The hotel is big and cool. There is everything you need. Expo city, the main thing is that your room faces this town. The view is special. There is a spa, a swimming pool, a restaurant, respectively.
In general, it is normal, but a tired bathroom spoiled the whole impression. Repairs won't hurt. The staff is responsive and prompt. Breakfast (buffet) is standard.
A good hotel, rich breakfasts.

The hotel is modern, good service and food. It was very annoying that the windows did not open and I had to breathe air-conditioned air. And the gym is just very weak: there is no barbell, few dumbbells: you have to try hard to work out properly.
She was a regular customer , a loyalty participant , and in March she turned a blind eye to the fact that the price tag had changed. Yesterday I tried to get in touch with sap , they told me one amount by calling another amount by phone ! I asked what was the reason? The price tag is higher again, what makes the price change is not clear! The administrators don't care what kind of guest you are! The attitude is terrible!
There is a complete discrepancy between price and quality. For 4 days in a row, I called the engineer to the room - the air conditioner does not turn off, the window does not close, the drain in the sink is clogged, the toilet is all hanging out. It's a pity- but this hotel doesn't look like a Hilton!
The hotel itself looks amazing inside, BUT there is one huge disadvantage in terms of Cleaning. We lived for a week and we never had our underwear changed, the garbage wasn't picked up every day! I am silent about the dishes that were used and stood until mold appeared inside the cup! The hotel management should think about the service of your hotel!!!

Hello, my review is for those who want to stay more than a week at Hilton Astana. When we arrived for the first time, we left the hotel ahead of the paid deadline because the hotel employee touched our things in the closet.
Half a year later, we decided to give the hotel a second chance again, stocked up on reliable locks for suitcases and decided not to take things out of the suitcase already), but we were even more disappointed.
The design of the room is impressive and that's it. A lot of money has been invested, but the staff is terribly unprepared and therefore many simply do not return to this hotel.
1) We booked a room months in advance, with wishes-floor 5, view, away from the maid rooms, number of beds 3 (two adults and one child). We paid for it.
We arrived and were not checked in in time-the room is not ready. We waited. They settled on the 4th floor. We enter 1 adult bed and a children's room. They called the reception back. They moved to the 6th floor opposite the maids. The noise was all 8 days with us. The doors let in all the sounds.
The room had everything for 2 people. We pay for 3 of them. Every day I started with catching the maid (the cleaning is terrible, the dust does not take the vacuum cleaner, I asked to clean, clean and report all the things for three. Even 2 tea mugs. In general, we received a different amount of water every day - there were even 3 bottles of 0.5 per day... how is that? ) All week they brought us a bathrobe for a 6-year-old child, the size for a fat uncle. Stating that there are no children's rooms. At the end of the rest, I asked the maid to bring us a bathrobe (I was already tired of swearing with the administrators, by the way, that day I even swore with the cleaning administrator...to no avail 0) the maid brought a children's bathrobe for us for 10 years. There are bathrobes for children, but only the maids know about them.
2) By pressing the red DO NOT DISTURB button on the room door, they still knock. The waiter came and brought a basket of fruit, then it turned out that it was not for us. 5 star hotel)
3) There is always a dirty carpet in the hall in the morning and at lunch.
4) At breakfast there was a spider web in the corner with a garland. She was photographed by everyone having breakfast, 4 days for sure. While I was swearing once again in the room because of the amount for two people living in three, I didn't say anything about it. The tables were also covered in dust because they are rubbed in the evening, and in the morning there is already dust.
5) When we came to the spa, we could not swim, there were no slippers. In a 5-star hotel, you need to take your own rubber slippers) The water has been very cold for the last 2 days in the large pool and Jacuzzi. For the whole week, only 1 time there were body lotions in the locker)
6) A big plus and THANKS TO THE MAIDS AT THE SPA-WOMEN WORK VERY WELL AND RESPOND TO ANY REQUEST WITH A MOMENT. IT'S VERY COOL.
7) A guest with two guards lived next door to us. They were noisy all night and we didn't feel any comfort.
8) Room cleaning takes a very long time. THERE IS NO SCHEDULE AND THEY ARRIVE AT 4 P.M. AND 8 P.M. This is the first time I've seen this at all.
9) For lunch and dinner, everyone goes to the neighboring TD. They wanted to eat and there was nothing. The choice is 0, the prices are space. The pitch is strange and long. The waiters specially serve dishes to the rooms and bring the wrong terminal, although you name which one is needed when ordering, etc. this is arrogance.
The service and comfort are not 5 stars and are not worth the money. There is nothing for children in the hotel. In order to live there, you need to constantly check and knock out everything. It was stressful. I was pleased only with the interior and the one on which they save a lot can be seen in the care. We will not come again. We will choose reliable hotels upon arrival.

Yes! This is the Hilton. It was in July 2022. The breakfasts are excellent. The rooms are clean. The windows are on the floor and at the same time it is possible to open the sash for ventilation, part of the window is pushed out with a button and fresh air is added. There is a small gym and a type of spa. A swimming pool and three steam rooms. After a run, it's great to go to the steam room and the pool, and not stomp into the shower in the room. Luxury FREE underground parking. The staff is very helpful. Bed linen robes - everything is on the level. In short, I recommend a large clothing store near the hotel. There is a 3 km running track around the expo, opposite the hotel. Asphalt. And very few people.
A good hotel , everything is excellent , but there was one caveat, I came to the room in the evening , the room was not cleaned , I called the reception and asked for water , the receptionist said now I will tell you - the water was brought the next day.
Does not pull on 5 stars. The shower was leaking water, they constantly forgot to put towels on everyone. They didn't wipe the table. Food was confused. Then they brought it with a side dish, then without. They doubled the dishes. The furniture is old.
The staff is nice and very friendly, even somewhere over the top. The rooms were clean but not always cleaned. But the food is magical. For breakfast, I do not know what the amulet was, but it melted in my mouth. Convenient location. There was no one at the spa and I was able to have a great rest!
To solve some issue in this hotel, you have to contact several times. All employees refer to the privacy policy! Why do you need such a policy if it is dedicated to working with clients?!
