Overall, it's not bad. The idea is great. But…
1. Rude staff at the ticket offices where tickets for children's entertainment are sold. Not friendly, not responsive.
At the same time, the staff of the cable car and the ticket office for the cable car work much better.
2. The restaurant of national cuisine is a SHAME. I haven't tasted worse food in years. The children and I picked up a lot of different dishes, everything remained practically untouched.
If the goal was to discredit our authentic Kazakh cuisine, it was achieved by 200%. I have never felt such awkwardness for our kitchen. There are a lot of foreigners, I can imagine what kind of judgment they make after visiting this glaring misunderstanding. At the same time, prices are at the level of fashionable restaurants in the city.

It's a terrible place. Broken tree houses only look nice in the photo. In fact, it's a barn, everything is broken, everything is the cheapest in the room, the smell is bad. But they meet with a price list for a breakdown. The breakfasts are terrible, unsanitary. The restaurants are the same. I caught a bowel infection after dinner at the Georgian restaurant. If you are not used to Spartan conditions, you do not need to come here.

I forgot my things, I left at 12 as expected. I was on the premises before 18, and my luggage was at the reception. No one notified that they had found the items and did not try to return them. After a request to the hotel, on the third day they replied that they had found it, come and pick it up....
With such a price tag, they usually send it in silence in other establishments and do not even ask

A super expensive mountain resort near Almaty. There are ski trails. In summer, you can walk through the mountains and forests. Interesting huts on trees, sheds at unrealistic prices.
It is better not to go to cafes on the territory, the price for one dish starts from 25,000 tenge. Therefore, people come just to walk with their food. On-site parking costs from 5000 tenge. The nature is good, there is a rope park, it is interesting for children to climb rope paths stretched between the trees.
You can bungee ride from the top of the mountain.

This is not the first time we have rested here. Very beautiful. The restaurant on the top floor is expensive and the desserts are not delicious.
But as always, I was pleased with the Georgian restaurant. It is difficult to order a taxi. You have to wait 30-40 minutes.
But the atmosphere itself, the nature, everything is clean and well maintained. Pleasant reception staff. There are family discounts.

There is nowhere to eat much, but otherwise a very pleasant small ski resort, beautiful trails (especially to the other part of the mountain, between the fir trees).
There were no problems with the size when renting, although gloves for rent were only offered in wet form (refused). There is about the same amount of time to go, but there are fewer people than on the Cimbulac, and there are simpler trails (not 70% red), more for walking than for sharp skiing

We live in a tree house, very cozy, clean. Each house has a toilet and a shower, all accessories, bathrobe, slippers, tea and coffee station, TV, excellent Wi-Fi, by the way!
If you are staying here, then there is a 15% discount on all entertainment and restaurants.
For younger children, you can buy one general ticket, it is for entering playgrounds and a children's rope park.
The eldest son separately took a ticket to the rope park, which is already there for adults and children from 140 cm. He liked it!
The territory is large, there is a place to walk, a lot of beautiful places🤩
And we have breakfast included in the price, a buffet.
There is a restaurant serving Georgian, Italian and Kazakh cuisine. We had dinner at the national restaurant of Kazakh cuisine - it was served tasty and quickly.
There is a burger joint, but it didn't work today. And the store is closed on Wednesday and Thursday, by the way.

An excellent place to relax. We've been here for the third time and always want to come back again and again. Nice, clean rooms, hearty breakfast (dairy products, fruits, pastries, juices, coffee, omelets, several hot snacks). And most importantly, it is an incredibly beautiful area and surroundings. Everything you need can be found here for any wallet. There is a 210 bus every hour, at best. Be sure to take the cable car, where you can make a family trip along the trail. A very good trail with interesting observation points. I did not regret that I went, although taxis are certainly tight here and it will be more expensive to call from the city. And you'll have to wait. And if you don't regret it by car. The cost is higher than average prices, but there is a big plus that I really liked, it's cleanliness and thoughtfulness.

A wonderful place to relax. I have been to many places, at different recreation centers, there is something to compare it with. Large territory, clean, very beautiful. There are many accommodation options, we chose a tree house, it is very atmospheric, everything is in the room. There are also a lot of ways to spend time. We walked along two hiking trails, got high from the views. We rode the lift to the observation deck. In general, I recommend it, it distracts well from the routine and charges.

Everything is beautiful by nature… But, kitchen, there are just no words. The cuisine is not of the restaurants that stand there separately, namely breakfast. My husband and I are holding a fast, we said that they would bring suhur. Since the price was 104,000 tenge for 1 day, we thought that tomorrow would be good. Beautiful views, cafes and restaurants, clean free toilets. My nephew really enjoyed the lessons with the instructor. The cable car is open, the queue for it on weekends is just huge. There is also a decent traffic jam at the entrance and exit on weekends. I recommend going on weekdays.

It used to be a great quiet place, now corporate parties have begun to be held to increase profits. From 10 a.m. to 1 a.m., speakers and music are blaring. Even going to the "Boar Lake" you can hear this farce, not to mention the houses, especially in the trees. The kitchen is still normal, which at least slightly smoothes the situation.
