One of the best resorts in the Almaty region. Relaxing there, you can really relax and feel yourself away from everyday worries and worries.
You can come just for one day. For those who have children, it is quite an excellent option. There are plenty of activities on site.
But still, it's better to rent a room and have a full rest. There is an excellent Georgian cuisine restaurant on site...
Of the cons - there are a lot of people on weekends, the restaurant is crowded, and there is simply nowhere to eat. It's no wonder, staying on the territory is free.

Yesterday we rested in a Forest fairy tale and there are several points that need to be tightened up:
1. The ticket office sells ski passes to the tracks, half of which are closed due to bad weather, the second part is polished, all in holes.
2. Do not make refunds, even if there is a receipt
3. Is the security of course tin? You will work with them on how to treat clients. They behave like the celestials and they can do anything.
4. Parking costs at least 1000 tenge, even if you do not park for 5 minutes. How much is this justified? In Ak-Bulak and in Cimbulak, parking prices are 2 times lower.
I do not recommend this ski resort, it has deteriorated.

All the attractions and buildings are made with high quality, a lot of money, effort and time have been invested, but we need to work with the staff and processes to make the place spiritual and atmospheric, where we would like to return, which unfortunately is not now. It is unlikely that our family will go there again in the near future... expectations were not fulfilled...

I liked the village in the trees very much. The service is not bad, but in winter you can have fun there only if you ski or snowboard, everything else is closed. If you go with children under the age of 5, then you will entertain yourself, even you will not be allowed on balloons with them. I do not recommend Italian cuisine for food, the atmosphere and service are like an average cafe, and the prices are like in a restaran (((( You need to book a table in advance in a Georgian restaurant, you did not get there, so I will not evaluate. In general, you can take a walk, get some fresh air and spend the night in the mountains comfortably.

The territory of the resort is well-groomed, everywhere is cleaned, lawns are mowed, everything is ennobled. We lived in a cottage, in a standard room, the room is clean, daily cleaning is done. All soap accessories are provided. The menu at the Storia Trattoria restaurant is quite diverse, mainly Italian cuisine. The prices are really much more expensive than in Almaty.
