I wrote to the chat, asked to replace the defective product with a similar, but good one, but the managers did not hear me. Taking into account the negative feedback from other customers who faced difficulties in refunding money when canceling and returning their orders, I did not consider a refund, and even more so because I did not need money, but I needed the product by the appointed date. It was not in my plans to wait weeks for a refund. One of the Russian managers suggested that I give the courier the already paid goods, without any document stating that I returned something, and then they will take you to the exchange (the logical question is why then? And not a hand-to-hand exchange, and again the Internet is full of negative reviews that with a Golden Apple you can stay without goods and without money). I was not satisfied with these clever tricks, especially since according to the Law on Consumer Protection, if an examination is not required to establish a marriage, the exchange of goods must be carried out immediately, but the Golden Apple does not care, for them, apparently, the laws are not laws at all, but something that does not concern them. The result: two weeks of empty correspondence, wasted time and nerves, and as a result, a failed gift!!!
Added: After a month of correspondence with tech support, they allegedly found a way to pick up the defective product and provide a suitable product in return. But the courier did not arrive on the appointed day. In response to my message, they unsubscribed that they forgot and did not transfer the information to colleagues in Minsk, postponed the arrival of the courier to another day. The next time, the courier did arrive, but with a regular order awaiting payment from me, he was not given information about the exchange. I definitely refused to buy a second similar product. So 2 more weeks passed. In total, for 1.5 months now, this non-store has been trying to resolve such a simple and completely ordinary case. The goods were exchanged with the third courier, thanks to the coordinator Julia from the technical support chat, who was able to close this issue.
