My family came from Kaliningrad to Minsk for a week. We are staying at this hotel for the second time. We really like him. A Soviet-built building. But it looks great. The location is great. Nice pool (access to the pool is included in the price). There is a gym. The hotel staff is excellent. The breakfasts are very tasty (!!!), very! The choice of dishes is good. This time we were in a family room on the ninth floor. Good lighting in the room (new hotels usually do not have overhead lights and the rooms are dim.we are uncomfortable). A large room with two bedrooms, a living room and two bathrooms.... A breathtaking view from the windows of the Christmas Nemiga! Many thanks from Kaliningrad for this holiday!

The hotel has a swimming pool, but guests staying in standard rooms can only visit it for free from 07.00 to 13.00. It is at this time that all the guests usually leave for excursions. And in the evening only for an additional fee. This moment spoiled the overall impression.

- an anthill , there are a lot of guests, especially organized groups
- upon arrival, the trash can in the shower was not cleaned (full of garbage from previous guests)
- the refrigerator in the room was not working
- there is a queue and pandemonium at the breakfast on the 1st floor. At the same time, when you stand in line, it may turn out that you have to have breakfast in a restaurant on the 22nd floor, but there is no one to find out about it from. The reception is not an assistant, as is the information stand.
- the coffee in the coffee machine is Americano only
- in the evening, the cafe and restaurant may be closed for special maintenance
- elevators (there are six of them, in my opinion) are a separate quest - it takes a very long time to wait and go down, for example, you can take about 10 minutes because of the stops on each floor
- the location is not bad, the center is within walking distance

Unfortunately, the rating of the hotel will correspond to its star rating.
Of the advantages:
1) Excellent location of the hotel, beautiful view from the windows, especially from high floors;
2) Very friendly and cultured staff;
3) Good breakfasts, no complaints. The only thing is that the room does not always cope with the flow of guests, you need to look for a table;
4) Availability of an ATM in the hotel lobby;
5) Large parking lot.
Of the cons:
1) The standard room does not match its price tag at all, it was a complete disappointment. The room is already quite "tired" and, in general, looks and is equipped like in an ultra-economy class hotel;
2) In the room, WiFi catches exclusively either at the front door or in the toilet. In today's world, this is very critical, especially for those who work remotely;
3) The restaurant at the hotel does not correspond at all to its price level and advertising.
Perhaps the pool would have improved our impression, but it was closed during our stay.

Further negative: rooms without air conditioning, ventilation is only natural, i.e. in some rooms there is none, in some rooms the "winds walk", if the room is not on the ventilated side (Windows overlook the parking lot) it is not possible to sleep, because it is stuffy. There is a queue at the restaurant in the morning (hours before 9.00), right up to the elevator. There are only 180 seats in a cafe for such a hotel and everything is like "herring in a barrel". An employee at the restaurant climbed up to "teach" how to use a coffee machine, to the remark that I did not need help, she also got rude. There was a lottery with pancakes for 6 days, it says "pancake with cheese and ham", in fact they were with cottage cheese, meat, apple and cinnamon, and only in the last 2 days they appeared. If possible, especially in summer, choose another hotel

The price for 2 people for 2 days is 11.186 rubles. But there is one drawback. And it's big. You will never be able to eat in this hotel. Everything is always busy. The restaurant on the 22nd floor is always closed for special service. Like in a dustpan. There is a shop on the ground floor.

An excellent hotel, located right in the center, near the Svisloch River, on the top floor there is an observation deck, a panoramic glass elevator takes you there. The hotel has good comfortable rooms, breakfast (buffet) is included in the price. The hotel has a cool swimming pool, has a glass roof. On the top floor of the hotel there is a restaurant with a beautiful view of the city, there is also a pharmacy, ATM, bicycle rental, free large Parking. The good location and proximity to the sights make this hotel one of the best in Minsk. We rested in it at the end of September. I really liked everything. Breakfast and room service in the cafe and in the rooms are excellent. If we come to Belarus, we will stay only here again!!

