An excellent Hilton hotel is located a 15-minute drive from Nursultan Nazarbayev International Airport. Nearby there is the expo center (a building in the form of a huge ball) and the shopping and entertainment center "SilkWay". Therefore, there is something to see, where to buy things and where to eat.
The hotel itself is chic, with comfortable, large rooms, a wide range of services (its own shuttle service, executive lounge for rest and work for VIP clients), a SPA center, quite a variety of delicious breakfasts and a restaurant on the 9th floor.
The SPA has various saunas, a swimming pool, hydro massage, steam rooms.
The executive lounge offers free drinks and snacks to have a snack while working or relaxing. There is also a conference room for meetings, separate recreation areas, and a printer for printing documents.
The cost of King Deluxe rooms is 50,000 tenge. The cost of transfer from/to the airport is 11,000 tenge.
Everything is great, I really liked it.

Astana may have the best, but there are many buts. The window in the room did not open. In the lobby of the hotel there are spots on the ceiling from the flood and against the background of all the luxury it looks as terrible as possible. The staff is excellent, 5 stars for the staff

Good service, delicious varied breakfasts, the room is a little cramped due to the location of the furniture, for me the minus is that it is impossible to open the windows, but a beautiful panoramic view. It's not convenient that you can only take the elevator to the floor where you live, friends lived on the floor below - you won't get there on your own. The spa is not bad, but it is very slippery, just really, I want more rubber tracks with such slippery tiles and to clean the water on the floor more often.

Good: rooms, view, kitchen, cleanliness, internet.
Bad: room access cards are denied, 1 elevator worked for the entire hotel, the reception staff does not know the specifics of their own hotel, they almost lost their luggage. Because of all this, out of 16 hours of staying at the hotel, I spent about two hours on all sorts of fuss.

The service is weak. The staff is not prepared. At the top of the restaurant, the prices are at the Hilton level, and the service and food are at the cafe. It wasn't delicious. At the SPA, the receptionist went for a walk at all, didn't really introduce her to the gym, gave her the keys and that's it. My mom and I were wandering around, and where to go.
The level of service is very weak. The building is beautiful, but unfortunately this staff will quickly turn it into not respectable.

Nice hotel, excellent breakfasts, large rooms.
The furniture is a little scratched. But the bed and mattress are great, I got enough sleep. The room has a hairdryer, iron, kettle. Tea, water are replenished every day. The bathroom is large, there is everything from shampoo to comb.

A wonderful hotel, near a shopping center, a very varied breakfast menu, there are even smoothies and fresh watermelon with melon.
The room is magnificent, very comfortable beds and armchairs, the bathroom has a shower and a bathtub, and the toilet is separated by a partition. I would love to come back again!

The food is very tasty. At first, when we arrived, there were problems with the staff, as one says one thing, the others say another, and eventually we figured it out. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The location is not very good, but the view is beautiful at the Expo, but it is far from the center and it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the bus stop, and there is a shopping center nearby. Unfortunately, when the spa was open for 2 days, then it was closed for sanitary days. Another disadvantage was that the guest's thing was thrown out (a bookmark for a book) it was not pleasant, the thing was memorable
