On November 26, an order was placed in the app. I received a text message saying "your order has been placed." And the inscription "planned delivery date November 26th" appeared in the personal account. And everything. I have not received much information about the readiness of my order for 5 days.
Do you know why? Because the golden apple decided to simply cancel it! Obviously, no one notified me.
Starting on November 30th, I tried to get through, but it turned out to be impossible!
I wrote to tech support, and they answered me 2 days later? 2 days! I have a question: does anyone work there at all? As a result, they replied that my order was canceled. Cancelled by whom? I didn't cancel anything. But my questions were ignored.
Then they wrote to me that a specialist would call me. Obviously, no one contacted me, because treating the customer as something second-rate is their store's policy.
If you still want to save your nerves, then I highly recommend that you do not deal with this store.
The store's delivery service is just tinny, it feels like there are people in the contact center who don't know how to do their job at all. First, they called on the order, said there was no one position available, agreed to remove this position from the order, expected the order, went to their personal account there, the order was canceled COMPLETELY. We ordered again, waited for delivery the next day, no one came or called, the contact center said they would give the information to the managers. Later, the girl called back and in justification of such work said, "we didn't call you because our couriers leave early," what kind of kindergarten is this? We agreed on delivery the next day, the first half of the day, in the personal account, the date and time of delivery do not match. Despite the fact that you can find good products in the store itself, I NEVER recommend using the delivery service to anyone...
The delivery is organized just terribly! An order was placed on December 2 from 10 to 13. On December 2, an SMS notification arrived that the order would be delivered today from 10 to 13. At 14.00 there is still no order. We spent the whole day trying to get through to the courier, to the call center, wrote to Whatsapp - as a result, we could not wait for any answer. In the evening, we managed to get through to the courier, who said that our address was not on his delivery list. At almost 20.00, Whatsapp replied that the order had been collected and would be delivered on December 3. That is, we just waited for the order all day, pushing aside other planned tasks so that we would be informed that it would be delivered tomorrow. The next day, I received an SMS notification that the order would be delivered from 10 to 16, despite the fact that I did not coordinate it. The courier called in the morning, but since I was at work, I couldn't answer right away. After 15 minutes, I called back, to which the courier said that he would not bring the order today because he was in another area, and I did not pick up the phone. That's not how things are done. If you can't arrange delivery normally, you need to think about what can be fixed, or at least make it so that you can get through to both the courier and the call center, so as not to sit waiting for a miracle. Fortunately, the courier went to a meeting and brought the order in the late afternoon, for which I thank him. Unfortunately, there is nothing more to thank this organization for.
No matter how pleasant the prices here are, it is simply impossible to be in this place. Do not enter without a gas mask - this should be the sign at the entrance. The mixture of various smells is intoxicating to the point of headache.

I live in Minsk. I made an order on the goldapple website.By August 13, the next day for delivery could have been chosen as early as August 17. I chose the delivery time from 18 to 22 hours, there is such an option. I think it's strange that such a long delivery time, if there is a store in my city, but OK, I'm waiting. Today is August 18, and I received a letter that "your order has been accepted for delivery to Minsk." Now I wonder when it will be delivered to me? 🤨
