A fairly new hotel, well renovated, the territory has everything for living (swimming pool, lobby and grill bar, sauna and massage, private Parking), as well as entertainment for children and adults in the evening. "All inclusive" justifies itself. Its small beach is also a plus, not so far from the hotel. There are a lot of plant seedlings on the territory, in 5 years it will be very picturesque. The food is generally good, everything is edible and balanced.
On the territory of the hotel (in the bakery) there is an ATM just in case, for cash withdrawal. Nearby there is a market, a Pyaterochka grocery store where cards are accepted, a public transport stop, pharmacies - which is very convenient.
There are also disadvantages: low level of service, no change of linen and towels, no bottled water, a kettle and an iron are one per floor and you still need to find it. In general, you get used to it, it's not so critical, you need to be prepared that it's like this.

The hotel is very nice. I liked everything: the close location to the sea, the beach is equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, there is also a swimming pool, it is also equipped. The proximity of shops, the market and all the main kalarite. I was pleased with the responsive and friendly staff, right from the reception and until the end of the rest. The arrangement of the room for 2 people is decent: a private balcony, 2 beds, a bathroom, a table, 2 chairs, a rail for outerwear and bedside tables. There were also: a hair dryer, a dryer, 2 towels for each, for 5 days of rest, 10 packs of shampoo, 10 shower gels and 4 soaps were brought to the room for 2. I was pleased with the entertainment and sports program and the animators, I can't help but appreciate the 2 tennis tables and the children's room, everything is fine there). The food in the dining room was varied from case to case. It is clear that the side dishes were repeated and most often the meat was chicken, but the food was excellent. Fruits and vegetables every day, free drinks and ice cream, generally a paradise for the stomach. Also, between the main meals, you could eat a burger or barbecue with French fries (depending on the day). The territory of the hotel is decent, there is a sport.playground, swimming pool, children.a playground, a photo bench, a smoking area and a path around the hotel. The hotel is very close to the stop to Sukhum, the new collanade and the Ferris wheel. I liked everything, but I took off 1 star for turning off the water on days 1 and 2. It was unpleasant, but not critical)
There is a Bamboo cafe not far from the hotel, we recommend you to visit. Music, national dishes and the opportunity to experience the local flavor. I liked the most: mushrooms baked with cheese, khachapur (generally excellent), a pot with potatoes and meat. But the barbecue failed, they took the pig's neck. I lived a lot, but it was delicious in general).

A three-star hotel. Of the advantages: clean, the hotel grounds are beautiful, well-groomed. A large swimming pool. The food in the dining room is normal. The sea is not far away, it is clean and warm. The room is clean, tual. there is always enough paper, as well as disposable shampoos and gels.That's where the advantages end.
Of the cons: the hotel staff are always unhappy, they don't care about your problems. You can't interrogate hot water. There is only one kettle per floor and, in rare cases, you will see it. There is no drinking water anywhere, you need to buy it.. Mattresses are far from the first freshness, in pellets. 2 towels for 1 person (for hands and feet), very washed, Had to be bought for the body. Pillows are just terrible- big pellets in a pillowcase. When you lie on them, they just don't exist.. Linen is changed only when you ask. The child had a cot - it was all falling through, the springs were hanging, creaking.
Wi-Fi seems to be there (1 router per floor), but there is no connection.
Pigeons are flying in the dining room.
It is necessary to register at the entrance to the dining room. It often happens that there is not enough. There was no fruit, juice, or even black tea for 1 day.
In the lobby bar, the declared snacks are French fries (no longer edible), tasteless popcorn, burger (not edible), wings (no longer tasted). Drinks are poured into a plastic cup (beer, wine, chacha).
We were on an excursion (golden ring) - the driver drives without following any rules, very little time is given to all interesting places ...
You go outside the hotel, you are amazed - it is very dirty around, piles of garbage....
The hotel beach, so-called, is located nearby. The beach itself is 3 meters wide.The beach is not equipped, it is dirty. There are sun beds, almost always, for free, umbrellas are not the first freshness, there are very few of them.
We will not return here anymore and we do not advise others.
The only huge plus is the sea!!!