A very nice hotel. He fully justifies his stars. It is well located in terms of accessibility - near the Trinity suburb, you can walk to the town hall, next to which there is a whole complex of temples of different faiths, as well as the Nemiga metro station.
The staff at the hotel is very polite and helpful. They always try to help with solving problems. There is a very good swimming pool, saunas and a gym. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. Hairdresser - my wife needed to get her hair done urgently, quite professional craftsmen. Breakfast is a buffet, a large selection of dishes. But there are queues, often this is due to the arrival of delegations and teams, especially youth ones. But in principle, there is nothing terrible. The waiters very quickly clean the tables and put the food on the table. Everything is quite edible. We took breakfast a couple of times - everything was normal (they can be purchased right on the spot, which is very convenient).
There is only one disappointment - this is the Panorama restaurant. Located on the 22nd floor, the view from the top is very good, the hall is quite cozy... This is where the positive ends. I had to have dinner there twice, I decided for myself that it was better to call a taxi and go somewhere else to eat. The waiters are always jostling at the bar and moving away from it with extreme reluctance, showing with all their appearance what a favor they are doing you. The second and last time I had to wait for the waiter for 20 minutes and then I just went looking for him... The time was about 23.00, the administrator offered his wife coffee as an apology... It's a win-win option, he kind of apologized, well, what kind of fool orders coffee at eleven at night... They brought beetroot salad with a curd souffle, but in fact - just sliced pieces of beetroot with a spoon of ricotta... apparently, this is what souffle is in their understanding... I also ordered carbonara... well, one of the most standard restaurant dishes that is difficult to spoil. But the local chef does not back down from difficulties - they brought some Tagliatelle vermicelli, but for some reason it is very much not al dente, for these noodles(???) a handful of semi-fried brisket is poured on top and all this is abundantly filled with either fat or oil.... the sauce, garlic, parmesan parsley and pepper with cream apparently ran out, which did not affect the price for it in any way....uh.... Well , let it be ...dish. Both the receptionist and the waiter agreed with my assessment, but that was all... As a result, the hotel is very nice, clean, and comfortable. The employees are responsive, the Panorama restaurant got in there by mistake ...
Yes, I almost forgot - the coffee in the hotel is very average, there is a nice cafe Brioche - very cool pastries and pastry, well, the coffee quality is much higher than average.

They did not take breakfast, but there are no canteens nearby (the dining room 12 500m from the hotel did not seem very good), i.e. eating in cafes and restaurants costs about 1100 Russian rubles for two, and in some it is more expensive. But there are shops nearby, as well as a shopping center Gallery where you can eat. There is a shop, a bar and a cafe on the ground floor. The staff is friendly. 1. The room is just sooooo meager and cramped. We had a threesome with a 12-year-old child. With an extra sofa. So, if you disassemble it, then there is nowhere to put your feet. I had to lay it out every night and clean it up in the morning. You know, it's not convenient.
2. The toilet is also small. If you're sitting on the toilet and someone wants to come in, it's possible that you'll get a door in your nose or knees.
In general, this is not a room for two, and even more so for three, but only for one.
3. An incomprehensible situation arose with breakfast. At the time of booking, it was indicated that the child is on an additional. the place. There have never been any problems in any hotel. Breakfast was included immediately in the price of the supplement.places. Here it turned out that you have to pay for the children's breakfast separately. Or do they think that children don't eat? Moreover, the payment document turned out to have a different price for these very breakfasts, and even more than the stated one.
4. The dining room where these very breakfasts are held is so small that there were huge queues, and we waited, stood over people's souls to take a table. Maybe, of course, it is rare for a hotel to be fully loaded, but we are at exactly such a time.
Everything else is basically fine.
Convenient location. A picturesque park. There is a cooler in the hallway, a refrigerator in the room. We went to the pool and swam.
The food is normal.

