Such la terrible place to stay in. My first and last experience there was terrible. The security man scared me by hiding in the dark corner of the long corridor. The lights were off for some reason and the man was watching me and pretending he wasn’t there. The name of the hotel stands for English Cozy. It’s not at all opposite- scary and dreadful. Stay away.

It was way better before. The quality of the breakfast became very low. Their coffee machine didn't work and nobody seemed to care. My last visit was not a pleasant one.

We participated in the conference and chose Uyut Hotel. It was really good place to stay. Clean, safe and modern.

The hotel is cozy, the staff is very friendly and attentive. The rooms are cozy and clean with everything you need. There is a pleasant sauna with a swimming pool. It is provided as a compliment for free for 1 hour. Convenient location. The only negative is breakfast. There is a large selection, but the assortment is not at all for breakfast. Pickles and pickled vegetables, fried liver, pasta. I don't want such dishes in the morning at all. And there is a choice, but unfortunately it is difficult to choose. The hotel did not meet my expectations. Quiet and peaceful, in the center. Perfect cleaning. Mountain view (although this won't surprise anyone in Almaty). The green courtyard. The staff always says hello. I took an improved standard, that is, a balcony. One star was missed because of the rustic breakfast buffets. Still, the "four" assortment of fruits gives out more (chopped bananas, apples, oranges, kiwis), and cold pizza is not a traveler's dream. The rest of the selection is fine: meat, cheeses, porridges, tea, coffee, marinades, greens, snacks, milk, cream, pancakes, etc., etc. And here's another thing - there has never been anything fishy in 6 days, but this is Kazakhstan.) Although there are convenience stores (in the next house) and convenience stores (!!!!) canteens within a five-minute walk fish is offered. As well as a strong four-star hotel: 4 towels per person, refrigerator, safe, umbrella and stable Wi-Fi in the room, balcony. There are many foreigners (pilots). The staff speaks Russian. This is a common thing in Almaty.

I had to stay here, I found the hotel based on reviews, and I'm generally ready to return. One of the advantages is quick check-in, cozy and quiet rooms, and good breakfasts.

1. Location - almost the center, there is everything nearby, my favorite restaurant is villa, steak pub;
2. We checked in quickly, arrived in the evening, no questions asked

I have known this hotel for a long time and gave it 5 stars three or four years ago.
Now I can't put more than two. Since the cost does not correspond to the level at all. The management should think that their cost is much more expensive for similar accommodation in Astana, and what's there in Astana, it's cheaper in Moscow.
Only at the same time there is nothing but some kind of incomprehensible sauna that you can get into according to the schedule.
Where is the pool? Fitness? If you take 10 tr per day, then at least match it.
There is nothing else besides breakfast. And there are a lot of questions about him too, do you try rice or buckwheat yourself? They are served raw at your place ((( and pickles, how can you even offer it. I highly recommend changing suppliers.

I liked the hotel. The staff is helpful. The breakfasts are boring, so-so - I preferred to go to other places for breakfast. The hotel itself is very good, it's almost a historical center, a few minutes on foot and you're on the local Arbat. The grocery store is a minute's walk away. The exchangers are also close. The metro is a 10-minute walk away. 28 Panfilovtsev Park is a 20-minute walk away. It's about the same to the Green Market. It's a long way to the main Museum and uphill, but you can get a couple of metro stations and then walk for 10 minutes.

A nice, cozy hotel in the city center, but in the courtyards, so it will be quiet and peaceful. Walking distance to pedestrian streets, a convenience store in the next house. We lived on the 6th floor, the room was clean, cleaned daily, updated water and tea, dental kit, shampoos, shower gels. The staff is polite and helpful. An early breakfast was provided on the day of departure. Breakfast is a buffet, there is a large selection, you will not leave hungry. There is brewed coffee, but in recent days it has only been black.

The interior is old, but neat. In the 90s it was a top, but now it's more like visual noise. The breakfasts are good (there is a choice). The staff is friendly and helpful. They help with the suitcases at the entrance.
The room, at first glance, is clean, BUT if you look at the carpet, the "Hairy trail" From previous guests has been accumulating for years. The weather in Almaty is warm, the room is stuffy, there is nothing to breathe, the windows are open, but the air conditioner is hanging, there is no remote control in the room, I went down to the reception, I ask how to turn it on, to which I get the answer that the heating period is not over and the air conditioners are not working. I say that the room is stuffy, they say that they can't help, but they seem to promise rain, wait for the rain. By the way, it never rained. And because of the stuffiness, it was not possible to sleep in the room.

A lovely, cozy little hotel. Elegant. Everything is in its place. Wonderful calm music at the reception and in the restaurant. There is a sauna and a small Jacuzzi pool. There are several simulators. Across the street there is a full-fledged large swimming pool from 7 am.
I stop for the second time. I am glad to see my friends, of course Galia and other employees. Everything is real, not glued artificial smiles. We are ready to help with shopping and sightseeing.
The breakfasts are varied, something can change every day: salads and fruits and scrambled eggs and cheeses and cereals and muesli and pancakes and pastries, coffee, tea, juices, milk.
I recommend it !!

A cozy hotel with a good location. The rooms are clean. The room has everything for a comfortable stay. The hotel staff is friendly. Upon check-in, all possible inconveniences were immediately outlined (the heating was not turned off yet, so it could be hot, insufficient cold water pressure), for this I put a separate plus, because you decide for yourself whether you are satisfied with it or not. The disadvantages include the moment that movement was heard in the restaurant. If it hadn't been for our overnight flight, I wouldn't have paid attention to this, but since we tried to sleep for a couple of hours and couldn't do it, including because of loud music, I note this.

If someone is running in the gym, then the room will feel as if a charged car with a subwoofer has pulled up.
And also in the same part, the noise from the street of working air conditioners.
So if you are given a room next to the gym (where the elevator is), ask to be given away.
The walls are like cardboard, you can hear everything, it feels like it's a former panel.