The hotel looks very beautiful, the location is good, close to the market, minibuses, etc. The private beach is 500 m from the hotel, not landscaped. There are sun beds, umbrellas are full of holes, but there are. The entrance to the sea is a pebble.
The service at the hotel is terrible. Cleaning consists in putting shower gel and shampoo, towels have to be begged from 1 day. You come from the sea neither to go to the toilet, nor to wash yourself..there is no water (((
They do not give water, there is not even a kettle in the room.
The food is monotonous, not very tasty. But here everyone has their own taste and preferences. In the dining room, too, they do not have time, then there are no forks, then spoons, then tea glasses.
The girls at the reception do not know what to respond to requests, they just look down and say: "We passed it on." But you need to come up 20 times to resolve the issue.
The pool is very beautiful and good, it is cleaned and the water is renewed. We haven't been in the pool area much, but we liked it.
The view from the windows was overshadowed only by the construction site of the hotel opposite, but you can also see the sea and the pool.
It is necessary to purchase towels and bed linen sufficient for the number of guests and update them on time, organize high-quality cleaning in the hotel and, if possible, do not turn off the water. Then there will be 3 🌟

The hotel is firmly in line with the stated 3 stars - there are pros and cons.
Of the advantages - a pretty good territory, delicious food, a normal bar, a good pool and the availability of free sun beds, soap and soap accessories were faithfully reported every morning, there are no complaints about room cleaning either. The room has good air conditioning.There is a market, shops, and a public transport stop right behind the hotel.
Minuses:
1) some kind of trouble in the hotel with towels (initially they were given only for legs and hands, large towels were barely questioned on the 3rd day; towels were never changed in 8 days (the cleaners do not have clean towels); some rooms are given beach towels, others (more expensive in cost) are not). And in general, the towels have been tired for a long time, they need to be replaced.
2) the beach is a narrow strip, there are few umbrellas and half of them are the visibility of umbrellas (torn, asking for garbage).
Who does not need a shadow - it's fine on the beach, you can take sun beds at the end of the beach (the beach strip is wider here), but you will need to step aside to swim, because in this part of the sea there are rebar sticking out of the water.
But in general, there was enough space for everyone on the beach.
3) WiFi in the room on the 6th floor does not catch, we bought an aquaphone SIM card.
And a little more about the strange behavior of the vacationers themselves:
1) There is no free bottled water in the main building.
People, some of whom have rotovirus bacilli, pour water in the dining room by shoving the necks of their bacillus bottles into the tap for pouring water. Damn, well, the shops are right behind the fence of the hotel, a 5 liter bottle costs 100 rubles., buy yourself water and drink to your health or use a clean cup, pouring water from it into your bottles.
Yes, we caught rotovirus (but not all), it feels like the hotel is not particularly to blame here, people are sick of it all along the coast ....
2) there is (should be) an iron and a kettle on each floor of the hotel, but they did not always stand in the declared place.I suppose the smart ones took them to their rooms.
Why think about others?!
In total, if you do not look for Turkey in Abkhazia (which many do), then a normal hotel, but which has something to strive for (at least buy towels and umbrellas, it is not so expensive and worth it)

We liked the hotel itself. New, clean. The territory is well maintained. The pool is also clean and large. We got a room on the ground floor, you could immediately get into the pool. The food was buffet style, but the food was mostly cold. It doesn't matter what time you arrived. And it's not very tasty. The juice was diluted with water. For the first time in all our trips to the sea, we got sick. And many vacationers there too. Everyone is inclined to think that this is because of their food (( The road to the sea takes 7 minutes. The beach itself is terrible. According to people, a year ago a storm broke rocks on the shore, now boulders continue to lie around. They haven't even been removed in a year. There are sun beds and umbrellas. But the umbrellas are in a very poor condition, everything is in holes, the fasteners are also barely holding on.
I would also like to mention the girls at the reception. Always unhappy faces, they don't know anything. In the dining room, they ask for the room number, with the same dissatisfied and tortured face. Everything is fine: there is a medical center, a dining room, something like a buffet on the ground floor, there is an interesting entertainment program for children for the day (not everything, of course, from the list will be fascinating to them, but a lot). Beware of rotovirus, it is better to buy water at the pharmacy, if you get sick, do not let the child into the pool. Take liquid soap, stop using solid soap if something needs to be washed. Iron with ironing board in the hallway. You won't be able to check in early, but you can eat in the dining room and drive to the sea quite well. The room has a very good air conditioner – it won't be hot at all. Make sure that there will be no kettle in the room, you can ask for boiling water downstairs in the cupboard. Access to the sea is 7:00-22:00, then they close and there is an opportunity to get through the back entrance of the bakery or a bypass. There is a dryer in each room, a mirror, comfortable mattresses, a warm blanket, so if the beds are separated, decide who wants to warm up more. The refrigerator is small as always.

