An ideal place for pensioners and families with children to relax, especially in remote boarding houses.
My grandmother loved to relax in these places and along the way nothing has changed in them since her vacation. But the fairly low price, the clear sea and the aroma of the Pitsunda pine, as well as the Russian-speaking population + the currency of the Russian ruble, more than cover all the disadvantages that we faced.
For those who have tried a lot and want an unassuming vacation at a low price.

From September 4 to September 13, we rested with a colleague in the defense industry complex Pitsunda. The sea and the air are gorgeous. This is basically the most important thing that we needed. They lived in the Amr building. We read the reviews and tuned in to the worst. But the rest turned out to be good. I would like to wish the administration to think about active recreation: create conditions for sports, make free sports and playgrounds. I can even advise you to buy outdoor exercise machines in Cheboksary from Roman's company, they stand in every yard and people practice on them. And here on the embankment there is only food, beer, cafes. And the staff in the building is indifferent, drinking coffee, lying on the couch in the hall, living their own lives separately or being rude to customers. But I'd like to come back here. And see the changes for the better. And I would advise friends and acquaintances to come to this heavenly place

Minus the rooms, the mattresses are sliding, you will find yourself on the floor,they do not clean,the towel is not changed,the water noise is constant in the riser, there are few sun beds on the beach, several umbrellas in total, the food is monotonous, there is practically nothing to eat, there is no fruit, eggs are also practically no porridge on the water...The only big plus is nature!!!

As soon as we entered the room, vomiting was noticed on the floor near the bed, as we understand there was no cleaning in the room. The tiles are broken on the balcony and in the bathroom. There is a very unpleasant smell on the floor, the carpet is all dirty. The TVs on all floors are not working, the elevators are constantly breaking down. The staff service is terrible.

Gorgeous nature and the sea, the rest can be called disrespect for customers. Food gets boring on the first day, probably for a whole year workers collect veins and cartilage all over Abkhazia to cook cutlets and OPS "Pitsunda" Dear employees of the canteen, go and learn in Gagra recreation center "Chelyuskintsev", how they cook for the same money. In the evening, music blares from all sides and from the upper floors where the restaurants are located. In the evening, local horsemen drive around the territory in cars until the morning. In general, nothing for people except nature, utter disrespect, it's a pity that such a wonderful place to relax was turned into a farce.

Every year we relax in the defense industry, but this year there were too many tourists and there were not enough sun beds for everyone, there were a lot of broken sun beds. The buildings after repair already require the attention of the administration. In the dining room, the food is tolerable, but it is advisable for the cook to use salt and spices at least a little.

We had a rest in the summer of 2018. I liked everything very much, the sea is just around the corner. And what a clean, gentle sea! The food, of course, could be more varied in the dining room. But in nearby cafes, you can compensate for the lack. People are friendly and friendly. Nature is a thrill!!!I love Abkhazia very much!

SERVICE: We rested in a two-bedroom apartment of the 1st category with renovation and a balcony, 2500r /day per person (with meals). As soon as we entered the room, we found 3 ramazan mosquitoes on the wall, everything was covered in dust. Then it didn't get any better: every day the maid came, who in fact just changed the garbage bag, because all the dirt on the floor didn't go anywhere. I had to remind her about changing clothes, and when we once again reminded her about toilet paper (the cheapest, which smelled like it had already been used), she tried to say that paper was only allowed 2 times. The maids are rude. The repair, however, is not bad, there are all amenities, TV, air conditioning (which smells of mold), tiles on the floor, stretch ceilings. Nevertheless, such a stench periodically came from the drain that it was disgusting to be in the room.
RECREATION: The only thing that pleases here is the extraordinary nature and the sea. The water remains clear even during a storm, and the wind carries the smell of relict pines that surround the resort. In your free time, you can always find something to do: bike rentals, slides, dolphinarium, cafes and lots of entertainment for children. Just outside the resort there is a market with souvenirs, wines and other things.
nutrition: What spoils the rest the most is the food. I just can't imagine how you can cook ordinary table food so tasteless. Although the food system is a buffet, believe me, you will not want to take more than an average portion of this g****. The food is tasteless and monotonous. Fish cutlets made from the cheapest canned food and cartilage, powdered translucent milk, compote tastes like urine, and I'm afraid to guess what they make "coffee" from. Edible dishes can be counted on the fingers.
In short, I don't know what kind of greedy people you need to be to charge people that kind of money for such conditions. We rested here for the 2nd time hoping for the best, but now I hope never to return here again!

I really love this place. But the organization has deteriorated recently. Crowds of leftist people come through holes in the fence, as a result of which vacationers do not get free sun beds. It used to be clear: sunbeds were issued either by a vacationer's card or for a fee.

We were in August 2019. I liked it, I didn't want to leave. Nature, as always, is magnificent. The purest sea, huge pines, the sun. The food is normal, no one went hungry among our friends. Yes, we have heard the discontent of older women, which is not tasty, monotonous, etc. There are always grumpy and dissatisfied people. The rooms are ordinary, and we only spent the night in the room and 3 hours at lunch. Towels and towels were changed, vacuumed. The staff is friendly, there is a 24-hour medical room (important!). A beautiful pebble beach with sun beds (for vacationers in the military industrial complex for free. The desire to come again next year :)
