The best hotel in my opinion, the breakfasts are simply cosmic, there is everything, there is a shopping center nearby, underground Parking, the location is good-close to the airport.

Cozy SPA, great breakfasts, polite staff.
We took a suite with a view of the expo ball from the bedroom and bathroom. Awesome view!
A small minus, the renovation in the room is a little old, but not critical.

A modern and fairly new hotel, the closest of the five-star hotels is located to the airport. Magnificent view from all windows of the Expo 2017 balloon, especially in the evening. There is a large shopping and entertainment center nearby. Everything seems to be on the top five, but the breakfasts, to be honest, are not very good (

The only thing, as for me, is not a convenient rule with cards: you can only take the elevator to your floor. If necessary, I had to go up to my colleagues, I had to ride the elevator.

A very cool hotel! Delicious breakfasts, which is very important, clean, bright and spacious rooms with panoramic windows. The lobby of the hotel is beautiful. I will definitely appreciate the spa umbrella, it's great that it is quite large, several halls with a hammam and saunas. The only strange thing is that saunas are shared, they are often separate in hotels for men and women, but this is not a minus, but rather a feature. I recommend this hotel to everyone!

A nice, new chain hotel. It is usually in a semi-empty state. It is located halfway from the airport to the city center, but it is 10-15 minutes by taxi at most, not critical. Next to a large TU with a bunch of shops and a supermarket

A very cool hotel with a wonderful view of the "Ball" 😍 A beautiful and comfortable room exactly like in the photo. Business people will be pleased with a comfortable desktop with a desk lamp. I also liked the socket with a connector, which you can use even without having a power supply, maybe other hotels have this, but this is the first time I've seen it)
The rooms are located on the sides of the galleries, from which even from the 7th floor you can see the chic lobby. You can also admire the beautiful interior while riding in the elevator.
At breakfast, the eyes just run away from the choice! The hotel also has a swimming pool, but, unfortunately, it was not possible to visit it, because there was no time (
The only small disadvantage is very high pillows and all of the same height without a choice, it may be inconvenient for someone (for example, for me). But it's kind of awkward to even mention such a small thing, so everything else is super)
What a "stardom" of the hotel, such is the rating - 5/5! Thanks to the owners and employees!

Well, what can I say?! The reception and lobby, of course, correspond to the Hilton world standard. A business hotel with multilingual staff. The business hotel is located opposite the EXPO. Having great breakfasts is a pleasure.
Then there are the nuances for which the score is reduced.
The room is standard. It is quite spacious, with a good bathroom. There is a shower and a bathtub, which corresponds to Hilton.
Linen and towels are in order. There is a work desk in the room.
Not so)) the little things, it's all in the little things))
The cosmetics are simple, they do not correspond to the level of the hotel. Old drops on plumbing fixtures, jambs. Sockets fall off and do not work. Very noisy air conditioner, which is not always regulated. Either the hotel needs renovation, or keep in mind.

Not a bad hotel, BUT not the #Hilton level. The reception staff is polite but inattentive. They look down on you and often ignore your appeals. The breakfasts are disgusting: in fact, there is no European food. Everything is poor, the choice is meager. But there is plenty of national content. During the week of stay, they forgot to clean and bring water twice.

I often stay in this network, I am a member of the club. I was surprised by the multiple violations of standards. The reception area was very dirty, as well as in the elevators and corridors of the hotel. The room was also changed due to poor cleaning. The only clean place was the hotel's SPA complex. Breakfast for four. In my professional opinion, the British manager trusts his management too much.

A good hotel in its network. But breakfast is a big problem. On weekends, when fully loaded, the restaurant cannot cope with the number of guests. Waiting 20-30 minutes for the ordered omelet, there are no clean cups, glasses. It is not applicable for a hotel of this level. On the top floor there is a pleasant bar with a view of the city.

The room temperature was 26-27 g. and the air conditioner did not work for cooling. It was very stuffy and uncomfortable. The pillows are bulky and uncomfortable. The breakfast is interesting. Choose this hotel only if you have business at the Expo. Otherwise, it's too far from the center. Get ready to pay an additional 50% of the room's durability for checking in before 15 hours. This is a very insulting attitude towards the guests, given the fact that almost all international flights arrive in Astana in the morning.
They asked for my email at the reception and the next day I received 20 spam messages.

Hilton hotels were visited in different countries and were always satisfied, but there was a residue in Astana.
1. No one met at the entrance.
2. The suitcases had to be delivered to the room themselves and we were over 60.
3 The room was not cleaned after the first night, in the following days they changed the towel and everything else, but they did not do wet cleaning.
4. The morning breakfast was meager (few pastries, vegetables, fruits, etc.)
Thanks to the breakfast staff for the service and reception.
The manager still provided a taxi at the expense of the hotel to the airport.
Thanks! But we need to do something about it. Astana is a beautiful city and friendly people.

Very poor filling of the room with bathroom accessories, no razor, although it is necessary for 5 stars, without the need for a request. If you come to the sauna and pool at 20:00-21:00 there will be no clean towels and a bathrobe, keep in mind. The water in the pool is cold, the Jacuzzi is constantly occupied by children, although there is a children's pool and apparently the water is also cold there.
On the positive side, the room is quiet, clean, good breakfast, helpful staff.
