I was informed that the order was placed, but the payment was not received from the bank, although the money was debited and the confirmation came. As a result, I was informed that the order needed to be canceled (they promised to arrange this themselves-I only needed to write to the chat with payment confirmation screenshots), receive a refund for the current order and issue a new gift card.
The second attempt was unsuccessful, the card did not arrive to the recipient again, the money was debited-confirmation of the debit from the bank was received again. Another call to the call center ended with a message from a specialist that they had a failure and payments were not coming, you need to wait. After about 5 hours, a letter arrives in the mail that the order was placed for TWO cards, although it was expected that the specialists would cancel the first one. Communication with support again, now via Whatsupp. I asked to cancel one card for the first order and keep the second one. The card was promised to be canceled, but 2 cards were displayed in the recipient's personal account for about two days. After another request to support, the card was once again promised to be canceled and the funds returned within 7-10 days. On the 11th day, no money was credited to the card and I contacted the chat support again. A girl called me back asking if I had managed to get money to the card for a refund, my answer was negative and as it turned out, 11 days ago, upon the return, I should have received a refund receipt by mail. No check was sent to me for the first time and they promised to duplicate it, and already with the check I was told to go to my bank and find out why the money was not refunded upon cancellation of the card. 2 days have passed and there is still no return receipt in the mail, when asked by support how long it takes to send a receipt, they replied that there is no deadline, but they will try as soon as possible. As a result, there is a huge amount of time spent, disappointment in working with clients and still no money to refund the card for almost 2 weeks.