Nice hotel. A large area, not very green yet, but a lot of fruit trees are planted. It will be beautiful when they grow up. Lots of roses. The pool is always clean, it is cleaned at 21-22:00. The rooms are cleaned every day. It was a little disappointing that in ten days they had never changed the bed linen and towels. Although they contacted the reception and asked for the staff. But alas! The rooms are big!
I also wanted more music, there was almost no music. There was a children's animation, there were different exercises by the pool. But in the evening there was not enough music. They often played mafia. It's a little boring!(my opinion).
About the food: satisfying, a lot, varied. Everything was sweet and meaty.
Alcohol- wine and chacha are not very good, beer is good.
Its own beach with sun beds and umbrellas. Near the market, pyaterochka store (not like ours, but also a supermarket) .

We stayed at this hotel in September 2022. The hotel is excellent, it resembles Turkish hotels.The territory is small, but there is everything for recreation and entertainment. The hotel's beach is a 10-minute walk away. Then we went to the beach of the neighboring hotel through the far exit, 3 minutes and you are by the sea. It is very convenient that the city market was across the street from the Europa Hotel, a 15-minute walk to the new colonnade.Yes, everything is fine, who's going for what.The food was good.The rooms are great, no ants were seen. We rested at the Europa Hotel from October 6 to October 18, 2024. Great hotel, decent grounds,clean heated and illuminated swimming pool, friendly staff. The beach of the hotel did not suit us very much, we went to the public beach, they did not differ much from each other. We were lucky with the weather,
we swam almost every day. The food is normal, sometimes there are not enough appliances in the dining room. It justifies its stated 3 stars. Thanks for the rest.

We have been vacationing at this hotel since August 16, generally quite good in appearance, lots of flowers on the territory, clean and well maintained. The view of the mountains / sea pleases, the convenient location relative to shops and the beach (5 minutes walk), as well as good rooms. Of the disadvantages, I do not recommend using the dining room except for visiting breakfast (if you do not want to catch rotovirus and lose a day or two of rest), bed linen and towels are also rarely changed, there is no kettle in the room. The range of products in the on-site cooking is pleasing. I recommend Shater and SunRest Bar from the establishments in the vicinity.

-there is no drinking water, the hotel guests are responsible for this on their own,
-we did not find the hotel beach, we rested on the city beach, a sunbed-200 rubles from 9 to 19.
- queuing for soup is something. While you're standing there, you forget what you came for;

The room was cleaned several times, all the amenities in the toilet, shampoo, body gel, balm, soap were brought every day, shelves in the shower, near the mirror, hair dryer, interesting shower idea, underfloor heating, I do not understand people who write towels and pastels did not change or changed after a few days, here I would like to ask them a question, do you change houses every day!??? And when you buy a ticket, it doesn't say anything about it.The water is always hot, the iron on the floor and the ironing board are always there. Cons- all 9 people were poisoned on the third day of rest and were ill for the rest of the time.
The only good food is soups, porridge, cottage cheese casserole, watermelon)

All the plates are wet, and so are the cutlery.
Administrators (except men) are rude, non-contact.
One day, the Internet and TV were turned off from 9 pm to 4 pm (the next day), although they said that they should come to repair it at 9 am.
Even foot towels and face towels were not provided in the comfort class rooms.
The bed linen and the unfortunate 2 towels are not changed, the bed is not made.
I'm not talking about slippers and bathrobes.
There is a bar on site (I do not recommend taking chacha, pure alcohol), which is not allowed in a bathing suit, although there is a swimming pool nearby. That is, to get a beer, you need to get dressed.

