a kettle, tea, coffee (instant), water... There is a basik with beautiful mosaics and cold water (for me), while there are three small saunas and a Jacuzzi with warm water, you can warm up.
- But, there is a but... there is a restaurant above our room, and if you can still fall asleep under the Circle and Mirage, then you just jump out of bed at 2 a.m. to the sounds of moving tables😖
There is a small women's locker room in basika, when there are a lot of people, you stand at your lockers like a heron on one leg and wait until you get a little more space, it was very uncomfortable. You need to take your own towels, we took them from the room.

In general, the hotel is not bad, beautiful green area, gorgeous mountain views and, not least, warm pools. Before we went, we read various reviews, especially about the rooms. We booked a standard room in the fourth building, we came across a good room, and the furniture is not as modern as it is now in hotels, but everything is not bad. The bed is wide, the mattress is very comfortable, untucked and did not creak, as many wrote. The bed linen is white and pleasant, but it has not been changed once in five days, but at home we also do not change so often. I did not like the shower cabin in the room with a curtain, after taking a shower, there was always water on the floor, of course something needs to be done about this. Regarding nutrition, there is something to eat, but everything is monotonous, in five days there are only these salads. There was always fish, meat, vegetables and fruits were not enough, but they still left with an overfilled stomach. We took three meals a day and did not regret it. There is a spa area where you can steam in rainy weather. We were lucky with the weather, it was sunny and hot. To the ski lifts, if you do not link to the transfer from the hotel, by taxi 10 minutes within 300 rubles. We were satisfied with the rest. Yes, there are some ladies at the reception who communicate rudely, but not all of them. If we are still in Krasnaya Polyana, we will probably stay at this hotel. Have a good rest, everyone.

We arrived in Minsk. We have pre-booked a room. The location of the hotel is very good. The breakfasts are good.
