Excellent location, in the center but on an island in a park in silence. The staff is polite, helped with a nice room. We went to the pool and fitness in hotels.
We went up to the roof by a panoramic elevator. We had dinner at the restaurant on the 23rd floor, there was live music. I ordered a transfer to and from the hotel on the hotel's website, everything went well.

Excellent hotel, cafe, dining room, restaurant, swimming pool, shop, everything is there. The rooms are different, everything is kept in order, cleaning is done daily. The location is very convenient. And the views from the upper floors are amazing! The railway station is 12 minutes away by bus. Near the bakery, shopping center, WWII Museum is just a miracle. The prices at the hotel are not too high. The old town is nearby. They didn't take breakfast.

A nice three-piece in a wonderful place. The rooms are modest but clean. The linen is snow-white. There are no soap appliances. The breakfasts are very good, but due to the large number of hotel guests there are huge queues for breakfast. The metro seems to be nearby, but 20 minutes on foot to it. Plus, all tours start at this hotel. The Wi-Fi is great. The staff is friendly. The hotel is quite popular. And you can explore the city from a bird's-eye view. The hotel has 23 floors. Beautiful sunsets in the evenings.

I liked the hotel! Convenient location (15-20 minutes from the metro, 10 minutes from a large shopping center, 2 minutes from a beautiful embankment), as well as several cultural sites within walking distance. The hotel has excellent breakfast (buffet). I took a single room, everything I need is there, a comfortable bed, a working hairdryer and a refrigerator. There are questions only for towels, instead of them I got rags (it is clear that they have served faithfully for many, many years) and for sound insulation (the feeling that you live in the same room with your neighbors). Otherwise, everything is super!

From what I liked:
The breakfasts are very good, a large assortment of food, everything is fresh and in sufficient quantity. For those who like a hearty breakfast, it is ideal.
Room - we had a great room, with a large room, a huge and very comfortable bed, with a decent-sized dressing room and a large bathroom. A small hinged balcony and a gorgeous view of the river.
The location is perfect.
I will not talk about the disadvantages, they are small and purely individual perception. I'm shooting a star for this.

Nice hotel. Conveniently located. We walked to many attractions. The railway station is about 25 minutes on foot. Even at maximum load, it is very quiet and peaceful. The buffet did not surprise me. The rooms are very ordinary, for 3, only 3 towels and a shower cap are given — that's all.
There was a window lock in our room, i.e. it was unrealistic to put a window on ventilation. There was no air conditioner in our room — the stuffiness was impossible. We called the reception, the girl picked up, explaining the situation, we were rudely rejected, saying that it was hard to hear, although they called back several times.
Also check the bed linen — we had blue spots on the pillow, we noticed it when we left.
The rooms are not checked before delivery. They don't actually ask for the key to the door either, they don't check if you gave it back.

The hotel is located in the center of Minsk. The upper floors offer probably the best panoramic view of the city. The embankment with a park area right under the windows. You can take a leisurely walk to the center. Good spacious parking is free. The room itself is not large, but comfortable enough to spend a couple of nights here. There is a comfortable mattress, an armchair and a table. The bathroom unit is frankly small. The breakfasts are quite good. There are omelets and scrambled eggs and porridges. The obvious disadvantage is only the Americano from the coffee machine. It's kind of strange, especially when there are three coffee machines and all are programmed only for Americano. Well, at least an espresso or a double espresso. There is a swimming pool, I recommend it for relaxation, not for a morning workout. There are a lot of elderly tourists in the body, they probably actively carry groups. And there were sports teams during our visit. This may cause some inconvenience when they collectively attend breakfast. It fully justifies its three stars.

We stayed at the Belarus hotel in December 2023. The room is clean, good thick mattresses, white linen. The bathroom is a little cramped, the drain in the shower cabin did not work very well, but it was not critical. There were no bathrobes, but everything else was available. I liked that the cleaning was done every day. The downside was that the light in the hallway turns on from the motion sensor. You get up at night to go to the toilet, and the light is in your eyes!!!
The hotel has a swimming pool, for guests 1 hour of free admission. It is small, but clean and comfortable, there is a sauna, a Jacuzzi and even a water slide worked, everything is super!
There are 6 elevators, everything is fast, there are water coolers in the lobby on the floor, very tasty water.
The hotel shops are good, there is a large selection and the prices are normal, as in the city. There you can buy not only gifts, but also a sausage in a snack dough. We didn't go to breakfast, it seemed that 850r per person was a bit much.
We had dinner at the Panorama restaurant, well, that's it. The pancakes disappointed, they brought just ordinary pancakes ...