The advantages of the hotel: the air conditioning worked perfectly in the room, by the pool (it is quite large, they try to keep an eye on it, they pour a lot of chemicals and once they saw how they cleaned it) and by the sea you can always find a free sunbed, in the dining room you can always find a free place at the table and choose something to your liking, although the choice is not too wide, and, for fans, beer, local wine and chacha flow like a river from 10.00 to 22.00.
Cons of the hotel: during our stay for 6 consecutive days from 31.07 to 05.08 every day for half a day from about 11.00 to 18.00, ALL water was turned off in the hotel, which immediately created unsanitary conditions and it contributed to the spread of rotovirus. It was impossible to use the shower and toilet at that time, they could not wash the dishes in the dining room (which, even if there was water, was not enough for all vacationers), in the absence of dishes, disposable plates, cups, spoons, forks were taken out. The dishes in the dining room are not signed, and it is not always possible to understand what it is and what it is made of. Many dishes are completely cold, as if they were prepared in advance and now just taken out of the refrigerator, and those dishes that were hot quickly cool down because they are not heated from below at the distribution, although the equipment allows you to arrange such heating. The distribution is inconvenient, especially the place for pouring tea, compote and juice, everything is very crowded and dangerous when carrying cups or paper cups with boiling water. Pigeons and sparrows live in the dining room, they fly over the heads of people eating, land on empty tables and ceiling ceilings, and leave traces of their vital activity. We witnessed a scandal when a vacationer noticed these traces in her plate, left on the table while she went to get another dish.
According to the all-inclusive system, from 10 to 15 you can take ice cream, popcorn, drink tea or coffee with a cupcake. We do not recommend ice cream, it is always soft, melted, which is very dangerous in terms of poisoning. From 15 to 18, they give out French fries with sauce and something grilled (for example, sausages), but you can only drink it with alcohol, no soft drinks are included in the "all inclusive".
During the 8 days of stay, bed linen and towels were NEVER changed, they explained that there was no water and there was only enough laundry to prepare rooms for check-in. Cleaning was reduced to taking out the garbage and adding toilet paper, shampoo and shower gel, sometimes they "forgot" about it, they had to ask to add it. Vacuumed twice in 8 days. The water was leaving badly in the shower, they left a request to be cleaned, but no one responded to it. The attitude of the service staff is completely indifferent, there is no interest in people being satisfied and coming back again.
The "Europa Hotel beach" is located about 400 meters from the hotel gate and is a strip of shore 5-7 meters wide, then a concrete wall or the remains of this wall with protruding fittings, and how can you claim that the beach is equipped if there is NO TOILET, let alone a shower. And just the trouble with umbrellas, there are only about 40 of them (there are only 14 of them by the pool, and this despite the fact that the hotel has more than 400 rooms and, accordingly, more than 1,000 vacationers), and most of them are completely old and torn. Everyone uses the beach, no one monitors the availability of bracelets, you can comfortably sit on the sun beds under a torn umbrella only until 8 am, well, or by finding a beach employee and making a small scandal with outsiders.
The hotel in its current state is categorically not recommended, the rest is spoiled.

We went in November. The territory of the hotel is well maintained. There is a swimming pool on the territory, the water is cloudy. The rooms are clean, there is a TV, a refrigerator. At first, they settled in a room on the 3rd floor with a view of the mountains. The room was cold, there was an unpleasant smell of sewage, a constant low-frequency hum - there were external units of industrial air conditioners under the room. After our request, the administration provided another room with a view of the pool - the room is warm, clean, bright. There was a buffet in the dining room with a large selection of dishes, everything was very tasty! The only thing that marred the rest was that drunk vacationers were swimming and laughing loudly in the pool under the windows. They asked the reception to turn down the volume of the drunken company somehow, promised that the hotel security service would talk to them. But I don't know if no one came out to them, or if the drunks just sent guards, but the fun lasted almost until midnight. Everything else was at a good level.

