The location is convenient, the view from the windows to Minsk is beautiful, there is an aqua zone - for residents, two hours of stay there is free. There are three saunas in the aqua zone, the water is a little cold, so we were in the children's pool almost all the time. The breakfasts are not bad - anyone can choose a dish to their liking, the only thing I missed was the lack of cappuccino coffee, there is only Americano. And now the cons - the service leaves much to be desired, starting from the reception, ending with the Panorama restaurant. At the reception, to the question about the additional. the place - I was almost told in an ultimatum form that there is a sofa that is being disassembled. We didn't even think to ask if I needed to disassemble it and how it was disassembled. There is a queue at breakfast, there are not enough places at the tables, only after the remark an additional hall was opened. In the restaurant, I was very pleased with the waiter when he opened a bottle of champagne and addressed me with the words - pass the bottle for that woman. I stayed at the Belarus Hotel for 5 nights in July. Reception and accommodation: polite and helpful staff. The registration is fast; they explained how to connect to the local Wi-Fi; they settled in an hour earlier than the prescribed 14-00, without forcing them to while away the time in the lobby (believe me - there were different options). And this is a good job of the maids cleaning the room.
Single room: clean, cozy and -HOORAY!!! - with air conditioning. After 11 hours at the wheel and 30-degree heat in Minsk, this is a nice bonus. The small refrigerator in the room purrs unobtrusively. Daily cleaning in the room, change of towels in the bathroom - also or optional. Bathroom: the plumbing is serviceable, I was pleased with the presence of an always hot coil, on which small items of clothing were dried overnight. Liquid soap and shampoo gel in dispensers.
Food: I did not use the buffet services; I preferred to buy milk and sausages in the evening at nearby grocery stores. The products in Belarus are excellent.
Cultural program: since I happened to be a Minsk resident in my "past life", the whole "cultural life" was reduced to meetings with numerous friends. And so in the room there are advertising booklets with various excursions, and tour buses that pick up tourists from the hotel every day. Believe me, there is something to see not only in Minsk.
Surroundings: the hotel is located on a hill, there are no streets with heavy traffic nearby, the views from the hill are excellent. If this is not enough, an excursion to the roof of the hotel will help: from there the views are even more beautiful. Nearby there is a decent park, the Svisloch river, a boat station, the Trinity suburb. Across the river on the ave. There are a lot of shops. For those with a sweet tooth, I recommend the company store of the Kommunarka factory. Next is the Nemiga district, followed by pedestrian streets with a bunch of cafes; the cathedral, the town hall building... There is an opera house not far from the hotel. In general, "for every taste and color."
Parking: free; leaving in the afternoon, I always found a place afterwards.
Minuses: 1. Only the lazy one did not say this. The light in the hallway of the room turns on spontaneously from the motion sensor. I noticed that the door to the room has an impressive gap at the floor. Most likely, there is superheated air from the common corridor and cool air from the air conditioner in the hallway.
2. The conditioner is from a famous Japanese brand, BUT - periodically liquid gurgles in it. One of two things: drainage is poorly organized or air got into the freon. These jambs can be eliminated by a competent air conditioner.
3. The entrance door to the room is equipped with a door closer, the exhaust of which operates in two modes: it accelerates the person slowly entering the room by hitting the stern, or closes the door with a bang if he managed to run away from it. Agree: not everyone can get used to this, and it's not very pleasant to hear the door cannonade from neighboring rooms at night.
Despite the "joints" listed above, the overall impression of "Belarus", even in quotation marks, even without, is very good.

Excellent hotel, "central" location. We lived in it from 30.12.23 to 04.01.24. All the most interesting events were nearby:a Christmas tree, atmospheric restaurants, a beautiful river. The hotel itself is cozy, the rooms are comfortable, the breakfasts are delicious, varied (from lettuce to fried chicken / fish-there was everything your heart desires). Delicious coffee, pies of all kinds, juices. Room service is at a decent level. There are pleasant, hospitable girls at the reception. We were satisfied with the choice of the hotel. There will be an opportunity, we will be happy to stop here again.