The girls at the reception are quiet horror, unfriendly, do not smile, answer questions as if they are forced to work here, sit with sour faces, and it is the administrators who determine the first impression of the hotel, in our case even of the city. I remember Vera - very unpleasant, they didn't even approach her specifically, so as not to infect her with her negativity.
We lived in a suite, the view is gorgeous, I don't know how in other rooms, but we had a refrigerator, large TVs. The sofas are shabby, the bath is too, but the rooms are beautiful. In the dressing room there were hair apparently of past guests.
Elevators really work fast, they arrive quickly. The breakfast is gorgeous, everything is there, very tasty, although it is very stupid on the part of the leaders to hold breakfasts for left-wing tourists during the breakfast of guests. We were standing in line for the buffet because of these tourists. Although we are hotel guests. The queue for the buffet is even funny)) In general, everyone really wants to make money there.
We didn't go to the pool, but there were always a lot of people there. We went up to the observation room on a panoramic elevator - cool, thanks to the guard, accompanied us, warmly communicated, I didn't remember the name, unfortunately, I remember that there was a mustache :) There are always no seats in the restaurant on the 25th floor, we need to book a month in advance, we were unlucky, we didn't get there
Parking is large, free, there was always a place, even though they came for the holidays

Now the cons, for which I lowered my rating: QUEUES (see photo) for breakfast, in which you can stand at the entrance for 30 minutes, guys, this is no good! It's not the first year you've been working, you can't organize food for visitors normally!!! I stood in line for 25 minutes, did not get to breakfast, went to the reception and asked for a refund for breakfast, which I could not get through. QUEUES for elevators to go down/up to the room! The Stone Age is simple! All the advantages end as soon as you reach the elevator! We settled a lot of people, but we didn't figure out how to arrange and feed them!!!

Minuses:
-poorly cleaned rooms (dust, clogged shower drain, garbage on the floor);
- it says that they provide boiling water, in fact they did not give anything, they sent it to the cooler on the floor where the water is not hot enough, tea cannot be brewed;
- water, there are no mugs in the room, only glasses;
- the refrigerator in the room is not working;
- "tired" room with rusty fittings, worn furniture, cracked tiles;
- queues in the dining room, the problem of entering the dining room and the problem of finding a place in the dining room;
- the window in the room consists of 3 parts, the smallest ones do not open and are clean, the central large one partially opens and is dirty.
Total: I am delighted with Minsk and Belarus, I will definitely come back again, but, alas, I would not stay in this hotel a second time.

The hotel has fully justified its 3 stars. I liked the close location to the center, it is convenient that Nemiga metro station is a 10-minute walk away. The Gallery shopping center is located nearby. I recommend taking a room with breakfast. A continental breakfast with a wide selection of everything from fried eggs to potatoes with chicken. Yoghurts, salads, sliced cheese and sausages, everything is hearty and delicious, homemade. I do not recommend the Panorama restaurant. A sweet menu with mayonnaise salads is just not a restaurant level. The design of the restaurant leaves much to be desired. I have never come across the fact that there was no menu in the rooms and it was necessary to go up to the restaurant to get acquainted with it and order in the room 🤦🏻♀️ In general, the hotel is very good, a pleasant renovated renovation, fast and new elevators, friendly receptionists at the reception. The only negative is the cleaning of the rooms. There are no complaints about the quality, but the fact that the cleaner did not knock, but immediately opened the door with her card when we were lying on the bed. In fact, it turned out that the pool was closed for repairs, for 2 months!!!!! What an idiot decided to renovate the pool in the middle of the season!!! And most importantly, the day before check-in, we could cancel the reservation, but there were no notifications about the repair of the pool, neither from the hotel nor from Yandex Travel, through whom we toured the hotel. As a result, we live in a hotel without a pool, and in Minsk the heat is 30 degrees, and we take a taxi along the beaches and water parks, although we were paid for all this.
