I really liked everything - the warm sea + 25, the beach is close, small, but there was enough space for everyone. There are 10 times fewer people on the beach than in Adler (then we stopped in Adler for a week). Terrible hotel!!!! After checking in, we went to the dining room for lunch and that same night the child had vomiting and fever, while still not swimming in the sea!!!! There are much better places-if it's all inclusive-then I'm very ashamed of such service, for the cuisine and the attitude towards people!!!! Just look for other options for that kind of money!!! We would like to thank all the staff of the Europa hotel, the room was on solid 5, the balcony overlooked the mountains, the air conditioning was working, everything was clean, the food was good, a huge range of food, the territory was clean, there was a Playground for children, the pool was beautiful, the sea was a little far away but a walk along the coast was only good. The only plus is that the hotel is new and beautiful, everything else is solid cons. I am writing only because I feel very sorry for the people who will go to this hotel. It is located near the market. As soon as you get out, there's a big smelly pile of garbage, you can see dead rats on the way. When you go to the beach, it stinks of sewage, and it seems to merge directly into the sea. Sun beds and umbrellas are not expected from the slow-witted Abkhazians. You have to come very early to get something. Stray dogs roam the hotel, lie on sun beds, saw one swimming in the pool. We rested with a small child. We arrived at the hotel during check-in hours, so we moved into the room without any problems. We had a studio suite. The room is not bad spacious. It's sad with the cleaning, but the garbage was taken out and garbage bags were provided. The balcony is large. I didn't like the fact that the windows faced the side of the cafe and it was noisy until 23:00.
The 3 meals a day were varied, but every day is the same. Food in the style of a Soviet canteen. In principle, we did not go hungry. The pool is wonderful, heated, large. There is a level for kids.
Beach hug and cry. Such a hotel, and the beach is far away, and even this descent by stairs. We were on it once, the rest of the days we went to the nearest one.
The hotel is boring, if you want to drink a beer for free, you are not here, even alcohol is forbidden to drink in the canteen. There was no animation as such, in the evening there was a disco in the pool, one pension.
Conclusion such a hotel is not bad, but there is no service. It would not be bad to provide alcoholic beverages in the dining room in the evening. People came to relax and unwind.

There are tables near the pool to relax, but for the reasons mentioned above, I did not dare to rest there. There is animation for children during the day, but there was no animation for adults. The beach is not far away, you need to go. Plus - there are sun beds and umbrellas, minus - a narrow beach line, nowhere to turn if the wind is strong, umbrellas are closed. It is better to swim in slippers- pebbles, going down into the sea is inconvenient. Both plus and minus - all the entertainment at sea is nearby, so there are a lot of boats, bananas, ATVs, little cleanliness and silence. The bathing area is fenced with buoys. All excursions both at the hotel and on the shore - go in any direction. There is a taxi stand near the hotel - again, no problem. There is a market nearby - buy whatever you want. There is little beauty near the hotel - around the point of sale, cafes, market, other hotels. A little further away, the embankment begins - everything is as usual for evening walks. But if you go a little towards the old Gagra or Pitsunda - here begins the beauty of nature - lush vegetation, mountain rivers, canyons and gorges. In general, I recommend it for a vacation, I liked it, a lot of vacationers with children.

The cleaning is strange. The linen is not changed (it has not been changed in 6 days). Tables and dishes are not washed. They just throw out the garbage, put shampoo / shower gel, paper. Well, they wash the toilet (otherwise rotavirus is everywhere). Yes, many people were ill at the hotel.
The food is normal — for a 3-star hotel. But the dining room itself is a straight dining room, not very cozy.
The beach and the promenade were destroyed by the hurricane and have not been restored. Umbrellas on the beach are torn.
There's not much to do in the evening. The evening programs are mostly attended by children. The so-called center is a 15-minute walk away. A clean walk. Discos are like that…

Everywhere there are announcements about rampant rotavirus, and indeed most of the guests grab this infection, according to their own feelings, the reason is in the dining room because half-washed dishes leave a sticky feeling on their hands, the pool has nothing to do with it because the son who did not go to the pool got sick, the sea is also unlikely because it was not very warm in October and they went swimming away from the cluster people. In fairness, it should be noted that the food is quite diverse fruits were present figs persimmons grapes apples are always milk kefir condensed milk sour cream.The territory is not bad, But since the trees have recently been planted, there is little shade as soon as you leave the hotel you get into a landfill everywhere there is dirt, garbage, some ruins and ruin. We rested at the Europa Hotel from 20.06 to 24.06

The territory of the hotel is large and well-maintained, there are many roses and young trees. The staff is working perfectly! During our vacation, the facade was repaired, but all this was fast and almost unnoticeable. It did not cause any special convenience. We didn't go to the pool, the weather allowed us to spend time at sea. There are many shops, cafes around the hotel, as well as a large Gagarin market. In general, we did not regret that our choice fell on the Europa hotel!