The view from the window was gorgeous! The room for two made me happy. Everything is clean and tidy. The only small drawback is in the refrigerator. It does not cool well. We were in room 1816
The food is decent, but there is too much meat for me personally. I wish there were more salads. The pool is comfortable, but before closing, I would loudly tell people who are still swimming that they are closing. But employees prefer to defiantly turn off the lights.... To me, this is extremely strange.
In general, I recommend the hotel and we really liked Minsk itself!

On the one hand, the hotel is located in the center of Minsk. Many places can be reached on foot.
On the other hand, it stands apart. At night, the noise of the city does not interfere with the windows open, as is often the case in city hotels.
Wonderful BREAKFASTS. A large varied buffet, where everyone is sure to find something to their taste.
Of the disadvantages, I can only mention the elevators. During rush hour, it takes a long time to wait for the elevator to come, which you can climb into.

The good thing is that everything in the rooms is very well thought out. Lots of storage space, lots of hooks in the bathroom, there's even a sofa in the single! But at the same time, you don't hit corners anywhere, it's spacious.
Special thanks for allowing me to take tea and a bun from breakfast - it was bad after the road, I needed some food to eat a pill. Breakfast, by the way, is also very varied, you can assemble a salad yourself without salt and butter, delicious cheeses, there is always a free table.
In addition, the hotel is located in a beautiful park, 10-15 minutes walk to the Town Hall.
In general, it is a very, very good choice.

In principle, everything was fine. Among the advantages - there is a swimming pool, location near the historical center, nearby the main attractions, almost within walking distance. Good breakfasts. Among the disadvantages - we lived in a suite, the refrigerator did not work, the problem was solved only on the third day, after the third reminder. With the cleaning of the suite type, they found an unfinished bottle of wine left by previous guests and forgotten children's shorts behind the armchair, after a week of living. Garbage was thrown out, but order was not restored, linen was changed once, towels 2 times a week. It wasn't too stressful, but it probably shouldn't be comme il faut for Lux.

Two families booked. Two-room suite and one-room king size suite. Three adults lived in the first one. The cleaning is so-so, they changed the bed linen, towels, if you put it on the floor, they will change it. The water was replenished only twice, on the day of arrival, and then only two, not three, and after 2 days three pieces were already replenished.In the second room, it is spacious with a balcony with a huge dressing room. But the cleaning is also so-so. There was no water initially.We went to the panorama restaurant. It doesn't seem to be bad, but when they wanted to pay, for some reason no one came up, they had to go themselves, look for it, and so on. The elevators were working, as many as 6 pieces, but there were traffic jams. Dining room it happened that there were not enough tables, the food was constantly cold from porridge to pancakes. If it's hot, it's a celebration. There are only two types of coffee. But there is enough food, you can choose.There is a river next to the hotel, where you can ride catamarans or a boat. There are places to go, eat, etc. I recommend.

Awesome Everything corresponds to the stated stars, but the main thing is a very flexible policy. We noticed that people did not have time for early excursions, and immediately adjusted the cafe's work schedule. A very rich buffet. The rooms are spacious. I put 3 stars with a stretch. And then only for the good location and for the friendly staff.
Now about the bad stuff. There was no air conditioning in the room, I had to ask for at least a fan. In the heat of + 30, this is little consolation. There was no refrigerator in the room. They refused to change the number. There is mold and rusty streaks in the bathroom. The water doesn 't go out in the shower-she 's been standing ankle - deep all week . The toilet was not washed after the previous tourists. Dried droplets of urine on the toilet seat - that's never pleasant. Most of the days the bed was not made (although the bed linen was changed 1 time a week). The floor in the room is not cleaned - when checking in, someone else's hair bands and wrappers were found under the beds. And also unrealistic queues in the dining room for breakfast! 3 times a week we stood for 20 minutes. The queue started all the way from the elevator! The food itself, although quite diverse (there is something to choose from), is not tasty and from the cheapest products. And the pool wasn't working yet.
Sadly. After reading good reviews, I expected more from the hotel.

I liked the hotel. Very convenient location, near the Trinity suburb, you can walk along the embankment of the Svisloch River, the huge museum of the Great Patriotic War and Victory Park. One of the disadvantages is a very small room, in order to close the door, the second guest had to go into the bathroom. There are no tea accessories in the room, but after contacting the receptionist, they brought a kettle, cups, spoons and plates. There is a cafe and a shop on the ground floor. It is very convenient, the prices practically do not differ from other places. There is 1 hour free of charge in the pool from 7 to 11 o'clock for guests.

