And they failed to cope with this "mega-complex" task. Of all orders, ZERO were completed without errors! ZERO!!)))) They could not fulfill any order without problems. They booked the room incorrectly, they provided generally false information on the size of the room, on the accommodation, by category and even (you won't believe it!!) by check-in time! how one can make mistakes in such matters will forever remain a mystery to me, but I assume that this is either ***, or people simply do not have any experience at all and they do not want to acquire it for the money of companies and people anyway. With air tickets, this is a separate conversation. They have set up reservations, but they do not perform services for registration and additional acquisition of seats and luggage, which, of course, they will not report, because what? Because they don't know themselves, apparently. Because the main thing in their work is to set up the acceptance of money, and then not their headache))) Provided that I fly all the time and am a client of many alliances, this desk cannot perform the elementary functions that absolutely any intermediaries perform.
But they have trouble with the transfer at all. The first one just didn't arrive. And nothing that was expected at 2 a.m., why solve the client's problems if it is much easier (or more interesting?) to create them? He didn't come. They informed us about this in a letter when we were already asleep)) The second one arrived (already in another city). It cost exactly 4 times more expensive than a business class taxi, ready to take you from the hotel at any time, but that's not even the point. The fact is that instead of a Lexus car, a crumbling Kia minivan with about the same driver was served. And what was the response in this desk??? well, they had force majeure, so they sent another car. And what did they say 4 days later? Well, we had an order for a standard car there, so she arrived
Another "wonderful" moment in the work of this "miracle" service: they didn't want to let me out of the hotel in the Maldives at 6 a.m., despite the fact that the flight was at 8:20, and it was about an hour's drive from the resort to the airport because (ATTENTION!!!!!) They didn't send the payment confirmation to the hotel!

There have never been any problems with flights and tickets, everything is on time and according to the tickets purchased. On January 10, 2023, I purchased tickets for April 14, 2023, with a connection in Ankara. In the evening of the same day, I received a message that Turkish Airlines postponed the first flight to the 15th, and the second remained on the 14th, which led to a break in the connection and the inability to fly. I wrote a letter to technical support and called the airline, where they confirmed the information to me and that there would be a full refund to the company where I purchased the tickets, and they were already for me. I have used it and I will use it. All questions in correspondence, in technical support, were answered to me.
The second time I use the service of this company, but for some reason I hoped that "it doesn't fall into the same funnel twice" but in vain! A family of 5 people (3 children), tickets were purchased with departure in a month, with the purchase of seats on the 1st row (considering that a baby is flying). The airline cancels the flight, transferring it to another airport and then it started. Tickets were reissued during the day, but there are still no redeemed seats. It was possible to get through only once, the answer was excellent - 48 hours before departure you will receive information about the seats! After that, it is impossible to get through - the line does not work, emails are not answered, the chatbot does not respond.
The airline informs us that these seats are still available and no one has bought them for us!
The result is that we just lost 6 thousand rubles, and for 10 thousand we buy new places, already from our bank card.
A complete violation of consumer rights, but of course, because of the 6 thousand rubles, there is no desire to waste nerves and money. Although, there is still a thought to visit the office of this wonderful company

The second and last one is now. I booked a hotel. The check-in failed due to a number of reasons - the fault of the hotel. The cancellation of the reservation was requested - a refusal. Along the way, it turned out that it is 2 times cheaper to drop the hotel directly. Complete chaos. The support is full of seams. My situation was fixed only after 3 calls and 3 emails. Although I explained everything right away in the first call. Apparently, the setup is to ignore the thawed client.