Of the good things that I remember about my vacation in Abkhazia: the clean and warm sea, in general, all nature. There is a cafe next to the hotel, try tom yam there (very tasty).
I don't understand where this hotel has so many positive reviews.
Minuses:
1. Room cleaning. On the day of check-in, it was already dirty, all that was done there after the other tenants was vacuumed. We contacted about repeated cleaning, from the 2nd time the cleaner came, rubbed with a dry towel and left, everything is already clean for her. Surprisingly, with such cleaning, there are no living creatures in the hotel.
2. Wi-Fi is very weak, caught more or less in the early morning and late at night.
3. The territory of the hotel is neglected, barely alive tables and benches under a leaky tent.
4. Towels and bed linen are changed every 7 days.
5. The beach is a little far from the hotel, there are few sun loungers, umbrellas are full of holes.
6. The dining room. We will never forget this buffet. The food is monotonous, of the most substandard products, tasteless, all the food tastes the same. That's where rotavirus caught up with us on the 2nd day of rest.
5. The lobby bar is the so-called one where they pour unloaded beer and wine. By the way, someone sat there all day and enjoyed these drinks, probably these people write excellent reviews about the hotel.
6. The bed. The mattress was sagging and very uncomfortable.

The hotel is good for Abkhazia - the pool is large and good, there is a delicious variety of food, an area where you can sit in the evening, the rooms are clean, but there are still flaws: in the room, despite the fact that everything is included, there is no ordinary small water, there is no shelf in the bathroom, everything was stacked on the sink, there is no cooler in the building at all if you arrive early neither to drink nor Where's the water. The pool is washed in the morning right at the moment when people swim in it until 11:00, Wi-Fi in the coverage area for three, you need to run straight to look for where it catches. In the dining room, it is not signed with what, as a result, we ate pancakes with cottage cheese for 3 days, and then everyone poured condensed milk on pancakes with meat all over the hotel, told the staff to sign no one reacted. The relaxation area by the pool is wonderful, the animation with children is very good and fun to communicate with. The bar is open until 22, but the animation goes off at 21 and at the end of the hour there is no music, take a column with you.

In early December, we stayed at the Europa Hotel. The room was clean, beautiful, comfortable, a nice balcony and a wonderful view from the window. The pool is large, the water was heated, the sun was shining, it was very warm. The dining room is on the street, but it's not far to go. It's clean, cozy, and the food is delicious and varied. Tea, coffee from 10-15h, I would like all day.
Meals are served in a regular dining room.Two halls.The first one has an unpleasant smell, because there is a toilet.
The rooms are small, clean, and the mattresses are not comfortable.Daily cleaning service.
The sea is 5 minutes away, the beach is pebbly.
The pool is heated, BUT it must be borne in mind that these are NOT HOT SPRINGS (t 22-25).
Near the bazaar , bakery,shops, cafes.
Animation is for children only.
It's boring in the evenings, there's nowhere to go.

Firstly, there were a lot of fruits, which were varied, fresh and in unlimited quantities. Secondly, the view from the window to the mountains. But here we were just lucky! Unfortunately, the advantages ended there!
Minuses:
1. Maintenance! The hotel staff are rude, do not engage in dialogue, do not help in solving problems, you have to beg for everything!
2. The dining room! I was horrified that the hotel provides disposable dishes. Most likely, this is due to the fact that ordinary dishes are washed by HAND! What can we say about sanitation???
3. Nutrition. The menu has not changed once in 10 days! All the food is cold, tasteless, lean! It is impossible to eat!!! It is not surprising that on the 5th day they came down with rotovirus… I even had to see a doctor!
4. The beach. The website says - the first coast. In fact, it is 700 meters to the beach through a construction site and mud. There are no signs! It's terrible on the beach itself! Ruins! Umbrellas are torn and dirty!!! There is no toilet, no shower, no rescuers. It feels like we were sitting on a wild beach!
5. Lobby bar. The drinks are diluted. It is impossible to drink wine and beer!
6. Swimming pool. The pool is big, that's a plus! But there are no umbrellas, although the pool is under the scorching sun. And although it was stated that the pool was heated, it was impossible to go there after the storm.
But the funniest and most disgusting thing is the facilities in the hotel itself. There are no coolers on the floors. Instead, there is one stool per floor along with a kettle. There is no security!!! And at the end of the day, it's impossible to find a kettle at all! Someone's taking it!
In general, the rest was ruined! We love Abkhazia very much, it's not the first time we've been here. But this is the first time we have faced such a nightmare! We do not recommend this hotel to anyone!!