You can feed ducks, in the morning - seagulls. Wonderful park near the hotel, very beautiful. Staff service is normal, everything is explained. 1 hour in the morning in the pool for free. Breakfast is a buffet, at the level of a 5* hotel, some 5* do not feed so well. There are fruits, sweets, tea, coffee, milk, kefir, side dishes, normal delicious fish, cutlets, eggs, scrambled eggs, sausages, sausage, cheese, cottage cheese, porridge, omelet. The rooms are normal. Cleaning every day, at 9.5 out of 10. There was not enough dusting. There are no disposable shampoos and gels, only dispensers. The dispensers have everything. But for 3* it is normal. In general, I was satisfied with everything, I enjoyed my rest.

I have been looking for a long time where to stay in Minsk, the choice fell on the Belarus hotel. And I did not lose. Single room with a balcony, beautiful view. Snow-white bed linen, TV, mini fridge, table, wardrobe, everything is cozy and comfortable. The bathroom is very spacious. There was a cooler next to the room, you don't need to go far. I called the pool in the evening, they said that guests can stay from 7 to lunch without paying, but there is no store with bathing accessories and advised where you can buy a swimsuit. I had an extraordinary pleasure in the pool in the morning. Comfortable water temperature, three saunas with different temperatures, various hydromassage baths.
Convenient location from the historical center and from public transport. There is a travel agency on the 2nd floor, they offered a city tour. The collection of the tour was within walking distance from the hotel. I was very pleased with everything. The only thing is, the lobby, the reception didn't seem cozy, maybe because of the cold. I recommend the hotel.

We stayed at the hotel from December 30th to January 3rd. We lived in a double room. The room is small. Clear. Beautiful view from the window. There are slippers, hats and shower gel. Breakfast was included in the room rate. Breakfast is 10 out of 10. Sovkovaya hotel in the city center:

- scoop service: the buffet is varied but inexpensive. A bottle of water, a kettle, a tea bag, a water jug (at least), a teaspoon?! But what the hell! The cooler is on the floor! So what if it's empty, we told the suppliers, the water will be delivered someday. They brought it in half an hour, but to put it on - only through a separate scandal.
Soap, it's a shampoo, it's a shower gel - in a dispenser (other), dental, shaving, manicure set? Nah- there's a shower cap - don't thank me.
A separate fun thing is cleaning the buffet. Question: when you have finished eating, it is not you who decide, but the cleaning lady, who gently but inevitably removes the plate with the half-eaten sandwich directly from her hands. If you go to pour coffee, you will return to an empty table, and it doesn't matter how much more was on the plate.

We were left with a bad impression of the hotel.

What we didn't like was that they put us in a dirty room.
We arrived much later than the standard check-in time - upon entering the room we found that it had not been cleaned at all.
The reception staff just informed me that the maid would come and clean right now. And where can we go during cleaning?))
They did not offer to move us to another room, they did not make any discount for this misunderstanding. The price tag for the room, as it were, is not cheap. And customer orientation is very low.
Also, there is not even water in the rooms.
I'm sorry, but I don't recommend this hotel for people.

We lived from June 9 to 11, 2024 in 624 rooms. The view from the room window was not pleasant, but we did not look at it. The views all around are beautiful! The room itself is very cozy, although small. There is a small refrigerator in the room. A very comfortable bed. The cleanest bed linen, good pillows. There is a cooler on the floor. In the morning, guests can use the pool for free for an hour until 13 o'clock. The pool is indoor, not small, you can swim, but only splash. Jacuzzi, bubbles, a waterfall, everything is there. A boot camp for kids. Three saunas with different temperatures.
Breakfast is a song! There is a lot of food, there is plenty to choose from, it is delicious.
Very convenient location. There are many interesting things within walking distance or nearby by taxi, as well as the railway station.
I took off one star for a poorly functioning shower drain. They asked to clean it, but it didn't help much.
In general, only pleasant impressions. I would have returned to this hotel again. I recommend it to positive people who are not interested in purposeful search for flaws. Solid 4 plus!

The location and views from the room are 5 out of 5, we had room 1806, 18th floor, stunning views of the Svisloch river. The room itself is standard, the bed linen and towels are crisp with cleanliness, the rooms are renovated, fresh furniture. They are small, but we did not arrive for 3 days to sit in the room. There are 5 elevators, going down and up is not a problem. Breakfast was paid on the spot at the entrance to the dining room, the range of dishes is excellent (cost about 800 rubles / person), there is everything: porridge, pancakes, omelets, scrambled eggs, sausages, cheeses, vegetables, hot dishes, coffee from a coffee machine. Recommend👍
Near the hotel there is a beautiful embankment, 10 minutes to the center slowly, shopping center, shops, restaurants. Tip, if you are going to Minsk on Friday / Saturday, book restaurants in advance, otherwise you will not get there
