I am a long-time fan of this chain and what I saw in Astana could not leave me indifferent - the hotel is beyond praise. And they parked the car for me and even tore a small bag to take to the room, the breakfast is just unrealistically cool and varied, there are awesome views around, but the price is yes... It's frustrating. Well, what do you want - it's the Hilton Astana!

The convenient location of the hotel near the Expo Forum, excellent rooms, there is a Spa, gym, small pool, friendly staff, rooms are quite comfortable and spacious.
The hotel is great! The interior, the kitchen, the rooms are all for five! But the staff was a little disappointed... Two men were accommodated in a room with a king size bed. They never fulfill requests, imagine you forgot things in the room, call to warn that a friend will pick you up, get on a plane, and after 2 hours nothing has changed, as if your request had not been made. A person sits waiting and no one helps him, but they demand a receipt, which he does not have. It's a very strange attitude.
It's a very proper place.

Everything is beautiful, except in the toilet room there are creepy growths on the stone sinks, and overflowing paper baskets near the hand dryers. It shouldn't be like this in such establishments.

I stayed at this hotel during a working trip to Kazakhstan with three colleagues (one man and one woman). We booked 3 deluxe rooms, but the administration informed us that at the time of our arrival there was only one available room of this type, and my colleague and I were settled in the presidential suite and promised to settle the next day. I will not describe the condition of the room, but you can believe that it was in a very deplorable condition. The room had one large double bed and 4 small cots! But we didn't care about it at 4 a.m., we just wanted to spend the night and go to work in the morning. My colleague and I stayed there in this room for 2 days (instead of a whitewashed one night). But the strangest thing happened on the evening of the second day, when we returned to the hotel at 9 o'clock from negotiations. The receptionist informed us that we had damaged the property of the hotel, namely the carpet in the room, about which an act of property damage was drawn up. At our request, the hotel administrator went up to the room with us, where he pointed to the white carpet, which we allegedly burned with cigarettes (although we do not smoke).
According to them, each room is cleaned and inspected for damage before new guests check in. That is, if we were checked in there, it means that the room was in order, and that it was us who ruined it.
But the most interesting thing is that there were two huge old stains on the carpet near the burns (very similar to red wine).
I asked, in their opinion, did we leave these spots too? The administration replied that it did not. But then the question is, how could they give us a room that was not prepared for delivery?
In general, several times we were poked that we live in the most expensive and best hotel room and so on, we are outraged that we were not settled. So they also ruined the property of the hotel.
We were extremely outraged by the current situation and wrote two complaints to the management demanding compensation for our inconveniences in the amount of $ 500 per person.
So we left Kazakhstan safely. A couple of weeks later, my colleague and I got a call from the hotel manager and offered to drop the claims against each other. I apologized from the hotel very reluctantly.
Morality, they breed people by settling in one room, putting them to sleep on small cots (and not as it should be according to the reservation), then they are charged for damage to property. I am attaching a photo of the "spoiled" carpet.

The room is perfectly clean, the bed linen is boiled, made according to the rules. The shower and toilet are closed with opaque doors. There are several towels per person in the bathroom, a whole set of hotel care products, a bathrobe, a hair dryer. A cool additional mirror. A huge closet, hangers, slippers, a brush and shoe polish. The room is spacious with a work desk and a comfortable armchair, you can work. Panoramic window with a view of the EXPO. Air conditioning, plasma. Very quiet.
An incredibly varied and delicious buffet breakfast. Salads, greens, fruits, smoothies, yoghurts, eggs, meat, good coffee.
Very polite staff and receptionist at the reception, despite the fact that we arrived tired and a little angry). The hotel itself is very beautiful and bright inside, it's nice to be there. Good location.
Ideal for vacations, business trips. Fully justifies five stars.

a good hotel, an excellent breakfast, but people who do not live in the hotel are allowed into the pool / sauna area - it can be crowded, you will not rest.
I arrived at the hotel at 5 o'clock in the morning. I was waiting for a man to escort me to the airport. I wanted to have a cup of coffee.No lobby bar is open in a five-star hotel around the clock. There is an announcement that only until 00 o'clock. It's a strange situation for this level of hotel.
Nice hotel, the rooms are spacious. Unobtrusive service, convenient location, good breakfasts. In general, I recommend it. I enjoyed my stay in the hotel.
