There is a delicious coffee, on the ground floor there is a good one, with adequate prices, a shop with products, souvenirs and other things. On the second floor there is an inexpensive dining room, they always ate at night, food for three, but it is quite edible. And on the second floor there are chairs on which, in case of a long wait, you can sleep in a supine position....

Convenient airport terminal. There are many places to relax, where you can comfortably stay.
Clean and numerous toilets. There is a place to eat and drink, the prices are not crazy.
Souvenirs, etc. goods in small quantities, I was not upset. A very expensive duty free with a limited assortment, prices are two times lower for residents.
Information boards are all around, there are televisions: those who are used to staring at the TV get stuck...
the parking lot is very large and, in my opinion, the cheapest where I have been.
The check-in desks are convenient. Passport control without delay. Customs inspection without fanaticism, everything is according to the rules.
Friendly atmosphere and free Wi-Fi. The air is clean, cramped, warm and not stuffy, large Windows everywhere, no enclosed spaces.
There are ATMs of Kaspi, Halyk Bank, etc. It is possible to put cash on the card.
The boarding gate is convenient, but we waited longer than planned, probably not through the fault of the airport services. It wasn't the first time, and it probably won't be the last. Thank you and see you later.

I recommend that citizens of the Russian Federation immediately purchase a local SIM card without leaving the building and immediately (if they have not already done so) purchase Tenge at the airport's exchanger. But keep in mind that the course at Halyk Bank is more profitable than at the airport. Taxi drivers inside the building offer their delivery services, but their price is 2 times higher than in Yandex taxi. Please note that the latter do not drive directly to the exit, but at a distance in the parking lot. Therefore, contact the driver and ask them to drive closer.

Everyone was at this airport. I would like to focus specifically on the mother and child room. In general, it is wonderful that it is there and it is warm and cozy. There is a small table and chairs for babies, a cot, a microwave. Only the diaper is hard, it would be like in polyclinics in general it would be wonderful. And so there is a sofa and ottomans. So you can do without it.

It's a good airport. Quickly entered, quickly left. The transfer to the gate takes 3 minutes. Good cheap restaurants and cafes, clean, everything is new. The staff is polite, the toilets are clean. A strong standard, no frills, but a sufficient minimum, plus a local flavor in the form of Tatar fast food.

The international terminal is connected to an internal large covered walkway. There are two exchangers, the international exchange rate is lower, to change money in the one in the transition near the domestic terminal. The internal terminal is beautiful. There is a good inexpensive dining room on the second floor - I recommend it. There are enough places to wait in the international terminal, there is a capsule hotel and an information desk for visitors. The staff at the information center are attentive, explained everything, helped with all questions, helped you connect the fi. They told us how to get to the sights. There are storage rooms in both terminals, but unfortunately they were not working at the time of my arrival. I hope it won't be for long. There are two buses to the city, number 10 is a long electric bus with a trailer, very convenient. They go often.