A great hotel for business trips. But if it's for personal funds, it's too expensive. Buffet 5+. The location is great, and the park area. R, the bakery house - who is a fan of the freshest bread, will understand me) purity of 4 stars. The bathroom equipment fails a little bit. There was no dental kit (only in suites), but when contacting the Adm.the issue was solved immediately, for free. The staff is wonderful. Thanks! In general, I recommend it! We spent 4 days at the hotel. The room is cozy, clean, wifi, TV, refrigerator, air conditioning. The hotel itself is large, 22 floors. Polite staff, addressed personal questions, helped to solve everything. The hotel has an excellent swimming pool, a cafe where you can have breakfast and dinner. There is a wonderful restaurant on the 22nd floor, with a panoramic view of Minsk. The territory is well maintained, near the river and many parks.

liked: location, in the city center, there is a beautiful park nearby, all the necessary shops, metro, attractions within walking distance; the view from the window is beautiful; there is an observation deck, one of the best in the city; the food is varied, but the breakfast menu has not changed in 4 days, milk porridge with salt and apparently with sugar, oatmeal, without dairy, there was just boiled rice or buckwheat; the rooms were warm, towels were changed every day.
I didn't like it: only 1 of the 4 light bulbs worked in the room (overhead light), the hair dryer sparkled in my hands (I was lucky, there were no injuries, the hair dryer was repaired during the day); plumbing was very rusty; the bedside tables inside were dirty; wool blankets were prickly, as in Soviet childhood; when booking a double room, we received a single with a second place on a folding sofa, the request to change was refused, while they offered to sleep on the same bed, because it is slightly larger than a single bed (dad and a child were registered in the room, a girl of 10 years old, it was at least strange to hear such an offer); registration takes place exactly at 14:00 not a minute earlier, the queue is going to be huge by 14, when registering, they take the documents and return them late in the evening (it was also strange to be in a foreign country without documents), one thing is difficult to answer all the questions without looking up, or even with your back.
We will return to Belarus again, but not to the Belarus hotel, which is a pity, the location is certainly the best.

We came to Minsk for 3 days, stayed at the Belarus hotel.We lived on the 15th floor.The room is great.Everything was needed for living:air conditioning,small refrigerator,slippers,gel shampoo,wardrobe,glasses,TV.The cooler is on the floor.The room was quiet.The hotel has 22 floors, 6 high-speed elevators.Breakfast was served on the ground floor from 6.30 to 10.30.The assortment is large:there are many different cuts,cheese,cottage cheese,sour cream,porridges,sausages,vegetables,salads,chicken,fried fish,fish cutlets,tea,coffee,cakes,juices,milk,fruits.On the ground floor there is a small shop,ATM,souvenirs,lobby bar,swimming pool.There is a restaurant on the 21st floor, and a paid observation deck on the 22nd floor.Location in the central area.I recommend this hotel.

The hotel is wonderful!Clean, beautiful, neat!We lived in a 2-room room 603, everything is in the room:bathrobes, slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste, disposable shaving cream machine, shower cap, hair dryer.There is a cooler with hot and cold water on the floor.On the 11th floor there is an ironing room with irons, ironing boards and gauze (so as not to set things on fire).
The pool is free for residents, a pharmacy, an ATM, a shoe cleaner when leaving the hotel.We took a ride on a panoramic elevator and went out to the observation deck, despite the bad weather.
I liked everything - from beginning to end.There's not even anything to wish for.

The king-size room, a balcony with a view of Svisloch and Troitskoe is definitely worth attention - beauty! The hotel itself is very friendly, the staff at the reception is normal. Of the disadvantages, it is worth being prepared for the absence of a shoe spoon and the smells of a stagnant dwelling - ventilation helps. Soapy soap in the dispenser, it is better for girls to have a set of shampoo-balm with them. In this room there are also sets of brush paste and machine cream, bathrobes, towels of all kinds, a bidet, a large bathroom. The chairs are comfortable, the bed is large and the mattress, pillows and bedding are good.

