I chose a couple of products and still wanted to look at the foundation, check the color, pick up the tone, see how the product oxidizes. So, in front of the rack I was interested in, there were 3 consultants of the girl, digging in the drawer. THREE! Apparently, creating the appearance of work and blocking the approach to all customers. They weren't interested in customers at all. It lasted 20-30 minutes. I didn't want to come here a second time. I had to carefully squeeze through the backs of the consultants and get what I needed. They didn't care at all, as if the customers would "buy" this stuff. The impression is naturally disgusting. After the in-app purchase, it was necessary to evaluate the work of consultants. But after the evaluation, the Golden Apple has been calling for the 2nd day and the call is reset. Are your employees there adequate at all? Or do I need to call you back? It's kind of a madhouse.

We picked it up, put it in place and continued to search for the right shades, at this moment Roman comes up to us (as indicated on the badge) and informs us that he needs to look at the palette that we "dropped", peering into the light for scratches, he showed with all his appearance that he is the "God" of all shadows, but unfortunately he did not find anything. Naturally, we were not impressed by this reception, we do not want to go there anymore, much less touch this beautiful product that is scattered, and if anything, you will simply be provided with an invoice,.... and if the sellers scratched it?!:)).

It is unpleasant to receive such products, especially when you order something as a gift.
In this store, the assortment is pleasing, you can find it for every taste and purse. But there are always a lot of people, sometimes it is not possible to approach the right shelf. When buying, they made a "compliment" from the store. The bag was covered in oil from a spilled perfume sample. A probe of a mask from acne for problem skin and a probe of a mask for bleached hair. That's the worst compliment I've ever received)
Special attention should be paid to consultant Nadezhda Votik, if she captures you, she will not let you go empty-handed, while the products will be the most necessary and most important, and if you go into perfumery with her, then everything, the heart will be captured by aromas and stories about products, a professional in his field who does his job with full dedication.
Paid online express delivery orders do not reach the buyer.I urgently needed a set of necessary items for the trip , I paid for it , but I never received the order .The Golden Apple did not solve the issue in the possible three hours .No more trust

They sell fake perfume (the so-called license) at the price of the original one. They don't put probes on purpose, or the probes are empty, so that people can't tell the difference between the original flavor and a fake before buying. The opposite situation happens - the sample is the original, and the packaged perfume is a license. Hugo Boss Bottled was purchased on August 8, 2023 at the Gallery.

Overall a good store, but!
For six months (and until today), there have been no perfume testers that I would like to purchase. They are expensive, so I don't really want to buy a pig in a poke.
I also recently went to buy a foundation, but there were no testers either. I don't want to open new ones and look at them by color either, and for obvious reasons I can't. It seems that the consultants take all the testers for themselves, after which the shelves become empty. It's great and convenient, but it's extremely difficult to choose perfumes and foundation without testers

The worst delivery in the world.
I'm serious. I can't get 2 express deliveries already, one employee checks on the phone to make sure everything is in place, and an employee from the warehouse calls back 10 minutes after payment and says that this product has been gone for a long time. Don't even hope for the work of employees in the chat, it makes more sense to call. However, they put it on hold for 15 minutes :) I am already silent that the employee does not report the delivery details, and about the refund of the amount for incomplete delivery in the form of a promo code
I worked in a call center, I understand that there are force majeure with delivery. But I've never been told so much false information in my life, like the Golden apple employees on the phone.
There are no questions for the consultants in the store, they help regularly. But nevertheless, just because of the number of discounts and bonuses online, I still want to order. (And the crowd in the store is just always huge) But as it turned out, delivery is more expensive for yourself.
I liked the consultants who helped everyone around to choose the care for the amount they want.
