The rooms are clean. The breakfast was delicious. The reception staff was friendly and courteous, the documents were prepared quickly. I had SPA treatments included, it was also clean and comfortable. The view from the window of the EXPO was like a nice bonus.

We rested and got high from the bottom of our hearts.
Good location, close to Expo Park and shopping center.
The rooms are cozy and clean.
There is convenient parking on the street and inside.
The view from the room to the ball is simply mesmerizing.
The breakfasts are varied and dense.

Hilton's Ridiculous Rules:
1. You can not be on the carpet in crocs in the lobby, you will be asked to leave.
2. You can not work out in the gym without a towel (if you are not Chinese), it is advisable not to sweat. A complaint will be filed against you with your company.
3. The lobby is open until 00:00, after a minute you will be asked to leave.
Otherwise: good breakfasts, but monotonous, decent rooms, a slightly outdated TV, a beautiful view of the expo.

I was at the exhibition in Astana. I really liked the hotel. It is located 15 minutes from the airport by taxi and a 10-minute walk to the parking complex. The spa area is wonderful - a swimming pool, a salt room and several steam rooms. The room is nice, the bed is very comfortable. The staff is polite, the breakfasts are great. There was a slight disadvantage - the cleaner did not clean well, and it's time to replace some furniture - but this is not critical. Basically, the Hotel left a pleasant impression. If I come again, I'll stay there.

The hotel is modern, but we were not very lucky - we got into some kind of conference and in the morning there were a lot of "uncles" in jackets in the lobby.
I was not very pleased with the room service. I worked every day and couldn't vacate the room at 10 a.m. And after 14 o'clock, the staff did not appear on the floor (as the reception explained to us) and therefore the room remained not cleaned, although the "remove room" key was naturally pressed by us. Well, in general, somehow, we felt sovkovost thanks to this approach. But, the SPA is a separate praise. We really enjoyed spending time there, the pool was nice and there were few people from the word "at all".

A meager lounge for Diamond status. There is no food, tea, coffee and biscuits. Food and drink only from 18 to 20. The only food is soup. If you come in at 19-54, a strict boy says that you have only 6 minutes for alcohol and takes it away at exactly 20. Seriously? It would be better not to do a lounge at all than this disgrace.
It's like I didn't take the extra control.
Perhaps this is the only disadvantage of this hotel.

Awesome hotel! Just 5 stars. Wonderful pool, royal rooms, cleanliness, space, I was stunned. And the beds are so soft, the pillows are super, I just lay down and immediately fell asleep! There is so much beauty in the lobby, there are a lot of places for photos 🥳

Bathrobes and towels are available. In general, the hotel is worthy, small things will not spoil the rest.

A very beautiful hotel with a great view of the Expo. I was in it both in winter and summer. I liked the spa, especially the steam room. The pool has quite warm water and not a lot of people. Responsive staff, managers are always ready to solve problems.

An insanely beautiful architectural structure with an internal atrium. The service and services are on top. The price tag is appropriate, but this is a real Hilton. The second hotel of this chain, a convenient location for those involved in the Expo.
Beautiful rooms, comfortable enough inside, if the view of the Expo ball, then the feeling of a mix of New York or Moscow city is provided.
The breakfasts are generous and delicious, there is also a standard spa, gym and hammam.
On the downside, if someone is noisily resting in the lobby at night, then you will hear on high floors above the lobby if you have the same sensitive sleep.

Breakfast could have been a little better.
The entrance to the rooms is made from a huge hall on all floors. If someone is afraid of heights, it's scary to walk.
It is located close to the Airport (15-20 minutes by taxi) and to Espoo, where there are many different restaurants and shops, but it is far from the center (if there are traffic jams during rush hour).

The hotel generally corresponds to the Hilton level in other countries. Taking into account the local flavor, of course. Friendly young reception staff quite competently solved the issues that arose, gave advice on local attractions, visiting restaurants in the city, currency exchange, etc
. There are no complaints about hotel breakfast. He is quite decent, there are options for fish dishes, and on Sunday he enjoyed absolutely gorgeous mantas. It is a pity that they were not offered for breakfast on weekdays...
The cleaning was without any special comments, but often consisted in thoroughly tucking the blankets into the corresponding cavities of the bed, skipping emptying the trash cans and changing the linen on some days.
But, the mistakes were within the bounds of decency.
The restaurant on the top floor pleased with the variety and quality of dishes. The ignorance of these dishes by the waitress was a little surprised, but my colleagues and I attributed it to her youth and the peculiarities of the host country. The quality of food and drinks was more important. Forgiven. I left a tip.
And everything would be nice, except for the final chord. On the day of departure, we went to have lunch at the bar located at the reception level on the ground floor. A cultured young man recorded an order for coffee and a three-course lunch in accordance with the proposed menu. I brought coffee right away. With him and whiled away the time until the main lunch. After half an hour, we thought it was time to eat, but decided that the bar uses the kitchen on the top floor and the dishes arrive with a delay. After an hour, patience broke down and they went to the waiters themselves, who chatted sweetly with each other near the bar and did not pay attention to the guests. To a legitimate question about the ordered dinners, the waiter said that he forgot to transfer the order received from us to the kitchen. At the same time, he was not embarrassed and did not even apologize, muttering that it happens to everyone. We had to move lunch to the airport, which we did not regret.
This sad episode spoiled the overall good impressions of the hotel. At the same time, I found it difficult to remember how many years ago such a situation was in my life. It seems that it was back in the Soviet Union. But not at the Hilton...

An excellent hotel almost in the very center of the capital of Kazakhstan opposite the Expocenter. The standard rooms are very spacious with a very large and comfortable bed. The room has excellent sound insulation and air conditioning system. Convenient control of the lighting in the room. There are no comments on the bathroom either. It catches 6-7 Russian-language channels on local TV. Excellent breakfasts (lunches, by the way, too), lots of fruits, delicious pastries, a large selection of hot dishes and all kinds of snacks. There are no problems with check-in and check-out either, everything is very fast. Wi-Fi catches well, the speed is decent. I didn't use the SPA. Russian Mir cards are not accepted at the hotel, however, as well as in the whole of Nur Sultan. In general, I recommend this hotel for business trips.