I really liked the hotel, we were alone with a child. We found the pool for a couple of days until it was closed for prevention. I liked the pool, under the panoramic roof.
It was a little frustrating that with the existing slide for children, we turned it on for 10 minutes in total (for 3 hours of our stay in the pool, for example. I don't know, maybe some kind of schedule...) It seemed to me that it was just a little lazy for a woman to sit upstairs and watch the skaters. ))
But this, of course, did not spoil the impression of the hotel. Large hall on the 1st floor, upholstered sofas in the waiting area, lobby bar, pharmacy. souvenir shops. luggage storage.
The buffet is great, there is enough food! Room cleaning was also very pleasant, towels were changed every day. The linen is snow-white, the blankets/pillows are very comfortable.
The water pressure in the shower was a little weak, but I just decided that it didn't reach the 12th floor)))
The location of the hotel couldn't be better. In the centre. There is a public transport stop nearby, and the Nemiga metro station is also nearby.
We were lucky to get to the Independence Day celebration on July 3rd. We watched the rehearsal of the parade, the parade itself, and the fireworks - the location where everything happened is also within walking distance from the hotel.

A nice hotel.
The standard room is small, but everything is there, clean, new furniture, comfortable mattress, wide bed. The floor is carpeted, and there are disposable slippers in the closet. There are a lot of hangers, no shelves.
Bedside tables with 2 drawers, everything fits.
There is also a desk with a drawer, a refrigerator (quiet) under it.
What I especially liked was that the water in the taps is artesian, clean and does not smell, you can even drink.
We lived on the 16th floor, the window offers a great view. Well, the most valuable thing is the location, the center is close, it is convenient to walk.
The breakfasts are normal, there is a lot of everything and it is delicious.

The hotel is located next to the square and the embankment, shops and main attractions must be reached on foot in 10-20 minutes. This may seem like a disadvantage to some, but I liked the location, it's a pleasure to walk in such a clean and green city as Minsk.

I really liked the Belarus hotel! Absolutely honest 3 stars! I am currently here )
Location - fire. Nearby there is a beautifully equipped park and river, Trinity farmstead, shopping center Gallery with many shops and restaurants. Nemiga Metro Station is a 15-minute walk through a beautiful area.
The rooms are clean, cozy and warm. Comfortable non-creaking beds, crisp white linens.
Breakfast is a buffet, quite a variety of food.
The staff is responsive, polite. The TV remote didn't work, I told the reception about it, they changed it quickly to a serviceable one.
From small minuses. It's the holiday season and there are a lot of children's groups in the hotel. Rushing around the floors, making noise, slamming doors. But this is not a question for the hotel, of course, but for the accompanying children.

We were in Minsk on a tourist tour, we settled in the Belarus hotel, quite a decent room, towels were changed every day, there is a cooler with cold and hot water in the lobby on each floor. The only thing I needed was a jug in the room, it was difficult to bring boiling water to the room in a glass to brew tea at night. The Buffet breakfast is a very decent choice, in other hotels it is much more modest.

We lived in a standard room with separate beds. A tiny hallway. One person with a suitcase (small) entered, the second one will not fit. The first one should go into the room. There are always long queues for breakfast from 7 to 8:30. The food on the buffet is disappearing fast. But, to be fair, the staff quickly replaces empty trays with full ones. 👍 The coffee machine is made only by Americano.
Overall, the hotel is great for its 3 stars! We will definitely come again.