Great hotel. There is a heated swimming pool on site. To the sea 5 min. walking. The rooms are not large, cozy, there is everything except a kettle, no bathrobe, buy at the reception for 500 rubles. Room cleaning and towel change every other day. 3 meals a day-buffet, the food is excellent, well done. Thanks a lot to the chef! There is a Russian sauna and a swimming pool on the territory, as well as a cafe for snacking tea, coffee, juices, beer,wine,chacha, ice cream, pastries, French fries, grilled wings and sausages on an all-inclusive system. One minus about the pool, keep an eye on the children yourself, there are NO lifeguards if suddenly your child cannot swim. You can have a good rest. I recommend it!

The pool was heated in June, which is a plus, because the sea was cold. About the bar : the beer is delicious, the wine is average, and the chacha is not very from the word at all. There is a market in the immediate vicinity, there were not expensive strawberries and cherries 300r/ kg.But they did not take it at the beginning because there is a price of 500) Of the disadvantages, I will note this evening leisure, or rather, its absence, the DJ was endlessly rude, when asked to put on other music. The hotel on the solid "3". We had a rest at the end of July. It's not a long drive from Sochi airport, an hour and a half.
The area is well maintained, our room was clean, cleaning was carried out regularly. I was lucky with the view - the view was on the mountains. There is a private pool, clean in principle, there are no special comments.
Of the "cons":
It is not very clear where the hotel has a beach, you come to the sea directly from the hotel, and a man comes up and says that the sun beds are paid and supposedly the beach of our hotel is further along the shore. We didn't bother and rested on a shared beach, but not far from the hotel.
The food is a separate pain, the breakfasts are not bad, but the main meals are mostly fried, a lot of butter. In general, I didn't like the food very much, but everything is individual.
There is a pool bar, local alcohol and beer. There were also snacks, but all for the amateur.
There is a separate bar in the lobby where you can pay extra.You can buy bottled water, snacks and ask to make cocktails.
We have not encountered infections and rotavirus, but many are sick. There was only acclimatization on the third day, but it's hardly the fault of the hotel.
In general, I liked the rest, the nature of Abkhazia is very beautiful, probably it is worth going for this, because the quality of service in principle suffers everywhere in this region. It is not worth comparing exactly with a vacation in Turkey or in more expensive hotel options.

The hotel is quite decent for Abkhazia! We had a rest in November. The food is normal- buffet, there is always a choice. No one was poisoned, they did without rotavirus))

The rooms are nice, the beds are comfortable. An air conditioner that will save you in hell.5 minutes to the sea, nice pool.

There are no shelves in the bathroom, you put everything on the sink. There is not even a banal trash can in the room - it is not allowed. Not even slippers are allowed 😂
Let's move on ... towels smell rotten, it's time to buy new ones, and not wash them 1000 times. There will be no dishes in the room, only 2 glasses. They forgot about spoons, forks, and plates.
Music is playing until 00:00 at least from a nearby restaurant, if you feel bad or have a headache, it will be hard to fall asleep.
In general, you can add a lot more about this place - for us it was a mistake when choosing a hotel. Unfortunately, they took it through a travel agency. It is clear that many people will think, but what would you like in Abkhazia for such money - I will answer : at a minimum, a kettle in the room and the adequacy of the staff.
This is the first time I am writing a review, because I am shocked by what I saw and I would not like people to unknowingly get into such a "trash"

About the beach, which is located 300-400 meters from the hotel, you come and look, the whole beach, which seemingly belongs to Europe, is filled with sun beds, you sit down on a hammock, as a man immediately approaches you and says that the sunbed is paid, I ask where from the hotel, which are free, but there, further along to the shore, another 200-300 meters along the shore to walk, over stones, some kind of slabs, in short, you can break your legs until you get there. If you get sick, then that's it, write is gone, ambulances do not want to go to the hotel, you need medical help, you call a taxi and go, it's better not to get sick, but you will get sick, anyway.
They observed hygiene, but they still got rotovirus, probably every third person in the hotel got sick with this infection.
In general, I was dissatisfied with the rest.

Super! We rested in August 2020. The hotel is clean and cozy.
The dining room is as clean as an operating room. Towels, bed linen -everything is snow-white . When they finish the pool , everything will be absolutely gorgeous .
initially, I went with the fear that the renovation was not finished there at all, there would be noise from the construction site and asked the tour operator to change the hotel, but everything turned out great. We flew home today, but I already want to go back ! Thanks to the hotel staff for their empathetic attitude.