The hotel is not bad, the price and quality correspond. A cool feature is the panoramic view of the city from the room window (we lived on the 13th floor and admired this beauty daily). By the way, there is a panorama (paid) on the top floor with a view of the city, it is very advertised by all the guides, but for hotel guests, in my opinion, it is not needed, since I wrote above that the room has a cool panorama of the city. The room is clean, Soviet style, but everything is restored/renovated, the furniture is new. In the shower, however, the horn was clogged and the water flowed very badly, every wash was a little annoying, but we tried not to pay attention. In general, those who are used to the upper class are not here for you. Although in general it is very good. Clean linen,cleaning/change of towels daily. There is no kettle in the room, but there is a cooler on the floor. The hotel also has a swimming pool, for residents - free of charge until one o'clock in the afternoon. And in the evening, a 50% discount. We went in the morning, the people are tolerable. The pool is like a small water park, there is even a slide. There are no tracks, so swimmers can't walk around. But in general it is very pleasant to visit, the most important thing for me is very clean everywhere!!! - respect to the staff who does the cleaning. The hotel is very well located, there is a place to walk, the center is close. And the views are beautiful. The hotel also has a panoramic restaurant on the 22nd floor. We had dinner. The prices are inadequate, very overpriced. We didn't see any culinary delights for such prices.Although everything is delicious, clean and beautiful.
To sum up, I recommend it to those who want to live / relax in decent conditions, but still count the money. If I come again, I'll stay here, the view from the window is really cool!!!

The hotel has an excellent location in the city center. Convenient transport accessibility. Own parking. Stunning views from the rooms with a balcony. Spacious, clean rooms and well-functioning air conditioning.
Breakfast for 4 maximum. Everything is edible, but very mediocre, does not match the price. There are a lot of elderly package tourists in the hotel, so they take a queue for breakfast from about 6.45, if you are not in a hurry, it is better to come at 8.40-9.00 it will be freer.
The main disadvantage of the upper floors (we were on 20) is the Panorama restaurant located on the 22nd floor, the music beats until 2.00 am on weekends. If you are traveling with a family with children, take the 15th floor and below.
In general, the hotel is very good for its money, clean, renovated since Soviet times. I highly recommend it, only if you are not an early riser, it is better to have breakfast in the city.

Someone might not like the lack of shops within walking distance of about 1 km, but for me it was not a priority. If I (hopefully) get to the glorious city of Minsk again, there will be no question where to stay, of course the Belarus hotel

Great hotel! The breakfast buffet is very good! With real Soviet compote. The assortment is large, even cupcakes and cakes. It happens that there is a big queue for breakfast (shocking), but it moves quickly.
There is a water park - I have not been there. There is an observation deck with a good view - it was not.
The room itself is clean, cozy with panoramic views.

I give it 3 stars. Since the hotel is exactly 3 stars. When traveling in the hot season, keep in mind that there are very few air-conditioned rooms in this hotel. The rooms are small and cozy in principle.
When we checked in, there was a blockage in the shower, the plumber quickly came and eliminated the blockage. And one more nuance. A large hotel (about 400 rooms) has almost 2 employees at the reception, often people wait up to 40 minutes when checking in. The individual set consists only of a shower cap. The breakfasts are good, the buffet has plenty to choose from. However, the feeling is like in a Soviet dining room, depending on the room itself (the Soviet interior, depending on the number of people). We concluded for ourselves that if you come in the cold season, the price and quality of this hotel correspond.

Good afternoon. We had a late check-in at the hotel. The accommodation was on the 20th floor, it was some kind of nightmare all the days. Music until 01.00 at night, then the tables began to move. Noise all night, it's impossible to sleep. In the morning, you wake up to something moving again. What a disrespect to the hotel guests.
If the noise insulation in the hotel is bad, why make live music until night and stick tables afterwards. Organize the work of the restaurant according to the norms of silence. The room was poorly cleaned upon check-in in the bathroom (there were used shampoos from other residents of the room).
It was not possible to use more than one catering establishment, because everything was closed all days for specials.service. It was also not clear what kind of special.service can be provided in all cafes, if not all guests can eat at the hotel.
In the pool, in general, a man who looks at the pool came into the locker room for some reason. Why is he in the women's locker room?! In general, everything is in order in his head, what are the norms!!!
The hotel is kept for visiting only because of its convenient location and beautiful view.
I do not recommend visiting this hotel.

We lived in a Luxury room. The room is quite spacious, bright, the room is newly renovated, well furnished. Everything is standard in the room: kettle, dishes, refrigerator, 2 TVs, 2 air conditioners, gels, shampoos, toothbrushes, toothpaste and shaving kits in the bathroom.