Great hotel!!! Competitors probably write bad reviews. The rooms are clean, cleaning every day! The receptionists are friendly and helpful. Among the advantages : a fairly large enclosed area, there is a football field with artificial turf, fresh renovation in the rooms.
Among the disadvantages: green and cold (about +22) pool water. It was November 1-3, 2024. Very poor nutrition, little choice and not tasty. Central Asians work in the kitchen. There is no point in taking full board. There are a lot of mosquitoes both in the rooms and in the dining room. Pillows in the rooms are cloths with lumps. This is the first time I've seen them. There are 2 long-term buildings behind the fence. There is a knock on one from time to time. The other one covers the sea view.
Conclusion: I will not go here anymore and I will not recommend this place.

I do not recommend the Europa hotel to anyone !!!
Everything is beautifully painted on the site, but in fact it is not. There is no entertainment! On the first day, there was water aerobics and we played a little ball in the water with the kids, that's all (we were there for 5 nights). Billiards was removed ((as they said at the reception that the place for the bar was made, instead of it) but it is listed on the website. On the second and sixth floors there is one shadow table each, but unfortunately there are 2 broken rackets and one ball that needs to be found to begin with. When booking a room, specify where your windows will go because we booked on the ground floor with access to the pool, but we settled without access to the pool and refused to change the room. There are rude girls at the reception! There were many questions that were not answered, but almost sent!! Meal:the buffet! They gave the same thing for five days, there is no variety from the word at all! Soft drinks are KARKADE COMPOTE, that's it! Alcoholic beer, wine, chacha . To get ice cream and popcorn for children, you need to go to a bar where adults smoke and drink at the tables.
Beach.... To get to the beach, you need to go through the ruins of concrete, protruding rebars from the ground, go down the stairs where two concrete platforms will be waiting for you and older people will ask you for help to get down. But, there are sun beds, but the umbrellas are all torn and do not even open. And also during our stay there, the child had a birthday, usually the hotel where you are always congratulates, but not here. It's a small thing, of course, but it's still nice. I can also write a lot of negative things, so take care of your nerves.

Everyone is wondering where to go and where to stay. This autumn, my children and I decided to go to Abkhazia and we made our stop at the Europa Hotel in Gagra. The hotel is 3 stars. At first we were settled on the 1st floor: a large bed, a TV, a kettle.... in general, all the amenities. But the only drawback is the tiled floors. They're cold and slippery if you get out of the shower...then be careful))) we asked to be converted into a room with carpeted floors, as the tiles are suitable for a small child. We were converted to the 6th floor. The room is spacious, they gave a cot for the smallest one))).
Food. Breakfast - various cereals, amlet, casserole, cookies.... well, the menu for those who like to have breakfast: pasta, buckwheat, sausages, boiled chicken, sausage, cheese. Tea, coffee ☕️
Lunch: soup (broth with crackers) and a choice of hodgepodge, pea or mushroom. Various side dishes, cutlets, sausages, fish, salads, vegetables. The fruits were melon, apples, pears, grapes.
Dinner: various side dishes, meat, chicken and salads.
There are entertainments for children during the day, which is very pleasing. The pool is clean, heated. And also a looby bar opens from 10 a.m.: tea, coffee, pies in the morning. Well, those with a hangover are chacha, wine and beer. As well as ice cream, French fries with grilled sausage or fried wing))
There is a market near the hotel where you can buy souvenirs))
If you decide to go somewhere, the hotel has all the information about beautiful places)))
And it's better to rent a car and drive everywhere yourself! Download the maps map application and even in flight mode, this application will take you to the right place. And you can rent a car from a local 007 rental company. The cars are clean, well-groomed, refueled. 2000 per day and ride around Abkhazia;)

The hotel is excellent for Abkhazia.
A new full-fledged all-inclusive hotel.
The beach was not immediately at the exit to the sea, but after walking a couple of minutes to the right. Small pebbles, comfortable entry into the water.
The indoor pool is great. There were always enough sun beds, it was nice to spend time by the water in the evening hours.
The food was very simple and not very tasty. Food is not the strongest side of the establishment. But it is abundant)))
Below, I would like to draw a dime to one fact and wish the administration to correct it.
Considering that tables on the threat of intestinal infections are posted everywhere, IT is VERY STRANGE and for me it is so SURPRISING to see salt and pepper in SAUCERS in the dining room at the same time!!!
Why stimulate the prosperity of what you want to protect your own guests from?
A salt and pepper shaker should be on every table! It is the salt and pepper shaker. NOT saucers that people climb into with their hands, which were unknown where. I think it's important.
I was at the hotel 1.5 years ago and I really hope that it has been changed since then. If not, then I strongly recommend paying attention to it!
There is also an important caveat. At 22.00, the gate, which is closer to the sea, closes and you need to go around the hotel around the entire territory. There is not a soul there after 22.00. And it is VERY unpleasant to go. Cars stop and offer to ride. I do not recommend going without men, it is better to take a taxi.

This hotel turned out to be a mistake on our vacation. We had a vacation in Abkhazia for the 3rd time, so the magnificent sea and nature brightened up this negative. About everything in order:
1. As soon as we arrived, the water was turned off. Turned on for 15-20 minutes. You come from the sea, but you can't take a shower. Yes, there is a shower, no one has canceled the rotovirus, and there is no water in the toilet. It went on for a whole week. They don't solve any questions at the reception, they basically don't know the answers to them.
2. There is a clear problem with towels and bed linen in this hotel. Every day they came up and asked for towels, which were not initially given. This was repeated from day to day, we approached, made an application at the reception, said that they would bring it now, but.....no one brought anything. They dried themselves with a small foot towel... Although there are 3 towels included for each guest: large, medium and foot towels.According to the rules of the hotel, towels are changed after 4 days, and bed linen for 4-8 days on request and for 8 days is mandatory..Naturally, we did not wait for this.
3. The food is so-so. The first 3 days were still nothing, but then we went to cafes, because we didn't want to eat the same thing anymore. And also, when you're sitting at the table, and pigeons are flying over the plates, then you really want to get up and leave. Complete unsanitary conditions.We concluded: If Abkhazia, then not Europe with its 'all inclusive'

We had a rest from December 5 to December 9. Overall, the hotel has mixed impressions. The rooms are clean and cozy. The air conditioner was not turned on, but noise was constantly coming from it. The kettle on the floor is taped to a stool, there is no cooler on the floor, no cockroaches have been seen, but there are plenty of mosquitoes in the dining room.
The staff is not attentive, rude. The girls at the reception can be seen to be very tired of the guests.
The food is normal, you will not stay hungry.
The extractor hood in the dining room is working very poorly , all the clothes smell of food. If an accident suddenly happens to you, as it happened with us, then do not count on the help of employees. There is no medical center in the hotel. Our daughter broke her leg in the shower, the headset fell. The reception said we won't call an ambulance, we can only take a taxi. Well ok. We asked for a taxi to drive right up to the hotel, to which we were told that it was impossible, jump to the gate, at the gate you can somehow ask the guard to start the car. Guide biblio globus - you are not interested in the problems of your tourists at all, you would like to sell excursions, everything else is the problems of tourists. In general, there is no wheelchair in the hotel, the dining room is 100 meters away on one leg. In the dining room, we were given containers in order to take food and my daughter could eat in the room. But the faces of the workers needed to be seen, very unfriendly ladies.
Bathrobes for the pool are given out on a deposit of 500 rubles apiece, but bathrobes that have seen life. The pool is heated, but the water is 18-20 g.
Special thanks to the Gagra regional hospital, friendly, responsive, everything was done quickly and efficiently, not for free of course.
In general, the hotel is suitable for winter holidays, I do not recommend it for summer.

Now the cons of the hotel. According to the regulations, towels are changed every 4 days. I asked to change it for the 3rd day, created an appeal, and eventually changed it to the 4th day upon repeated request. According to the regulations, bed linen is changed every 8 days (we lived for 6 days, we have never been changed). The bathroom leaves much to be desired. The plumbing keeps its word of honor, there is no shelf near the sink, I had to put everything on the sink. Ventilation is not working well, there is a smell. Nutrition is a separate topic, for those with a weak stomach, it is better not to eat in the dining room or stock up on medicines. They both took turns lying down. There is a bar in the lobby of the hotel, where there is either a reception, or a mockingbird, or a break for 15 minutes, which lasts for half an hour. The private beach is not clear where, there are few sun loungers, no towels. We went to the beach, which was nearby.I do not recommend it.
